Analisis Beban Kerja Mental Dengan Metode NASA-TLX Pada Karyawan UD. XYZ 用 NASA-TLX 方法分析 UD 员工的脑力劳动负荷。XYZ

Mental workload is a condition where the demands of mental work exceed the brain’s capacity to fulfill them. This situation can lead to various issues such as stress, fatigue, and a decline in performance. This study aims to measure the mental workload of UD. XYZ employees using the NASA-TLX method. This method is employed to  subjectively measure mental workload and is  known for its effectiveness in considering factors like task demands, fatigue, and  stress levels. The research involved 40 UD.XYZ employees who completed the NASA-TLX questionnaire. Data collection took place from October 2023 to March 2024, and the collected data  were processed and analyzed. The results of the mental workload measurement using NASA-TLX can be utilized to  evaluate the level of workload on UD.XYZ employees. Additionally, the study seeks to identify which factors from the NASA-TLX dimensions have the most significant impact on the occurrence of mental workload. The findings are expected to provide recommendations to UD.XYZ management for developing strategies to minimize excessive mental workload among employees.

Kajian Peranan Konsultan Manajemen Konstruksi pada Proyek Konstruksi di Makassar 研究建筑管理顾问在望加锡建筑项目中的作用

Implementation of work on construction projects generally involves the collaboration of several parties, namely the work owner, contractors and consultants. There are several consultants involved in construction projects, one of which is Construction Management Consultants (MK). The success of the role of an MK consultant can be measured through achievements in terms of cost, time and quality of work. Research to examine the role of MK consultants at the construction project implementation stage and examine the influence of the role of MK consultants on the timeliness of work on the Rehabilitation project for Buildings B, C, D, Makassar Unhas Hospital. Quantitative research method with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the research are that the role of construction management consultants at the implementation stage of construction projects is carried out well based on the highest positive response (Agree), namely the capability of MK consultants in taking corrective action on deviations between planning and implementation (X4) reaching a value of 68.35% and the role of project management consultants positive influence or significance even though the correlation value is low on the progress of project work, the highest correlation value is on the variable (X2) consistency of MK consultant personnel in implementing existing plans with a value of 0.348 and the lowest correlation value on variable (X5) capability of MK consultants in management project costs to the progress of project work with a value of 0.088.

In the practical and sophisticated world of the manufacturing industry, the best product results are needed. To answer market needs that want products with maximum results and produce them in a short time, the non-conventional Computer Numerical Controlled Lathe (CNC) is available as a machine tool production tool that is controlled using a computer system to cut workpieces which are rotated to determine the roughness value on the workpiece surface. The aim of this research is to obtain the lowest surface roughness results. Using S45C carbon steel material with Sumitomo CNMG 120404-N-Gu-AC8025 brand insert with a Radius of 0.4 mm on the SKT 160A CNC Turning machine. The next process is the process of turning the workpiece with variations in cutting depth of 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm , 0.9mm, 1.0mm, 1.1mm. Using the G96 program code, the feed movement is 0.15 mm/rev with a constant spindle speed of 2700 rpm and using a Stylus as a measure of surface roughness value. By carrying out 1 test on 11 samples, each sample consisting of 3 test points. Based on the results of surface roughness data, the lowest average Ra roughness results for an insert radius of 0.4 mm were 1,115 µm at a cutting depth of 0.6 mm and was included in the roughness tolerance value N6.

It is hoped that the use and processing of organic waste in Bambe Village can become a new waste utilization and source of income for the residents of Bambe Village. Waste management can be completed by sorting and chopping the wet organic waste into compost using a Takakura basket. This research aims to find strategies for sorting organic waste with a size of 2-4 cm. Apart from that, this research uses the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) method which is useful for organizing and involving waste producing communities to participate actively or passively in waste management activities. Identifying a problem in this research, the author uses the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method to answer the main problem of processing system failure and consider improving the technological design that will later be used, with the hope of being able to provide a solution to the residents of Bambe Village and TPS-Integrated waste. is increasing so that it can be used as compost which has economic value and reduces the volume of organic waste.

Perancangan Penyiraman Kandang Berbasis Arduino Uno Guna Menjaga Stabulitas Suhu dan Kelembapan 基于 Arduino Uno 的保持温湿度稳定的笼子浇水设计

In the poultry farming industry, chicken coops are very important. The air temperature in the chicken coop is one of the environmental components that has a big influence on the welfare and productivity of chickens. Temperature control in the chicken coop is very important to maintain optimal health and performance of livestock because excessive air temperature can cause heat stress, which can be detrimental to health, comfort and productivity of chickens. Value Engineering (VE) is a systematic approach used in project management, product design, construction, or business processes to increase the value of a product or process by optimizing the ratio between quality and cost. The total cost of making an Arduino Uno microcontroller is 495,500 and requires a power capacity of 10.81 Watts with a total annual maintenance cost of 166,665. The costs required to run the Arduino and water pump for 24 hours in one month are around IDR 13,963.35. And from this research, it is concluded that using an Arduino Uno-based sprayer is more affordable and more efficient in using the tool. It can be seen that the monthlycostreachesIDR.221,721

The Greensmart company provides all daily needs starting from basic food products, milk, baby care products, cosmetics, stationery, etc. One of the problems encountered is that several staple food products have experienced a decline in sales, one of which is Indomie. To overcome this problem, the author uses the SWOT Analysis method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Oppor tunities, and Thгeats) and uses the QSΡM Mat rix. Pengendalian Bahan Baku Pembuatan Produk Cigarette Paper Menggunakan Metode EOQ (Studi Kasus: Pada PT XYZ) 使用 EOQ 方法控制卷烟纸产品的原材料(案例研究:在 PT XYZ 公司)

Raw material inventory is a significant aspect in the industry, especially in PT XYZ company where there is a problem of excess inventory, regardless of the number of purchases per order. If the inventory of raw materials is too large, it will increase maintenance costs and storage costs in the warehouse. our abstract must be written in a single paragraph and typed in single space. The EOQ method is used in raw material control to determine the quantity of supply orders to minimize storage costs and supply order costs, minimize out of stock so as to save inventory costs incurred in making cigarette paper to be more efficient, and determine the optimal total inventory cost (TIC) in the company. The results of the proposal obtained by calculation using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method are for cigarette paper raw materials in the form of pulp using the EOQ method calculation of 1,054,947.38 kg with a frequency of 3 orders, and Chemical raw materials of 193,939.39 kg with a frequency of 3 orders.

A company that produces high quality tinplate with international standards. The product produced is tinplate, namely steel sheets coated with tin. In ETL downtime from May 2022 – April 2023, there is a gap between actual and target downtime, causing the production process to not run optimally, and will cause losses for the company. So it is necessary to determine the effectiveness value of the equipment in ETL and determine the need for spare parts for critical mechanical components. OEE is the magnitude of the effectiveness value of equipment or machines in the Company. ABC classification is a classification of a group of materials in descending order based on the cost of using the material per time period. The results of data processing obtained an average OEE value of 80.06% and for items in class A it was a mechanical seal sink roll. Items in class B are solenoid valve – 48VDC and scotch brite and items in class C are mechanical seal DN 45, filter regulator, bearing 7308DB, bearing NU308EC, and hose assembly.

Analisa dan Usulan Perbaikan Layanan Sertifikasi Produk dengan Metode Lean Service 采用精益服务方法对产品认证服务进行分析并提出改进建议

Product Certification Service is a service to business actors who want to get their products certified through the Indonesian National Standard Mark User Product Certificate (SPPT SNI), either compulsorily or voluntarily regulated products. Therefore, the Standardization and Industrial Services Center (BSPJI) Medan as a public service unit that has a Product Certification Agency (LSPro) is needed. The problem is the length of the LSPro BSPJI Medan service process to complete the company's SPPT SNI starting from the application until the issuance of the SPPT SNI. This causes losses for business actors both in funds and time. The purpose of this study is to provide suggestions for improvement and optimize time by maintaining value-added activities and reducing non-value-added activities. The methods used are Lean Service, Waste Analysis and for design using the FVSM Method. The results showed that there was waste that occurred in the LSPro BSPJI Medan service. From the results of the FVSM carried out, there was a reduction in service time from 92 working hours to 26 working hours.

Heating ovens are equipment used to heat up materials and change their shape (stretching, heating) or changing properties (heating). Can also be called an oven or Klin. Transferring energy to the oven occurs in the stage of generation of heat energy by a heating element whose energy is supplied from electricity. This heat treatment is designed with materials that can withstand temperatures of 1200oC. The design of heat treatment steel heaters as a means to conduct heat treatment labs. The results of making these ovens contain skeletons, inner walls, outer walls or casings, doors. This steel heater oven is supported by spiral coil heating components, thermocouple (temperature sensor), glass wholl, digital temperature control, timer control. This machine uses a 3 x 3 cm hollow iron frame with 6000 watts of electricity. The number of heaters used is 1 heating rod with a length of 200 cm and an outer diameter of 9.64 mm. The size of the oven is wide, 44 cm, width 42 cm, and height of 38 cm
