We report the draft genome of Mycolicibacterium conceptionense, a rapidly growing nontuberculous mycobacterium, isolated from the sputum sample of a patient undergoing treatment for multidrug-resistant tuberculosis in Delhi, India. The 6,366,717-bp genome contains 6,124 coding sequences, one 5S rRNA, three 16S rRNAs, six 23S rRNAs, and 49 tRNAs.

We sequenced the genomes of three multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas putida strains namely 11CM-M1, 11CM-F1, and 11CM-S1, isolated from milk, feces, and farm soil samples collected from dairy cows with clinical mastitis. The assembled draft genomes of these P. putida strains were approximately 5.6 Mbp, with a GC content of 62.4%.

Lumpy skin disease (LSD) is an economically devasting and vector-borne transboundary disease of cattle caused by lumpy skin disease virus (LSDV). Here, we report the complete genome sequence of an outbreak isolate of LSDV from Bangladesh. Bangladesh LSD-29 was detected in skin nodule samples of an LSD-infected bovine in 2021.

We report, for the first time, the draft genomes of four multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas asiatica strains isolated from milk (2M1), feces (2F1 and 2F2), and farm soil (2S1) samples of dairy cows with clinical mastitis. The assembled genomes of these strains were 5.7 Mbp, 62.8% G + C content, and 50× genome coverage.

Here, we report a draft metagenome-assembled genome and annotation of Pseudomonas sp. obtained from the sequenced genome of Vaucheria bursata. The genome completeness was 97.9% with a total of 5,322 open reading frames, of which 3,147 genes were annotated. The availability of the metagenome will elucidate the possible epiphytic interactions of bacteria with Vaucheria bursata.
