The material presented in the article is devoted to the study of new physical properties of rubber, obtained by processing its components in a special way. Acquired properties many times increase its physical and mechanical characteristics. The obtained results reflect the mechanical behavior of rubber specimens as a result of axial extension, when testing granular materials of various intermediate diameters added to remove rubber vulcanization of cars. Mechanical properties of rubber improve with increasing diameter of the pellets, and the average gain was observed especially less often after the average diameter of the particles did not exceed 380 microns, so it is desirable to use the material, in addition to the available for removal of vulcanization, whose granule diameter does not exceed 400 microns.

New approaches as evaluated by the mechanical affecting on the soil and the criteria of ecological estimation, directly characterizing the affecting of wheeled and caterpillar movers on the soil are presented in the article. As a result for perfection of structurally-regime parameters of the hauling field energy the concept of virtual mobile energymeans (МEM) and criteria of his efficiency are set forth. For the ground of perspective ways, methods and receptions of increase of ecological efficiency of MEM determination of meaningfulness of influence of each offers of structurally-regime parameters on the index of the affecting on the soil "U" with the use of derivative of first-order. Coefficients allowing to estimate ecological and power efficiency of the МТА in technology on exceeding of level of the mechanical affecting on the soil are presented. The algorithm of choice of model row of tractors is worked out in a certain hauling class on the level of making more compact influence of the МТА. On the basis of correlation of losses from violation of agrotechnical terms and losses of harvest from the anthropogenic loading on an agrocenosis the rational model of tractor is chosen.

In this paper, we present applied methods for calculating the performance characteristics of various models of cantilever piezoelectric generators in the presence of a proof mass in their construction. These methods were obtained on the basis of a previously developed mathematical model that takes into account the design features of real generator designs. Accounting for these features occurs due to the division of the beam into segments with different electromechanical properties. At the end of the work, a numerical analysis of the output characteristics of the generator was performed in the case of an incomplete piezoelectric substrate coating. The analysis showed that there is such a value for the length of the piezoelectric elements on which the maximum output values of electrical voltage and power are reached.

The evolution of the dairy industry is considered, it is noted that the global market, social, environmental and regulatory trends will change the dairy industry for the next decade. Reflected the issues that should be understood under the "digital economy" and digital animal husbandry and the transition to innovative methods in this area. The basis for the development of the industry will be a new technological basis for increasing the competitive advantages of modernized and livestock complexes under construction in the direction of a promising technological order and the transition to the global trend of a waste-free (circular) economy and above all the investment direction for high-tech development of the industry. Focusing on innovation and modernization, it is necessary to pay attention to the development of new production standards and the scientific support of enterprises. This will allow at least two tasks to be solved in the development of the industry and the country as a whole: ensuring food independence and modernization of the industry, and coping with the scale of the economy being reconstructed, solving the complex production realities associated with the industrialization of the industry.

A review and analysis of the properties of various types of grinders by the criterion of specific capacity has been carried out. The most suitable shredder is pin. As a result of the experiment planning, response functions and variable parameters are defined. An experimental setup has been created and studies have been carried out on the grinding of soybean seeds. The fractional composition of the ground soybean seeds is measured. Based on the results of the experiment, the optimal parameters of the rotor, the number of rotor revolutions, the gap between the disks and the power consumption were determined.

In this paper, we consider the main software products used in the simulation process. The main attention is paid to the LabVIEW product, which is used in the educational process of many Universities of the Russian Federation. A comparative analysis of this program with the MATLAB application program package is performed. A specific example of modeling the operation of a DC electric drive in the LabVIEW environment is considered, as well as the study of the operation of an asynchronous electric drive.

This article is devoted to the problem of uneven supply of grain mass to the threshing, which leads to an increase in grain losses during harvesting. The aim of this study is mathematical analysis of the optimal cut profile when changing the value of the second feed of the bread mass in the range from 4 to 12 kg/s, the detection of their laws as the length of the drum and the width of the threshing-separating device. As a result of processing of experimental data, a graph of the optimal profile of the cut-off of the conveying device is obtained, which will ensure the uniformity of the grain mass flow in the initial States of the threshing. The equations of these lines are obtained, the averaged profile of the slice for the whole group of curves from the value of the feed grain mass is constructed. The coefficient of reliability of approximation showed high rates of accuracy of approximation.

A comparative evaluation of the efficiency of impressed current anode and cathodic protection in general can be given in complex laboratory tests. To do this, it is necessary to determine the dissolution rate of the anode material in model solutions, to obtain anodic volt-ampere characteristics, to compare the distribution of protective characteristics along the protected construction, depending on the anode material and the external current density. The intermediate resistance of electrode-soil interface is one of the most important characteristics that determine the effective work of anodes and it is depended on the nature of the anodic processes products. In the course of model tests, the relationship between the polarization resistance of the anodes and the protective zone length is shown.
