The transmission of electric energy through the power transmission lines (PTL) is provided by the waves of the electromagnetic field. For a double-circuit PTL the transmission of electric power is provided by six pairs of waves of the electromagnetic field: six incident waves and six reflected ones. The amplitudes of these waves determine the magnitude of voltages and currents in the PTL. The scheme of the amplitude values distribution of the incident and reflected waves of the electromagnetic field on a linear wire of a homogeneous section of a double-circuit PTL has been formed. It indicates that the magnitudes of the amplitude values of the electromagnetic field waves determine the integration constants. Due to the distribution scheme of the wave amplitude values of the electromagnetic field on a linear wire of a double-circuit PTL it is clear that the magnitudes of stresses and currents in this wire are significantly influenced by the neighboring current-carrying parts. This scheme provides a real opportunity to determine the numerical values of integration constants. With the help of these magnitudes in case of the known constants of the electromagnetic waves propagation through the linear wires of the PTL and the corresponding wave resistances, it is possible to obtain an idea of the amplitude values of the incident and reflected waves through the entire PTL.

The article considers the principles of increasing the energy efficiency of the traction mechanisms of metallurgical production facilities using mechatronic system. The comparison of various ways of solving energy saving problems is performed: by improving the element base of mechatronic systems; system approach to designing mechatronic systems; construction of mechatronic systems with new types of electromechanical converters; choice of management method; transition from unregulated mechatronic systems to regulated ones; the correct choice of the mechatronic system; improvement of the qualification of the staff. The comparison was carried out by the method of peer review. To compare energy-efficient solutions of different types of electromechanical converters, a technique for calculating the specific mass and dimensions of electrical machines as elements of mechatronic systems is proposed. It is shown that due to the transition to new types of electromechanical converters and with the proper choice of control methods, it is possible to reduce power consumption by about 1.5 times. The proposed methods of increasing energy efficiency can and should be used at different stages of designing and implementing electromechatronic systems. The improvement of the element base allows to significantly reduce the power consumption in the power channel of the electromechatronic system and at the same time to perform a quantitative evaluation of such a decision and the period of its economic recoupment. The choice of the optimal control structure is necessary at the stage of adjustment and system setup. The suggested mathematical model for calculating energy efficiency is successfully used at metallurgical facilities in the Urals region at the stages of calculation and justification of mechatronic systems.

The paper describes summarized equations describing physical processes in quasi steady and dynamic operation modes of the entire class of valve inverters (rectifiers, network driven inverters, converters and cycle-converters). MatLab calculations depict processes for a bridge joint with loads in AC/DC circuits. The paper also considers the dynamics of processes related to starting industrial RL-load through a reactor equipped rectifier within the direct current circuit. Those processes have been compared with RL-load starting by electrical devices. Practicality of the rectifier utilization with regards to starting production loads of alternate current is represented.

The goal of this research is to estimate prospects of using natural gas absorption system as a conditioning system for industrial premises in summer time. In this paper we explored and validated the main tendencies in organization if microclimate at the industrial enterprises. The number of problems related with integration of absorption cooling machines to the industrial facility was listed. It was proposed to examine the issue of application of local low power absorption system for conditioning. In this work we carried out thermal design of absorption system. Based of calculation results we carried out heat engineering calculations of closed cooling tower, which satisfies the requirements for heat diversion during exploitation of this absorption system. We carried out economic design and based on results analysis we draw a conclusion about practicability of implementation of proposed solution to the industrial facilities.

The paper aims to the problem of an aircraft engine's automatic control systems (ACS GTE) reliability improvement by using of an algorithmic redundancy. The purpose of the study is the development of the validation algorithms of input measured parameters for the linear adaptive on-board engine model (LABEM) built into the ACS. LABEM is designed for a work in conjunction with ACS GTE in a real environment and satisfy the requirements for compactness, speed and accuracy of engine parameters' identification in statics and dynamics in a wide range of operating modes, flight and engine conditions. The technical and theoretical difficulties of practical implementation of LABEM are associated with the high dimensionality of an engine state space, that are significantly higher than the dimension of the vector of parameters measured on board. The study is devoted to the critical problem of sensor fault identification with subsequent replacement of the measured value with the modeling information. The main relationships for one-dimensional Kalman filter based on the developed predictive model of the metering pin are presented. The fault detection and isolation algorithms for metering pin sensors' channels using the Kalman filter were designed. The algorithms are based on the calculation of the fault signature as weighted sum of the squares of residuals, which is compared with the selected threshold value. The practice results of engines' stand tests and MATLAB-simulation showed the high reliability and quality of ACS GTE based on proposed algorithms.

Location of many UAV in a common aviation area increases collision probability. Since 2015 the number of papers related to the avoidance of such collisions has increased significantly. The most part of methods and algorithms require increasing computational capacity of on-board computer systems that is essential for detecting and tracking dynamic threats and implementing maneuvers of collision avoidance. Many researchers suggest the usage of automatic dependent surveillance system (ADS-B) or analogues to decrease computational costs for detecting and tracking dynamic threats. Computational costs can be also decreased via replacing numerical algorithms by analytical ones. In the paper a new method of selection and implementation of collision avoidance maneuvers is suggested. UAV trajectories are approximated by two or three trajectory points obtained from ADS-B system. Then, using analytical expressions, two cutoff values of the critical speed range, at which a collision is possible, are calculated. As calculation expressions for meeting points and cutoff values of the critical speed are represented in the analytical form, even if an on-board computer system has limited computational capacity, the time for calculation will be far less than the time of receiving data from ADS-B. For this reason, calculations can be updated at each cycle of new data receiving, and the trajectory approximation can be bounded by straight lines. Such an approach allows developing compact algorithm of collision avoidance, even for a significant number of UAVs (more than several dozens). Research adequacy is proved by modeling using a software system developed specifically for this purpose.

The paper describes a new method for determining the temperature of combustion products (CP) of fuel used in combined cycle plants (CCGTs) and steam turbine units (STUs) with their own fuel preparation and combustion system. The method is based on the use of reliable reference data on the thermophysical the CP properties for obtaining correlation dependencies of the individual true enthalpies of the Cp components in the form of polynomials. The application of the method of inversion of polynomials made it possible to obtain in explicit form the relation for the adiabatic CP temperature, which is easily extended to theoretical and balance temperatures. Based on the example of CP fuels of three aggregate states, it is shown that the method can be used to control the process of formation of nitrogen oxides in combustion chambers of gas turbine units (GTUs) and boiler furnaces of STU.

A circuit of balun-LNA designed in 130 nm SiGe BiCMOS technology is presented. The balun-LNA has been designed using common base (CB) and common emitter (CE) stages based on heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT). The balun-LNA circuit are used for amplification of radio frequency (RF) input signal and creation differential output signals using for double-balanced mixer (DBM). The obtained results of modeling of balun-LNA over 0.8-18 GHz frequency band are as follow: gain is more than 14 dB; NF is better than 5.0 dB, phase error of differential output signal is no more than 27 degree; VSWR is better than 1.7; required area size is $1.73 times 0.73 mathbf{mm}^{2}$.

This article describes the approach to implement the fuzzy interconnected control system for sheet metal forming electric drives. The displacements of forming rods of sheet metal forming electric drives system depend on various factors and some of which can only be described by qualitative characteristics (indexes). The possible way to achieve desired output parameters of all local drives systems is using compensation method. However, it is difficult to achieve desired outputs by using conventional compensation methods because of having interrelation error (effect) between local forming electric drives. In this article, suggested compensating interrelation effect between local forming electric drives by using fuzzy compensation method. The fuzzy compensation method based on theory of differential inclusion. Mathematical equations of this fuzzy compensation approach are described. Algorithm for implementation of fuzzy controller to achieve the specified control accuracy is presented.

The displacements of forming rods of sheet metal forming electric drives system depend on various factors and some of which can only be described by qualitative characteristics (indexes). The possible way to achieve desired output parameters of all local drives systems is using compensation method. However, it is difficult to achieve desired outputs by using conventional compensation methods because of having interrelation error (effect) between local forming electric drives. In this article, suggested compensating interrelation effect between local forming electric drives by using fuzzy compensation method. The fuzzy compensation method based on theory of differential inclusion. Mathematical equations of this fuzzy compensation approach are described. The paper describes the solution of the problem of the porting content from the old website to the new platform with added interactive functionality. Made the rationale for the selection of the content management system Drupal-based on the analysis of the comparative characteristics of the other CMS. The paper provides detailed practical implementation of the desired functionality. A brief overview of the classes of functional requirements for information security is given. On the example of one of the classes the adaptation of the ranking method to assess the probability of unauthorized access taking into account the factors formulated. For each factor are valid values. The analysis of the password length depending on the size of the original alphabet of characters. Probabilistic estimates of hacking are calculated, recommendations on the optimal combination are given.
