The strength of the base plate of the digital antenna array, installed on the ship's match, is calculated in the case of rollrolling, considered according to Krylov's formula. In addition, the wind load acting on the plate in case of storm wind is taken into account. The distribution of stresses and strains is analyzed. It is established that screw forces are subjected to the greatest force. The results obtained are compared with the case of rolling by a simple sinusoidal law, which revealed that a more precise formulation of the problem does not lead to significant changes in the values of stresses and strains. Under wind load, the stresses and deformations have increased significantly.

The article indicates the special role of microclimate parameters in the cultivation of piglets-suckers. A brief description of the local heating systems of the lair is given. Designs and sizes of warm rugs are listed. The technique of engineering calculation of Underfloor heating with water coolant is presented. The required thermal performance depends on the design characteristics of local heaters. In determining the parameters of warm mats take into account the construction design of heating devices, temperature and speed of the coolant, the diameter and step of laying pipelines. The calculation is carried out in accordance with the normalized air parameters in the livestock room.

In connection with the extreme soil and climatic conditions observed in the far East region, there was a need to create a perfect technology of soybean cultivation with harvesting by means of a comb on the flock. The introduction of this technology will allow to carry out field harvesting in accordance with agrotechnical requirements, to reduce soil degradation from re-compaction, to collect the entire biological crop from the field, to reduce the herbicidal load on the soil. For the new technology, it is necessary to create a field harvesting machine, a complex of machines for crop transportation, a technological line for separation, cleaning and processing of the non-grain part.

Within the framework of the work, a method for storing material properties for all anisotropy classes has been developed and implemented, allowing to reduce storage space by efficiently placing data in a relational database. The user interface is implemented in the form of a web application that allows to view and edit materials of different classes of anisotropy, taking into account their properties. The server part is implemented using the .NET Core cross-platform technology and the .NET Standard platform, which makes it possible to use the received application both on servers running various operating systems and in application solutions for the PC.м Storage of material properties is carried out using a model based on the principles of relational databases.

In the design of chain drives, especially in the case of accidental loading, it is of interest to obtain the function of chain reliability, i.e. prediction of the probability of its failure-free operation depending on the operating time. In the process of transmission design, the selection of the chain is carried out in such a way as to provide the necessary static strength. The frequency of rotation of the drive sprocket should not be greater than the maximum permissible, determined by the permissible kinetic energy of the impact at the time of engagement. Thus, the performance of the fatigue strength of the rollers is ensured.

A promising direction is the production of specialized cheese products, in the technology of which the process of biomodification of protein mass by complex synbiotic is used. The GOST (Russian: ГОСТ) definition of the concept of "partial failure" is analyzed, and an expansion of the indicators characterizing the properties of such failures is proposed. It is shown that this is due to the differences in the partial failure of the full, connected with the possibility of continuing the use of the technical device for the purpose in conditions of partial loss (due to defeat) of the prescribed functions. This is extremely important for devices that have high performance and large losses due to downtime.

The method of planning extreme experiments of Box-Wilson optimized the compositions of electrolytes-colloids of nickel plating and galvanizing for obtaining protective and decorative coatings. The resulting low-concentration electrolytecolloid of nickel plating makes it possible to work at the same current densities as the concentrated one, being more stable in time. In this case, the galvanic precipitation in both cases is fine-crystalline, shiny, and corrosion-resistant. The optimal composition of electrolyte-galvanizing colloid is shown. In the electrolyte of this composition, elastic, semi-zinc coatings are deposited. The current output of zinc was 76-80%. The conducted investigations of electrolytes-colloids of nickel-plating and galvanizing gave information about some features of the mechanism of electrodeposition from these solutions. This opens the prospect of a wider use of these electrolytes in industry.
