The research of statistical data of failure of the deck load-lifting equipment is written in the article. Causes of failures of the deck load-lifting devices by means of use of quality and quantitative indices of functional reliability of deck mechanisms, with use of data on the actual refusals at their technical operation are explained. Method of expert evaluations was used. More and less reliable deck mechanisms have been identified in the process of technical operation.

The article analyzes the possibilities of using modern computer technologies in assuring effective mastering and consolidation of knowledge received by foreign students in Russian language lessons as a foreign and scientific style of speech as one of the aspects of RCT. Possible options for expanding the stock of active vocabulary, new grammatical constructions, developing listening skills, reading and speaking by foreign students at the stage of pre-university training are considered. The authors established the need for preliminary development of a methodical scenario of a training session, the definition of ways to present a new material, the construction of a trajectory of training, taking into account the level of initial training of foreign students, their linguistic abilities, the initial motivation for learning, and the target orientation of the topic.

In article, the description of the automated development is presented in the KOMPAS-3D program of library of threedimensional models of one of components of drives – the belt drive. The belt drive is widely used in various cars, including agricultural purpose. At design of drives at a stage of the outline sketch it is often necessary to carry out for the purpose of its optimization the choice of the engine (its type, power, frequency of turns), parameters of the belt drive: belts, pulleys. It is expedient to carry out variation at the choice of elements of transfer in the layout mode with use of three-dimensional models. It allows to choose the most successful option of an arrangement of components from the point of view of functional and operational characteristics and also economic feasibility. The library of the elements of the drive which are preferably presented in the form of three-dimensional models is necessary for the solution of this task. Such approach is connected with the fact that components of this transfer are standardized or completely, or their form and the sizes. In work automation of creation of library with use of resources (a window and the table of variables) of the KOMPAS-3D system is presented.

To improve the efficiency of machines for post-harvest processing, it is necessary to have practical-oriented mathematical models of functioning and the theory of structural-parametric synthesis as a whole. Most of the processes in agriculture and in machines for post-harvest processing represent the movement of streams of bodies, connected both with each other and with the external environment. A special case is the finding of bodies on the grating. An analysis of existing theories has made it possible to reveal their shortcomings and to propose a theoretical model of the flow of bodies that makes it possible to use it for solving practical problems by laws and theorems of general mechanics, while excluding the forces acting inside bodies.

The theoretical analysis of a configuration and application methods in agricultural enterprises in Russia the different types of small-scale container formula-feed plants is made. It is set that the small-scale plants of three types can be applied. Small-scale agricultural enterprises can organize independent compound feeds manufacturing from own raw materials on the basis of the individual plants consisting of one module-container. Use the group type formula-feed plants providing prompt transformation the enterprise structure, rationally for medium-scale agricultural enterprises. Dosing of bulk components is one of the main and important processes of food production. One of the main types of dispensers, ensuring the uniformity of flow, are disk dispensers. In the process of dosing of bulk components, the degree of mobility of the particles is crucial. However, some products (chalk and salt) at high humidity form lumps, which has a negative impact on the dosing process. In this regard, an urgent task is the development of a disk-shaped dispenser, on which the clumping is not affected. The article presents an analysis of the existing schemes of volumetric dispensers of Poppet and vibration types, on the basis of which the scheme of the working body of the dispenser of the disk type with a translational circular motion of the disk (TCMD) is developed. In support of the scheme based on the results of exploratory experiments on the laboratory setup with TCMD frequency and eccentricity, respectively, of the plate 4 s-1 and 20 mm.
