FINITE ELEMENT HOMOGENIZATION OF NANOPOROUS ELASTIC MATERIAL OF THE HEXAGONAL CLASS OF SYMMETRY WITH SURFACE EFFECTS 具有表面效应的六方对称类纳米多孔弹性材料的有限元均匀化

Effective moduli of nanoporous beryllium with simple random and open structures of porosity were studied using effective modulus and finite element methods. Nanosized effects were modeled within the framework of the Gurtin-Murdoch model of interface stresses. Modeling and solving the homogenization problems were performed in the ANSYS package, while structures of representative volumes with open porosity were generated in the ACELAN-COMPOS package. The influence of porosity, types of representative volumes and pore sizes on the values of effective moduli of nanoporous beryllium were analyzed.

OPTIMIZATION OF COMPOSITIONS OF ELECTROLYTES FOR OBTAINING PROTECTIVE-DECORATIVE NICKEL AND ZINC COATINGS FROM ELECTROLYTE-COLLOIDS 从电解质胶体中获得保护装饰性镍和锌涂层的电解质成分优化

The method of planning extreme experiments of Box-Wilson optimized the compositions of electrolytes-colloids of nickel plating and galvanizing for obtaining protective and decorative coatings. The resulting low-concentration electrolytecolloid of nickel plating makes it possible to work at the same current densities as the concentrated one, being more stable in time. In this case, the galvanic precipitation in both cases is fine-crystalline, shiny, and corrosion-resistant. The optimal composition of electrolyte-galvanizing colloid is shown. In the electrolyte of this composition, elastic, semi-zinc coatings are deposited. The current output of zinc was 76-80%. The conducted investigations of electrolytes-colloids of nickel-plating and galvanizing gave information about some features of the mechanism of electrodeposition from these solutions. This opens the prospect of a wider use of these electrolytes in industry.

IMPROVING THE TECHNOLOGY OF FOOD PRODUCTION WITH THE USE OF THE PROCESS OF BIOMODIFICATION 利用生物改性技术改进食品生产技术

Biomodification allows to increase the nutritional and biological value of raw materials, finished product and improve their quality. A promising direction is the production of specialized cheese products, in the technology of which the process of biomodification of protein mass by complex synbiotic is used. As an activator biomode classification of animal protein (milk protein) is used in certain technological parameters kompletny a synbiotic a source of vitamins, mineral substances, dietary fibers and other biologically active substances contained in FitEx-tracts obtained from vegetable raw materials, and probiotic cultures of microorganisms. The study of the process of modification of the protein milk mass in the application of bio-additives, as well as the proposed rational modes of biomodification of cheese.

EFFECTIVE STRUCTURES FOR STORING MATERIAL PROPERTIES OF COMPONENTS IN THE ACELAN COMPOS PACKAGE 用于存储acelan复合材料包中组件的材料特性的有效结构

Within the framework of the work, a method for storing material properties for all anisotropy classes has been developed and implemented, allowing to reduce storage space by efficiently placing data in a relational database. The user interface is implemented in the form of a web application that allows to view and edit materials of different classes of anisotropy, taking into account their properties. The server part is implemented using the .NET Core cross-platform technology and the .NET Standard platform, which makes it possible to use the received application both on servers running various operating systems and in application solutions for the PC.м Storage of material properties is carried out using a model based on the principles of relational databases.

COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF FINITE ELEMENT MODELS OF REPRESENTATIVE VOLUMES FOR MIXED PIEZOCOMPOSITES WITH VARIOUS CONNECTIVITY 不同连通性混合压电复合材料代表性体积有限元模型对比分析

The problems of modeling representative volumes for two-phase piezoelectric composites composed of a matrix of base material and inclusions or pores are considered. Representative volumes are constructed in the form of a cube, subdivided by a regular mesh into hexahedral finite elements. A set of algorithms for extracting a subset of elements, which are endowed with material properties of inclusions or pores, is described. The characteristics of the principal features of these algorithms, their advantages and disadvantages for modelling of real piezoelectric composite structures and for solving of the homogenization problems are given. It is noted that the types of connectivity and the properties of representative volumes can sufficiently significantly affect of the values of the effective material moduli of piezoelectric composites.

GENERAL MODEL OF SYNTHESIS OF SELF-STABILIZING SPATIAL CAM MECHANISMS 自稳定空间凸轮机构综合的一般模型

The article presents a consistent theory of self-aligning spatial Assur and non-assuric cam mechanisms of a general functional design. The cam mechanism, the basis of the kinematic chain of which is the classical Assur-Artobolevsky group, is called the Assur or Asuric structure. The cam mechanism, the basis of the kinematic chain of which is a new nonassuric group, is called the mechanism of the non-assortal structure. The non-assuric structural group is the basis of the theory of synthesis of non-assuring self-aligning cam mechanisms.

DESTRUCTION OF HEATED WIRES IN ELECTRICAL UNITS: DETAILED MATHEMATICAL ANALYSIS 电气装置中受热导线的破坏:详细的数学分析

The thermal destruction of electrically heated metal wires is considered with respect to nominal end extra-employment (extra-loads). Few appropriate mathematical models are constructed and investigated thoroughly. It is shown that under-load regimes of heated wire operation provide its long-life functionality. The only realistic mechanism of wire crash is selfaccelerated evaporation of metal in previously thin zones. In the research both analytical and numeric techniques are used, as well as modern computer aided systems. Results obtained are interesting for electric equipment design and for educative purposes.
