Application of the wavelets in 2D and 3D scattering or radiation problems 小波在二维和三维散射或辐射问题中的应用

Wavelets technique is applied for solving of 2D and 3D Dirichlet, Neumann and mix boundary problems. The developed method utilizes Haar or linear Battle-Lemarie wavelets functions and Fredholm integral equations (-or a system of the Fredholm integral equations) of fist kind with smooth or singular kernels and developed new method of "prolonged" boundary conditions. The results of the wavelet technique's using are illustrated by calculations of the scattering pattern by dielectric (-or perfect conducting) cylinder with complicated cross sections, ellipsoid of revolution, perfect conducting screens, single and dual-reflector antennas (both kD = I and kD >> 1 regions). The problems of accuracy, choosing auxiliary surfaces are discussed.

Dual-band circularly polarized microstrip-fed shorted ring-slot rectenna 双频圆极化微带馈电短环槽整流天线

A dual-band circularly polarized (CP) microstrip-fed shorted ring-slot rectenna (rectifying antenna) was designed and its reception performance from both broadside directions was measured and compared at 2.45 GHz and 5.8 GHz ISM bands. CP performance at the lower frequency band was very similar for both directions of reception whereas considerable deviation was detected at the higher frequency band.

Bluetooth diversity system using a two-branch switching method 蓝牙分集系统采用双支路交换方法

The performance of space diversity technique in Bluetooth application is investigated in this paper. The proposed diversity system was implemented and tested in a typical office environment. According to the results presented here, the advantage of space diversity is found significant when two antennas are spaced by 1/3 wavelengths and a switched diversity is used as a combining method. The diversity system increased throughput 3-5% compared with single antenna case. Results show that temporary improvement can be as high as 150% due to fading.

Mutual coupling between linear dipoles in an array environment 阵列环境中线性偶极子之间的相互耦合

The influence of parasitic elements to self and mutual impedance is found through the idea of generalized impedance matrix in this paper. Extra ports are defined on the element to take into account the surface current on the open-circuited parasitic elements. A 3 by 3 array of dipole antenna is analyzed to verify the efficiency of this method. The idea might also be extended to analyze arrays of microstrip patch antennas.

Fast iterative algorithm for solving matrix equation in MoM analysis of large-scale array antennas 大型阵列天线MoM分析中求解矩阵方程的快速迭代算法

A new iterative algorithm based on the Gauss-Seidel iteration method is proposed to solve the matrix equation in the MoM analysis of the array antennas. In the new algorithm, the impedance matrix is decomposed into a number of sub matrices, which describe the self and mutual impedance between the groups of the array, and each sub matrix is regarded as a basic iteration unit rather than the matrix element in the ordinary Gauss-Seidel iteration method. The new iterative algorithm is applied to solve the patch antenna array to show the validity of the method.

The variety of dielectric constant due to the nonlinearity propagation of high power microwave in atmosphere will cause the variety of refractivity. The dielectric constant in primary theory is introduced in the paper and the collisional frequency between electron and gas molecule is analyzed. The method of dynamic for the dielectric constant in atmosphere and the formula of correction coefficient are introduced.

A new type of X-band data transmission antenna used on CBERS-1 satellite 一种用于CBERS-1卫星的新型x波段数据传输天线

In consideration of poor space of mounting plan towards the Earth and some technical reasons, the shaped reflector will not be recommended to use for the CBERS-1 satellite, therefore a backfire helical antenna occupied a small space is adapted for IR-MSS data transmission antenna(DTA) on the CBERS-1 instead of the shaped reflector. The antenna's performance and function is similar to that of the shaped reflector. The design of the antenna and its performances will be briefly described in the paper. At first, it describes the ideal coverage curve and engineering model of the coverage gain for data transmission antenna on the low-orbit satellite. The paper then gives the mathematical model of radiation of the antenna, the characteristic equation for propagation constant is developed in the section. Using complex propagation constant of the helical antenna a saddle shaped beam, whose maximum pointing at 62.5/spl deg/ has been designed. Main properties and function of IR-MSS DTA on the CBERS-1 are then briefly introduced. The antenna possesses compact structure, small size, flight weight and low cost besides the similar performance to the shaped reflector. It is also more suitable for a variety of small satellites or micro satellites.

A 3-dimensional spatial fading correlation model for electromagnetic vector sensors 电磁矢量传感器的三维空间衰落相关模型

A closed-form expression for the spatial fading correlation function between the components of an electromagnetic vector sensor (EVS) in a 3-dimensional multipath channel is derived. The fading correlation function is expressed in terms of both the azimuth and elevation angle of arrival as well as the polarization states of the wave. The results obtained can be used to determine the spatial correlation matrix at both sides of the transmitter and receiver in multiple-input-multiple-output systems. Furthermore, it can be used to predict the system performance of the EVS under various channel conditions. Verification is achieved by comparing with simulation results.

A preliminary analysis for down-looking radar location 下视雷达定位的初步分析

The critical depression angle for down-looking radar location is an important parameter, which is function of refractive index on ground surface and that at radar height. When the initial depression angle is less than or equal to the critical depression one, the ray path is reversed up-ward in space, its reversing height is related to the initial depression angle and refractive index. Based on the radiosonde data measured in our country, atmospheric refraction modification for down-looking radar location is analyzed, the method for calculating reversing height is also presented in this paper.

When the initial depression angle is less than or equal to the critical depression one, the ray path is reversed up-ward in space, its reversing height is related to the initial depression angle and refractive index.
