Delays in implementing construction projects can have negative impacts on contractors and owners. Contractors whose construction projects are late will experience losses in terms of time and costs, because the profits expected by the contractor will be reduced, or even no profits at all. Respondent characteristics based on the questionnaire were classified into several categories, work experience, latest education, company category and field of work in the company. Factors causing delays in work on the Ambemali Road Improvement construction project, Jln. Belalo – Jln. Lasolo, Wawotobi District, Konawe Regency, according to the perception of PPK/PPTK, Directors, Consultants and Service Providers (Contractors) of PT Kendari Baruga Pratama, is caused by Labor Factors with indicators of contractor negligence, Equipment Factors with indicators of Equipment Damage, material factors with this being the lack of material available around the work site , financial factors indicating limited contractor funds, managerial factors namely inappropriate implementation methods, design suitability factors indicating design changes and other factors namely material sources far from the work location.

In work in the current industrial era, both on a small and large scale, there is almost always a risk of danger. One of them is an occupational disease caused by errors in body posture when doing work. This research aims to analyze the body posture and performance of an employee in the quality control division. The method used is the Nordic body map questionnaire and RULA calculations. The results obtained were that the job of polishing components and measuring components got a grand score of 7. Meanwhile, the job of wiping components and checking data got a grand score of 4. So the body posture of the quality control division employees was not ergonomic and needed to be repaired.

Biodiesel is an alternative diesel fuel made from renewable materials such as vegetable and animal sources. Used cooking oil is waste cooking oil that is often found in households, very easy to obtain and always available all the time. Used cooking oil can be used as raw material for making biodiesel because it contains triglycerides through a transesterification process with the addition of a base catalyst, one of which is the ash of empty palm fruit bunches. This research aims to determine the effect of adding ash from empty palm fruit bunches on making biodiesel from used cooking oil. The method used in this research is transesterification with the addition of a catalyst of empty palm fruit bunch ash varied at concentrations of 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5% with a mole ratio of 1: 6 (oil: methanol). The tests on the biodiesel produced consist of acid number, viscosity and density.

Purwosari Community Health Center provides structured healthcare services with two types of services, inpatient and outpatient care. Although inpatient services run smoothly, nurse shift scheduling still relies on Microsoft Excel and often encounters schedule conflicts. To address this issue, the use of genetic algorithm method is proposed. Genetic algorithm offers multi-criteria and multi-objective solutions for scheduling, integrating concepts from genetics and scientific biological processes. Thus, the "schedule collision" problem can be effectively addressed, enhancing the efficiency of nurse shift scheduling in Purwosari Community Health Center's inpatient care.

81.5 million m3 of palm oil stem is produced every year. Stem fiber can be used as source of cellulose for the making of carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC). CMC is widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, textile and cosmetic industries. The aim of this research is to determine the best reaction time. The procedure consists of 3 initial stages and 2 core stages, namely, sample preparation, reducing the size to 50 mesh, delignification using a 15% NaOH solution for 3 hours, bleaching using a 6% NaOCl solution for 3 hours, alkalization using isopropanol and alkalized with 15% NaOH for 1 hour, in the carboxymethylation stage, sodium monochloroacetate (NaMCA) was added with time variations of 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 hours. The results showed that 5 hours reaction times produces CMC with degree of substitution of 1.64, a viscosity of 123.5 cP, a pH of 6.1 and a water content of 1.2%.

The solid wastes of palm oil are palm shell and boiler ash which can be used as adsorbents. Adsorbent is a solid substance that an adsorption process which is used for the refining process of used cooking oil. Used cooking oil is oil derived from leftover cooking oil which has a higher saturated fatty acid content than new vegetable oil. This study aims to determine the process of making adsorbents, the process of refining used cooking oil, and the effect of adsorbent variations on the purification of used cooking oil. This research was carried out with the adsorption process, adding 15% of the adsorbent variation. The process of making the adsorbent was carried out by dehydration, carbonization at 6000C, and activation with 3% HCl for 24 hours. The results of the optimum adsorbent variation were 100% palm shell adsorbent with the results of analysis on used cooking oil after adsorption, namely: 0.05% water content, 0.58% ALB content, and 1.7 mgO2/100g peroxide number.

Humanitarian aid relief has been operational since the late 19th century, addressing development and disaster aid cases. The intricate relationship between humanitarian aid relief and the supply chain encompasses various stages, from securing funding to coordinating stakeholders. However, the volatile and uncertain nature of the field poses challenges such as corruption, prolonged funding gaps, and demands for accountability and visibility. This study highlights the critical role of funding and financing in the humanitarian supply chain, emphasizing the underdeveloped state of research on supply chain finance (SCF). The paper aims to investigate the integration of SCF into humanitarian aid relief, utilizing literature reviews from journals, papers, and reports. The findings reveal a correlation between SCF's essential elements—focused on liquidity/cash, operational activities, and engagement among actors. This research proposes a framework, how the humanitarian aid relief sequence and SCF theory should collaborate for effective humanitarian aid supply chain finance (HASCF) practices

Increasing demand and changing consumer desires over time have triggered the company PT. XYZ to try to fulfill the desires and follow product developments among consumers. This research is research that aims to analyze the production capacity of polyester fiber with several forecasting methods as consideration between the two, namely Double Moving Average and Linear Regression. This research is located at PT. XYZ, in this research only examined the production of polyester fibers. The Double Moving Average method shows that the error rate in the form of Mean Squared Error produces 24,891 polyester fiber items, while the Linear Regression method shows that the error rate in the form of Mean Squared Error produces 594 polyester fiber items. So a comparison between the two forecasting methods shows that the Linear Regression method has the smallest error rate and is the best method for producing polyester fiber for the following months.

Data has become the most valuable component to be processed in order to provide usable information in the modern world of rapidly developing technology. When it comes to more in-depth or clear data analysis, technology is quite useful. Real governmental, social, and commercial operations use this technology; in the case of business, this is demonstrated by the quantity of minimarkets operating throughout Indonesia. As a result, it greatly increases commercial competition. Consequently, in order to compete, a study using the available data must be conducted. The Association Rule-Market Basket Analysis method was employed in this study to ascertain the shopping interests of the participants. According to the study's findings, two rules 60% (washing equipment and foodstuffs) and 62% (medicine and bottled drinks) showed the greatest confidence values. Based on these findings, the minimarket can decide what has to be done in terms of Product Bundling, setting up the layout and other tasks

PT XYZ is a manufacturing company that has facilities to produce a variety of specialized chemicals that are used in various industries. Employees of the Logistics Department at PT. XYZ often have difficulties in completing their tasks according to the scheduled schedule. This situation often makes them work overtime to finish the work that's stacked. The requirement to ensure timely delivery and effective coordination with customers adds to their mental workload. In an attempt to determine the level of mental workload of the logistics department employees, a measurement of the mental labor load was carried out using the NASA TLX method. Based on the results of the measurements obtained, the result of the calculation of the average score of the total staff of the Logistics Department of 66.22 indicates that the classification of the overall mental work load of the employees included in the high level. The most influential indicators of mental workload in this study are mental demand, physical demand, and own performance.
