Effective moduli of nanoporous beryllium with simple random and open structures of porosity were studied using effective modulus and finite element methods. Nanosized effects were modeled within the framework of the Gurtin-Murdoch model of interface stresses. Modeling and solving the homogenization problems were performed in the ANSYS package, while structures of representative volumes with open porosity were generated in the ACELAN-COMPOS package. The influence of porosity, types of representative volumes and pore sizes on the values of effective moduli of nanoporous beryllium were analyzed.

For research of opportunities of adaptation of the shnekovy cutting device offered by us to modern harvesters of combines comparative tests of operation of the harvester with a reel and without reel were carried out. As a result of the conducted researches and processing of experimental data on cutting of stalks by the Tucano 450 combine with the C660 harvester, it is established that on real loss of grain options differ not significantly at speeds of 5-8 km/h. It confirms expediency of use of the harvester without reel during the work at the studied combine speeds. By processing of experimental data on cutting of stalks the Torum 740 combine with the Power Stream 700 harvester it is established that on real loss of grain options differ not significantly at speeds of 5-9 km/h that also confirms expediency of use of the harvester without reel during the work at the studied speeds of the movement of the combine.

In this article for the best comprehension and also receiving more complete picture, definitions of the term projection are considered, some fields of activity in which it is applied, namely agricultural, technological mechanical engineering etc are listed. An important part of cars and mechanisms is their drive, in agricultural and other mobile machinery the hydraulic actuator is most often applied – projection of which will be described in this article. First of all the existing technique projection of a hydraulic actuator is considered and its principle is described and shortcomings are designated. For carrying out a better designing process the new technique of projection of a hydraulic pressure drive which includes a stage of partial synthesis is offered. The stage based on use of the theory of a volume rigidity when calculating a hydraulic system which allows to simplify calculations because it is possible to count several options of preliminary structures at the same time that will lead to receiving a hydraulic actuator with the best parameters.

Применение данного оборудования позволяет сохранять урожай в течении года, а также снизить капитальные вложения и затраты на выгрузку зерна. The problems of modeling representative volumes for two-phase piezoelectric composites composed of a matrix of base material and inclusions or pores are considered. Representative volumes are constructed in the form of a cube, subdivided by a regular mesh into hexahedral finite elements. A set of algorithms for extracting a subset of elements, which are endowed with material properties of inclusions or pores, is described. The characteristics of the principal features of these algorithms, their advantages and disadvantages for modelling of real piezoelectric composite structures and for solving of the homogenization problems are given. It is noted that the types of connectivity and the properties of representative volumes can sufficiently significantly affect of the values of the effective material moduli of piezoelectric composites.

The article presents a consistent theory of self-aligning spatial Assur and non-assuric cam mechanisms of a general functional design. The cam mechanism, the basis of the kinematic chain of which is the classical Assur-Artobolevsky group, is called the Assur or Asuric structure. The cam mechanism, the basis of the kinematic chain of which is a new nonassuric group, is called the mechanism of the non-assortal structure. The non-assuric structural group is the basis of the theory of synthesis of non-assuring self-aligning cam mechanisms.

The thermal destruction of electrically heated metal wires is considered with respect to nominal end extra-employment (extra-loads). Few appropriate mathematical models are constructed and investigated thoroughly. It is shown that under-load regimes of heated wire operation provide its long-life functionality. The only realistic mechanism of wire crash is selfaccelerated evaporation of metal in previously thin zones. In the research both analytical and numeric techniques are used, as well as modern computer aided systems. Results obtained are interesting for electric equipment design and for educative purposes.
