Dosing of bulk components is one of the main and important processes of food production. One of the main types of dispensers, ensuring the uniformity of flow, are disk dispensers. In the process of dosing of bulk components, the degree of mobility of the particles is crucial. However, some products (chalk and salt) at high humidity form lumps, which has a negative impact on the dosing process. In this regard, an urgent task is the development of a disk-shaped dispenser, on which the clumping is not affected. The article presents an analysis of the existing schemes of volumetric dispensers of Poppet and vibration types, on the basis of which the scheme of the working body of the dispenser of the disk type with a translational circular motion of the disk (TCMD) is developed. In support of the scheme based on the results of exploratory experiments on the laboratory setup with TCMD frequency and eccentricity, respectively, of the plate 4 s-1 and 20 mm. As the dosed products used chalk and salt. Studies were conducted using different types of coating plates: metal, cardboard, plastic.

TO THE QUESTION OF DECREASE IN LOSSES OF GRAIN AT TWO-PHASE HARVESTING 关于减少两期收获时粮食损失的问题

Article is devoted studying of primary interaction of the deformed pick-up fingers with a roll. At selection of a roll, fingers of the pick-up can be deformed. Restoring the form, to carry out shock influence on a roll, beating out grains. The zone of the movement of fingers of the pick-up at restoration of a form is defined. It is established that with increase of an indicator of a kinematic operating mode of the pick-up λ it increases. The most active influence of fingers on a roll is observed at 1 ≤λ ≤ 3.

OPTIMAL DESIGN OF THE RICE PRINCIPLE IN KAZAKHSTAN 哈萨克斯坦稻谷原理优化设计

In this article optimum design of technology process to parameters of operating parts of the machines implementing optimum technology process is offered. For each type of the optimized object (technology, structure of the machine, parameters of operating parts) the model reflecting physical essence of process in the fullest measure was under construction. The offered rice cleaning model tow as the optimum linear filter separating a useful signal ears from noise eddishes, leads to the integral equation of Winer-Hopfa. The decision it on the COMPUTER has shown that cleaning process by tow is identified by transfer functions of the 4th and 10th order depending on a "input-output" ratios.

FINITE ELEMENT MODELING OF THE INTERACTION OF AN ABRASIVE PARTICLES WITH THE SURFACE OF THE WORKPIECE 磨料颗粒与工件表面相互作用的有限元建模

In this research, the process of interaction of an abrasive particle with the surface of of the workpiece in the framework of dynamic problems of thermoplastic theory, considering plastic deformation, friction and wear of the surface in the contact region. Two boundary contact problems are considered. The first problem refers to the interaction of an element of an abrasive grain in the form of a truncated cone and the surface of a part. The circle of smaller diameter of the cone contacts the surface of the part taking into account the friction and plastic deformation of this surface. Kinematic or force boundary conditions are applied to the circle of greater diameter. In the case of kinematic conditions, the normal and tangential displacements of the circle and its rotation are specified. In the case of force conditions, the force and moment are given. In the second task, the hard stamp slides at a constant speed along the flat boundary of the workpiece, the value of the die insertion is set. In the contact area, the sliding friction force is expressed through normal pressure and heating due to the friction and wear. The stress and temperature fields near the contact region are investigated

HEAT EXCHANGER IN THE FLOW PLATE EXCHANGER WITH THE SUPERVISIVE FEEDING OF THE PRODUCT 换热器在流板式换热器中配合监督加料产品

The article studies the cooling process in a flow-through plate heat exchanger. The process of discontinuous (impulse) supply of the product to the flow heat exchanger is considered. To cool the milk, the heat exchange takes place in three stages: cooling the milk in the "on-hook" mode, when a constant supply of the product is carried out; cooling in the "pause" mode, when the immobile milk remaining in the cavity of the heat exchanger is cooled by water; Mixing of both portions of milk in a collection milk tank. Theoretically and experimentally it was shown that the cooling of milk in the "pause" mode depends on the ratio between the regulating milk volume in the milk collector and the volume of milk communications of the heat exchanger. In the article the technique of engineering calculation, proven in practice, a plate milk cooler for a dairy farm for 200 cows is given.

DETERMINATION OF MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF COMPOSITE MATERIALS OF WOVEN STRUCTURES BASED ON FINITE ELEMENT MODELING 基于有限元建模的编织结构复合材料力学性能测定

This paper is devoted to the three-dimensional modeling of the representative volume of a composite weave of the weave type, using the finite element method. The use of this type of material is due to the fact that the material has a fairly uniform distribution of the structure in the reinforcement plane, has sufficient resistance to damage, and is also simple in production. The paper considers single layer of material periodic regular weave pattern, the effective mechanical properties which may be described in terms transversally isotropic material. The woven composite fiber is a bundle of fiberglass yarns connected by a single matrix, therefore it is considered as an anisotropic material having an isotropy plane perpendicular to the axis of the fiber. As a result of the work, matrices of effective elastic constants of representative volumes of an elementary periodic cell were obtained for various fiber modeling methods (isotropic and anisotropic materials), the dependence of these characteristics on the volume ratio of the components of the composite was found, the adhesion interaction between fiber and matrix was modeled. The influence of the degree of damage to the connectivity of the components of the woven composite on the effective elastic characteristics of a representative volume is determined.

The article considers an innovative extension of data preparation methods for the design of drives with high output moments and low speed and the possibility of improving the technical level of drives using modern designs of drive technology-reducing the size of the drives while maintaining performance indicators, creating conditions for import – substituting design.

SUNROOT- PERSPECTIVE RAW MATERIAL FOR CREATING NEW COOKIES OF BISCUITS Sunroot - perspective原料,用于制作新的饼干

Industrial processing of sunflower tubers provides for the production of powder used in certain food technologies, such as cookies. To select the optimal methods for preparing cookies, laboratory baking with a powder dosage of 5, 7 and 10% was carried out. With increasing dosage of powder from the sunflower seeds, the porosity of the biscuit increases, which entails a rise in water absorption. Alkalinity decreases due to the content of organic acids in the powder. The decrease in humidity in the experimental samples is explained by the lower, water-retaining capacity of the toposolnous powder. Based on the studies conducted, new varieties of cookies were developed using 7% roshka obtained from the tubers of sunflower.

DEVELOPMENT AND MANUFACTURE OF THE EQUIPMENT OF SECONDARY WINE FACILITIES IN THE PERIOD FROM 1992 TO 2017 1992年至2017年期间二级酿酒设施设备的开发和制造

One of the main conditions for the formation of modern highly efficient development of winemaking and the production of quality wine is the corresponding equipment. The research of the production base of domestic equipment of secondary winemaking at a certain time interval (from 1992 to 2017) was carried out in the following categories: developers (design bureaus), manufacturers and a list of produced winemaking equipment. The main winemaking equipment was installed, which was developed and put into production until 1992. Since then, almost no new samples have appeared on the market. Of the more than 30 design organizations serving the wine industry, currently there are 3 organizations. The production base was reduced by more than 80%. However, in the food industry there is a development reserve in the form of accumulated experience and intellectual resources. The composition of the produced equipment for the processing of wine materials fully provides the technological production cycle. The wine industry requires modernization of the existing, as well as the development and production of new progressive equipment.
