XYZ is an automotive component manufacturing company with two lines of production: the Shock Absorber Line and the VCT Line. One of the products on the VCT Line is the VCT rotor, with issues surrounding waste. Utilizing Lean Manufacturing approaches using the Waste Assessment Model and the Value Stream Analysis Tools is an effective way to solve issues and enhance efficiency in the VCT rotor system and production process at PT. XYZ. Total time savings as a result of the process change is 9,108.25 seconds, and the total lead time reduction in inventory is 34 days. The highest type of waste found in the VCT rotor is inventory, which accounts for 23,29% of the total waste. Overproduction contributes to 23,23% of the waste, while defect is responsible for 19,04%.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of village government in the development of Pottery Education Tourism Village in Rendeng Village, Malo District, Bojonegoro Regency. Analyzing the supporting factors of the village government's role in the development of Pottery Education Tourism Village in Rendeng Village, Malo District, Bojonegoro Regency.The researcher's research methods are qualitative and quantitative. In this study, researchers used qualitative data types. This type of qualitative data is a type of data in the form of descriptive and in-depth words and actions about an event. This data contains an analysis of the current condition of the institution related to the research raised so as to help researchers determine the problem. Conclusion From the results The role of the village government in providing support, can be seen from the coaching and training carried out to improve community skills. Despite all the roles carried out by the Rendeng Village Government as a supporter, overall this role cannot be said to be maximal. Supporting factors for the role of the village government in the development of the first tourism village, namely the Bojonegoro Regency Government and related agencies support the Rendeng Village Government in carrying out its role as a social animation by carrying out village development assistance, as well as paving the way for village cooperation and partnership).

An inventory information system is a system used to determine the stock of goods in a place or company. CV. Multikom is a company that operates in the field of computer equipment. In this company there are problems that occur in the current system, namely the processing of incoming and outgoing goods data, goods delivery data, and customer data that has not been integrated, as well as travel document data collection which is done only on a piece of paper and then copied to the computer by the warehouse admin, so that those who experience difficulties with the goods, the information provided is in accordance with the existing goods. The aim of this research is to design a Goods Inventory Information System to make it easier to collect data on incoming and outgoing goods, stock of goods, customer data, shipping, order transactions using the Prototype method and using Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) for structured modeling.

Based on historical data on the number of product requests and products produced in the January 2021-December 2022 period, there is a considerable discrepancy. Therefore to be able to predict demand in one or several subsequent periods based on past product demand data, the researcher conducts a forecasting analysis using the double exponential smoothing, moving average, and linear regression methods to find out the most accurate forecasting method to use. Based on the calculation results, it can be concluded that the most appropriate Forecasting method is the linear regression method because it has the lowest MSE value of 1,346,936,387. It is hoped that it will be able to assist PT Seiwa Indonesia in providing future stocks of RBL products in more accurate manner so as to reduce losses due to excessive production.

The development of information technology helps the community, entrepreneurs and MSMEs. This research was conducted in Kampung Patin, Kampar Regency. This research aims to create an Enterprise Architecture (EA) TOGAF design for MSMEs in Kampung Patin, we all know this digital transformation is useful in increasing the business value of the surrounding economy. there is a special implementation in utilizing this role, building financial applications, raw material stock applications because these MSMEs are able to produce 34,000 tons to 45,000 tons of catfish every month. The processing of catfish is like regional souvenirs, namely: catfish meatballs, catfish nuggets, catfish batagor, catfish fillets, and catfish skin crackers. innovation like this alone is not enough to require technology and digital transformation in running a business and promoting processed catfish. the results of the study were designed in the form of an enterprise architecture blueprint for UMKM Kampung Patin as an internal guidebookincrease the effectiveness and efficiency of digital transformation in these MSMEs

Slicing tempeh, which is generally done manually, can slow down the production process. Therefore, a tool was designed that is capable of slicing tempeh precisely, so that the results of slicing tempeh are more precise, efficient, save time, save labor, and reduce the possibility of work accidents. . In making this tempeh slicing machine, a ½ HP 1400 Rpm electric motor is the main driver, the rotation of the electric motor is transmitted to the cutting knife (circular knife), which will later be used to slice the tempeh. The tempeh slicing process is done by placing the tempeh on a sliding table slide. The basic materials used in making a tempeh slicing machine are 4x4 hollow iron, a dynamo adapter, and an electric motor. After the tool was ready to be used, the tempeh slicing machine was tested. The test was carried out for 10 seconds and produced 8 tempeh slices, 5 suitable tempeh slices and 3 unfit tempeh slices, so it could be concluded that the suitability of the tempeh slicing results was 68 percent

The objectives of this study are as follows: To determine the volume and capacity of the Ketapang Cepu three-stroke intersection. To find out the performance of the Ketapang Cepu intersection that has not been signaled. The researcher's research method is a method with a quantitative approach. The data is in the form of the type of vehicle volume crossing the intersection and traffic volume. Data analysis techniques used to analyze the results of this study using the method of Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines 2014. The method of analyzing this research data is as follows: Analyzing peak times, namely analyzing survey results. Peak time analysis per 1 hour was conducted, which was analyzed with the rules of the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI 2014). Conclusion From the results of the calculation above, the intersection capacity is 2950.7 skr / hour, the largest traffic volume is 2373.6 skr / hour, the chance of queuing that occurs 26% - 51%. In PKJI 2014, the delay of all intersections is included in the good category if it is in the range of 5-15 seconds. Based on the data above, the performance of Simpang Tiga Ketapang Cepu is still good (there is no congestion).

SAMSAT Bone Bolango is one of the places providing services to the community in processing Motor Vehicle Tax. There are still many weaknesses in government public services, one of which is that the service system time is approximately 20-30 minutes. This research aims to identify waste and increase the productivity of the PKB service process at SAMSAT Bone Bolango. Based on results of service process flow mapping using Process Activity Mapping and Value Stream Mapping is known in total lead time service time was 1317.23 seconds and there was 54.45% non-value added activity time with the largest percentage causing waste, namely delay. From the results of the proposed improvements, a total lead time amounting to 861.74 seconds and enhancement Process Cycle Efficiency from 45.30% to 64.73%, this indicates that there has been an increase in company productivity after implementation lean service.

An information system is defined as a combination of interconnected elements to collect, process, store and disseminate information required in a particular business or organizational context. This research focuses on designing an accounting information system at the Teluk Latak Community Health Center to improve the efficiency of health services. The research method uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. The research results include software requirements analysis, system design using use case diagrams and activity diagrams, as well as testing system features. This web-based system helps improve patient registration, administrative processes, and non-cash payments. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of information systems in optimizing health service management at the Teluk Latak Bengkalis Health Center.

This research focuses on designing an accounting information system at the Teluk Latak Community Health Center to improve the efficiency of health services. The research method uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance.\u0000The research results include software requirements analysis, system design using use case diagrams and activity diagrams, as well as testing system features. This web-based system helps improve patient registration, administrative processes, and non-cash payments. Plants are living things that need water for their growth. This research was carried out designing, making, and developing tools that previously existed. This development focuses on how to communicate between microcontrollers and aims at the needs of large and open land. Where in previous studies the coverage area was only the area around the radius of the wifi router and the coverage will be increased again using NRF24L01. In previous studies using relays on the solenoid valve will be replaced using Mosfet LR7843 which has lower electrical power requirements. This system uses the Wemos D1 Mini and Arduino Uno as its microcontroller, where data from sensors in the system in the Arduino Uno will be sent using NRF24L01 and received by NRF24L01 on the Wemos D1 Mini. Then the data that has been received will be processed and sent to the internet and can be monitored through the Blynk application which can see temperature conditions, air humidity and soil moisture. From the test results, the average difference obtained at a temperature reading of 0.44 ° C and air humidity of 3.2%, and when the humidity reaches >50% the solenoid valve can open automatically. The distance that can be reached when testing as far as ±20 meters can be due to the test site being blocked by walls.
