The strength of the base plate of the digital antenna array, installed on the ship's match, is calculated in the case of rollrolling, considered according to Krylov's formula. In addition, the wind load acting on the plate in case of storm wind is taken into account. The distribution of stresses and strains is analyzed. It is established that screw forces are subjected to the greatest force. The results obtained are compared with the case of rolling by a simple sinusoidal law, which revealed that a more precise formulation of the problem does not lead to significant changes in the values of stresses and strains. Under wind load, the stresses and deformations have increased significantly.

The article indicates the special role of microclimate parameters in the cultivation of piglets-suckers. A brief description of the local heating systems of the lair is given. Designs and sizes of warm rugs are listed. The technique of engineering calculation of Underfloor heating with water coolant is presented. The required thermal performance depends on the design characteristics of local heaters. In determining the parameters of warm mats take into account the construction design of heating devices, temperature and speed of the coolant, the diameter and step of laying pipelines. The calculation is carried out in accordance with the normalized air parameters in the livestock room.

In connection with the extreme soil and climatic conditions observed in the far East region, there was a need to create a perfect technology of soybean cultivation with harvesting by means of a comb on the flock. The introduction of this technology will allow to carry out field harvesting in accordance with agrotechnical requirements, to reduce soil degradation from re-compaction, to collect the entire biological crop from the field, to reduce the herbicidal load on the soil. For the new technology, it is necessary to create a field harvesting machine, a complex of machines for crop transportation, a technological line for separation, cleaning and processing of the non-grain part.

In the design of chain drives, especially in the case of accidental loading, it is of interest to obtain the function of chain reliability, i.e. prediction of the probability of its failure-free operation depending on the operating time. In the process of transmission design, the selection of the chain is carried out in such a way as to provide the necessary static strength. The frequency of rotation of the drive sprocket should not be greater than the maximum permissible, determined by the permissible kinetic energy of the impact at the time of engagement. Thus, the performance of the fatigue strength of the rollers is ensured.

In this article for the best comprehension and also receiving more complete picture, definitions of the term projection are considered, some fields of activity in which it is applied, namely agricultural, technological mechanical engineering etc are listed. An important part of cars and mechanisms is their drive, in agricultural and other mobile machinery the hydraulic actuator is most often applied – projection of which will be described in this article. First of all the existing technique projection of a hydraulic actuator is considered and its principle is described and shortcomings are designated. For carrying out a better designing process the new technique of projection of a hydraulic pressure drive which includes a stage of partial synthesis is offered. The stage based on use of the theory of a volume rigidity when calculating a hydraulic system which allows to simplify calculations because it is possible to count several options of preliminary structures at the same time that will lead to receiving a hydraulic actuator with the best parameters.

In clause the question on carrying out of certification on disciplines “ Descriptive geometry and engineering the schedule ” and “ Computer the schedule ” which is spent separately after each passed rate more often rises. However at carrying out of check of residual knowledge the part of the passed material is forgotten, that affects on an end result of training. Therefore in clause the problem of improvement of quality of training due to carrying out of final certification including questions as on "Descriptive geometry", “ Engineering the schedule ” and “ Computer the schedule ” in one block is considered. It is marked, that the given problem for a long time draws attention of teachers of higher educational institutions and has the certain interest for increase of a professional level of modern engineers and designers.

The GOST (Russian: ГОСТ) definition of the concept of "partial failure" is analyzed, and an expansion of the indicators characterizing the properties of such failures is proposed. It is shown that this is due to the differences in the partial failure of the full, connected with the possibility of continuing the use of the technical device for the purpose in conditions of partial loss (due to defeat) of the prescribed functions. This is extremely important for devices that have high performance and large losses due to downtime.

For research of opportunities of adaptation of the shnekovy cutting device offered by us to modern harvesters of combines comparative tests of operation of the harvester with a reel and without reel were carried out. As a result of the conducted researches and processing of experimental data on cutting of stalks by the Tucano 450 combine with the C660 harvester, it is established that on real loss of grain options differ not significantly at speeds of 5-8 km/h. It confirms expediency of use of the harvester without reel during the work at the studied combine speeds. By processing of experimental data on cutting of stalks the Torum 740 combine with the Power Stream 700 harvester it is established that on real loss of grain options differ not significantly at speeds of 5-9 km/h that also confirms expediency of use of the harvester without reel during the work at the studied speeds of the movement of the combine.
