Possible methods for recognizing and combating weeds are considered. A method, an algorithm and a technical device for identification and destruction of weeds in the early stages of beet growth have been developed. The algorithm can be used to study and recognize by means of the technology of machine vision of cultivated plants and weeds.

The ways of productivity rise of the straw-walker keys are exhausted. Other dynamic effects on the heap layer in the straw-walker different from rotational movement of keys in modern straw-walkers are studied. The quantitative assessment of the separating efficiency process depending on different motion paths of the keys is also executed. Keyword Straw-walker, key, motion path, separating. Общеизвестно, на сегодняшний день, что возможности клавишного соломотряса, у которого клавиши совершают вращательное движение, исчерпаны и он сдерживает дальнейший рост производительности зерноуборочных комбайнов классической схемы. Различного рода дополнительные устройства в виде ворошителей, активаторов и тому подобного, повышают пропускную способность соломотряса на 10...12%, что в реальных условиях эксплуатации практически не сказывается на производительности комбайна. Таким образом, необходимы иные способы воздействия на ворох, обеспечивающие прорывной рост эффективности сепарации. В середине 20-го века предполагалось, что в процессе движения слоя вороха по клавише зерно из верхних слоев опускается вниз к поверхности клавиши. Зерна, находящиеся в верхних частях слоя, получают незначительные воздействия со стороны клавиши в силу неголономности связи их с соломистыми компонентами слоя вороха, через который эти воздействия зернам передаются [1]. Однако, по мере приближения зерен к поверхности клавиши эти воздействия будут возрастать, что приведет к снижению скорости их опускания и если по достижении поверхности клавиши они не попадут в отверстие решетчатой поверхности клавиши, то они неизбежно будут заброшены клавишей снова в слой вороха, так как движение частиц по поверхности клавиши происходит с отрывом. The characteristic of dimetric projection is given. Classification of dimetries by subtypes front, profile, horizontal depending on the location of local coordinate planes, receiving the smallest distortions in axonometric projection, is carried out. Examples of dimetric images of different subtypes are given. The method of formation of a set of dimetric vistors is considered, in the development of the method for the formation of a set of basic types, when the directions of projection onto the depicted object are set in each octant at identical angles to the same coordinate axes. An example of images of three sets of dimetric views in the projection connection with the main view and 3×8=24-x dimetric axes is given.

The paper presents the calculation of the effective properties of masonry as a regular composite structure, which consists of the materials of brick and mortar. For the homogenization of masonry, the effective moduli method is used, which considers the representative volume as a periodic cell of masonry structure. For the inhomogeneous medium of the representative volume, several boundary-value problems of the elasticity theory with special boundary conditions are set, which are solved using the finite element method. The computation results are averaged by the representative volume, which allows computing the full set of the effective moduli for the composite structure. The suggested approach is used for the calculation of the effective properties of masonry made of porous and hollow bricks with various void shapes and number of voids, as well as different porosity. The dependence of the effective moduli values on the brick porosity and void sizes is analyzed.

Аннотация Рассмотрены процессы протекающие при насыщении поверхности различными элементами. Химико – термической обработке подвергали пористые и высокоплотные порошковые материалы. Разработаны различные варианты технологических процессов. Приведены результаты исследований нитроцементации порошковых материалов. Исследованы зависимости толщины нитроцементованного слоя от общей пористости при различных температурах нитроцементации (НЦ) и изменения доли открытой пористости от гранулометрического состава порошка Большое влияние на все виды ХТО оказывает пористость порошковых материалов, ее величина, характер и распределение. Определены оптимальные режимы насыщения, а также параметры, влияющие на формирование диффузионного слоя. The work is devoted to the search for ways to reduce the energy of the stands for testing the spring racks of the cultivator for fatigue strength. The mechanism of the drive in the form of a crank-rocker mechanism is considered, where a spring stand serves as a yoke. An expression is obtained for determining the maximum instantaneous power under cyclic loading. The dependence on the dynamic characteristics of the elastic link is noted. The spectrum of the natural frequencies of the rack is determined. The dependence of the power of the drive motor on the rotational speed is determined experimentally. It is established that the minimum power per drive is obtained if the frequency of rotation coincides with the natural frequency of the spring column. The conclusion is made about the need for the drive to work in resonance mode with a spring post.

The technology of composite fuel synthesis, which improves operational properties and environmental properties of diesel fuel, is proposed. The types of the apparatus for carrying out the transesterification and esterification reaction were considered. The vortex reactor for the biodiesel synthesis is proposed. This apparatus ensures the intensification of alcohol and lipid layers mixing. Advantages of vortex reactor: compactness, low power consumption, simplicity of the design and maintenance, lack of cooling system. A reactor with a heterophasic catalyst is proposed for the esterification process. To mix components of composite fuel, a rotary cavitation mixer is proposed to be used.

The work is devoted to the substantiation and development of methods and means for monitoring the spring racks of the cultivator. The analysis of the market of test stands for springs is carried out, there is a lack of necessary technical means. for racks of cultivators. The necessity of combining static and dynamic tests on a single stand is noted. The design of the universal stand is developed. As a loading mechanism, the crank-rocker is used. where the test stand serves as a yoke. The analysis of changes in the direction of the load application is carried out. The condition of the minimum distortion of the direction of the load due to the elongation of the connecting rod is derived. Implemented the possibility of varying the height of the racks, crankshafts, the horizontal displacement of the column, the length of the connecting rod.
