The theoretical analysis of a configuration and application methods in agricultural enterprises in Russia the different types of small-scale container formula-feed plants is made. It is set that the small-scale plants of three types can be applied. Small-scale agricultural enterprises can organize independent compound feeds manufacturing from own raw materials on the basis of the individual plants consisting of one module-container. Use the group type formula-feed plants providing prompt transformation the enterprise structure, rationally for medium-scale agricultural enterprises. Single structure modular formula-feed plants application rationally for large-scale agricultural enterprises.

A SECURE RUNTIME ENVIRONMENT FOR PYTHON COMMANDS FOR AUTOMATING COMPOSITE MODELING PROCESSES python命令的安全运行时环境,用于自动化组合建模过程

In this paper, we consider the creation of a scripting language for describing the finite element models in the ACELAN COMPOS complex and related technical solutions related to the production and safety of the resulting module. An analysis of typical user tasks was carried out, based on the results of which a subject-oriented language was developed for writing scripts for the ACELAN package. Based on the Python scripting language version 2.7 and its implementation for the .NETIronPython platform, the ACELAN user's programming interface was implemented as a Python-class facade, which also encapsulates information about the model the user is working with.

Some features of Maritime education, such as the obligatory presence of long-term educational practices, as well as additional regulation of the educational process by the requirements of international conventions, are discussed in detail. TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER IN INNOVATIONS AND IDEAS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY 创新中的技术转移与技校理念管理体系

The article is devoted to some problems of commercialization of the scientific research in the universities. The purpose of the research is to determine the place of technology transfer centers as a support mechanism of innovation inventions made in technical universities. In the first part of the work, the authors show the objective need for the innovative infrastructure of the university, as well as mechanisms for managing innovation activities. The second part of the work reveals the importance of such an innovative unit as the centers of technology transfer, for carrying out and consulting functions. The author proposes a mechanism for interaction of TSC with various units of innovation activities within and outside the university when implementing the innovative technology transfer strategy.

The article considers the need to master the skills of developing electrical circuits using Russian electronic components in the process of training specialists in UGS 12.00.00, as well as the implementation of methods of import substitution in the conditions of sanctions imposed against Russia. The current economic situation requires Universities to prepare bachelors and masters who are able to navigate in the modern database of electronic elements of both Russian and foreign production. Graduates of the biotechnical systems and technologies and instrumentation areas should know the device of modern measuring devices and biomedical devices, as well as perform maintenance of medical and measuring equipment using import substitution techniques.

The article analyzes the possibilities of using modern computer technologies in assuring effective mastering and consolidation of knowledge received by foreign students in Russian language lessons as a foreign and scientific style of speech as one of the aspects of RCT. Possible options for expanding the stock of active vocabulary, new grammatical constructions, developing listening skills, reading and speaking by foreign students at the stage of pre-university training are considered. The authors established the need for preliminary development of a methodical scenario of a training session, the definition of ways to present a new material, the construction of a trajectory of training, taking into account the level of initial training of foreign students, their linguistic abilities, the initial motivation for learning, and the target orientation of the topic.

FLUID COMPOSITE MIXTURES IN THE PRODUCTION OF WHEAT WHEAT VARIETIES 流体复合混合物在小麦品种生产中的应用

The work is devoted to the analysis of works devoted to the development of composite mixtures based on domestic natural natural raw materials, which allow to increase the nutritional value of products and improve the quality of bread. The development of composite mixtures took into account the glycemic index and protein content. To find the optimal ratio of components of the flour mixture, the computer program Minitab 18 was applied, a plan was chosen for the mixtures with restrictions. It was found that with the ratio of components: (wheat flour 65%, lupine flour 25%, barley flour 5%, corn flour 5%) for the first composite mixture and (wheat flour 65%, oat bran 25% chickpea flour 5%, corn flour 5%) for the second composite mixture, samples of bread with a sufficiently high nutritional value and with high organoleptic and physicochemical parameters were obtained. The obtained results were verified experimentally.
