UNIVERSAL DEVICE FOR RESEARCHESBULK PRODUCTS FRICTION PROPERTIES 用于散装产品摩擦性能研究的通用装置

Physical and mechanical propertiesof bulk materialsmust be taken into account when designingand operation of the agricultural equipment, devices for storage, and transportation of bulks materials. One of the most important physical and mechanical propertiesof bulks materials are coefficients of external and internal friction. In this regard, definition frictional characteristics of bulks material are relevant. The article shows the relationship between the properties of the bulk product and its coefficient of internal friction in the case of shear resistance. The main parameters of a universal installation for determining the frictional characteristics of bulk materials-static and dynamic, internal and external friction coefficientsare determined.

Аннотация Найдено точное аналитическое решение нелинейного дифференциального уравнения. На основе формулы современной теории механизмов определена математическая модель конструкций самоустанавливающегося механизма физического маятника. Установлены параметры и основные режимы эксплуатации рационального проектирования, и закономерного конструирования механизмов типа маятник. Ключевые слова Самоустанавливающиеся механизмы конструкции маятник, механизм физического маятника, полный эллиптический интеграл первого рода, режим качания, равномерного вращения, неравномерного вращения, инерционное возмущение.

The article considers the state priorities of a large-scale system program of development of the economy of the new technological generation in relation to the education system, the state goals of creating regional universities, the program of transformation of DSTU into the center of innovative, technological and social development of the region for 2017-2019 in terms of innovative training of On the example of the structural unit of the regional reference University the introduction of innovative technologies in the training of undergraduates and mastering their professional competencies is presented. The priorities of the project-oriented master's program for the University and regional business are determined. The main levels of PS and masters, contributing to the formation, development and strengthening of intangible assets of the University in the digital economy – the brand of the University.

SMART MILK FARM: INNOVATIONS IN KEEPING AND FEEDING OF COWS 智能牛奶农场:在奶牛饲养和喂养方面的创新

In article innovations in the equipment for contents and feeding of cows, suitable for use on the Russian dairy farms with fastened keeping of animals are considered. The technical solution for self-fixing of animals and new construction of the shortened stalls is offered. The question of creation the farm-line of cultural pastures is studied. The question of optimization of preparation and distribution of forages on small dairy farms is probed. These innovations will allow to turn, in the long term, normal Russian dairy farms into the smart, providing intellectualizations of agricultural production and increase in its efficiency.

Research and developmental works (R&D) their specific and complication of scientific work play important role in development of different industries of industry and in particular наукоемких industries of industry. By major indexes at a decision-making about financing of R&D, there is their cost, labor intensiveness, duration. An analysis and systematization of existent methods of their calculation are conducted in the article. The features of different ways and methods of estimation of R&D were educed, on the basis of norms of labor expenses and with the use of statistical materials and application of method of statistical design.

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF THE APPLICABILITY OF THE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF TEST FOR STRENGTH IN AXIAL COMPRESSION 轴压强度试验替代方法适用性的统计分析

The results of a statistical analysis of the experiment evaluating the effect of support friction in standard tests on axial compression on the yield strength characteristics of ceramic bricks are presented. The statistical hypotheses are checked. The conversion coefficient from the alternative method to the base method is determined. The optimal shape and dimensions of the samples, as well as the method of preparation of their surfaces, are determined.

Приведены результаты сравнительной оценки сохранности каротина при различных технологиях обогащения комбикормов. Рассмотрены традиционные и перспективные технологии обогащения комбикормов естественным каротином. Перспективными технологиями являются: экструдирование зерновых компонентов и травяной резки люцерны при совмещении в едином технологическом процессе и СВЧ-сушка зеленой растительной массы. CALCULATION OF THE PARAMETERS OF THE CORRECTOR SECTION OF THE SPEED CHARACTERISTICS TRACTOR ENGINE 速度特性拖拉机发动机校正段参数的计算

One of the main indicators of the corrector section of the high-speed characteristics of the tractor engine is its torque adaptability factor. The article describes the method of General solution of the problem of calculation of this coefficient. The method is to minimize the difference between the two functions (optimality criterion): the first - the dependence of the denominator of the geometric series of gears on the coefficient of adaptability, the second-the dependence of the denominator on the tractor power range, that is, the ratio of the tangential thrust force in the last gear to the same force in the first gear. Taking into account the found coefficient of adaptability by the moment, the rotation frequency of the motor shaft at the maximum torque, the coefficient of adaptability of the engine by the shaft speed, the traction and speed ranges, the theoretical speed in the last gear are determined. The speed of the shaft at the maximum torque is determined from the condition that the engine load factor by power at the maximum torque is equal to 0,85. The power range is determined by the results of minimization of the optimality criterion, the speed range is equal to C-low. The speed of the tractor in the last gear is determined taking into account the given speed in the first gear and the found speed range. The generally accepted range of minimum values of the coefficient of adaptability, based on the time increase in traction resistance, is 1,15...1,20. In some modern tractor engines, this co-efficiency is greater than 1,2. The aim of the article is to optimize the interval of adaptability coefficient values greater than 1,2. The object of study - the engine of a wheeled tractor traction class 3. The initial material-nomi-nal traction and weight of the tractor, its traction range, the interval of theoretical speed in first gear. Research methods-nel programming using the minimization of the convex function; approximation of the linear function of the torque dependence on the current speed of the shaft. The main conclusion: given the accepted criterion of optimality, constraints, and the coefficient of variation moment of resistance of the optimum the coefficient of adaptability at the twisting mo-ment of tractor engines comply with the interval of 1,27 to 1,45.
