THE VALUATION OF RELIABILITY IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS 技术规范制定中可靠性的评估

When implementing projects of any level (technical design of a new machine or training project), the aim of the developers is to provide a given level of reliability of the designed technical system. The necessary and sufficient list of initial characteristics of the technical system should be formulated in the design specification. After that, to bring the reliability of parts to the required level of reliability, the mathematical apparatus of the theory of reliability is used.

DETERMINATION OF MECHANICAL AND THERMAL PROPERTIES OF THE MONOLAYER COMPOSITE MATERIAL 单层复合材料机械性能和热性能的测定

The study of composite materials has recently received increased attention due to their wide application in various sectors of the economy. Despite this, very few scientific articles are devoted to the study of their specific properties in various sources. The relevance of this article lies precisely in the research, aimed primarily at the study of such important properties of the composite material as thermomechanical. Moreover, both the properties of the binder and the reinforcing material were investigated, and later conclusions were made on the properties of the composite as a whole. In addition, the article presents the ratios that allow to determine the quantitative indicators of the main mechanical and thermal properties of layered materials.

Аннотация В данной статье рассмотрены проблемы воспитательной деятельности в современном вузе. Проанализированы характерные особенности поэтапной организации воспитательной работы. Так же проведен анализ концепций по развитию воспитательной работы университетов РФ. Выявлена и обоснована необходимость совершенствования системы управления воспитательной работы на различных этапах ее организации. На основе проведенного исследования авторами предлагается обновление целей, задач, и методов воспитания современных студентов. Ключевые слова Образование, воспитательная деятельность в вузе, концепция воспитания, организация воспитания.

FEATURES OF STORAGE OF COMPOSITE MOTOR FUEL IN AGRICULTURAL FUEL DEPOTS 复合发动机燃料在农用燃料库中的储存特点

A composition of the composite fuel which improves operational properties and environmental properties of diesel fuel. With the qualification method for assessing the chemical stability of the investigated changes in physico-chemical characteristics of biodiesel synthesized from different vegetable oils and composite fuel. Changes in the physicochemical parameters of biodiesel fuel under the conditions of the method correspond to its storage in polyethylene containers for 15 months and in a metal containers without special coatings for 6 months. Composite fuel is more stable when stored than biodiesel.

The article assesses the impact of the position of the grab loader supports on the level of the frame stress state. Changing the way the loader supports leads to an increase in the stress state of the loader frame and reduce its resource. The obtained materials can be used to design a modernized type of loader.

WASTE OF BIOMASS CONVERSION AS INHIBITORS OF ACID CORROSION OF STEEL 废生物质转化为钢的酸蚀抑制剂

By-products of plant biomass conversion are a multicomponent resinous liquid, which includes unsaturated and oxygen-containing substances. It was tested as corrosion inhibitor of low-carbon steel in hydrochloric and sulfuric acids at temperatures of 25-90° C. The resin shows noticeable protective effects at low concentrations in sulfuric acid solutions and when elevated in hydrochloric acid. The increase in temperature leads to a decrease in the protective effect of the additive. The influence of the additive on the partial reactions of the corrosion process is determined. The mechanism of inhibitor action is established.

METHODOLOGY OF ESTIMATION OF THE FUNCTIONAL RELIABILITY OF TECHNICAL SYSTEMS 技术系统功能可靠性评估方法

In this article a decomposition of the round broaches teeth sharpening operation is constructed. Analysed operation is divided into «tool», «workpiece», «machine», «device», «cutting-cooling technological means» due to junctional characteristics. As contrast to the known schemes of decomposition, subsystem «contact zone» and «tool amendment» are distinguished. It was established that during the teeth broaches grinding the technological parameters of the system can be changed over a period of time due to various factors. In the proposed scheme, the structural features of abrasion are reflected in backward and forward linkages.

The world's aquaculture development requires strong feed supply. The limited resources of raw materials for fishmeal and fish oil develop new directions in the field of alternative sources of protein for feed production. One of these areas, the most popular, is the protein flour production from Black Soldier Fly larva (Hermetia illucens L.). This new technology should be economical feasible for it further development in Russian terms.

FORECASTING THE EVAPORATION OF MOTOR FUEL IN STORAGE WITH THE USE OF NEURAL NETWORKS 利用神经网络预测发动机燃料的蒸发

A neural network was obtained to predict the evaporation of fuel when stored from horizontal reservoirs with a volume of 5 and 10 m3 with a forecast accuracy of not less than 95%. Applying the obtained network to the data from the program "Automated control system for horizontal reservoirs at the oil depot", it was possible to obtain the results of the operational forecast for 3 days for storage of fuel in a 5 and 10 m3 tank. The average estimate of the accuracy of the forecast for 1 month was 90.5 and 93.4%, respectively.

Applying the obtained network to the data from the program \"Automated control system for horizontal reservoirs at the oil depot\", it was possible to obtain the results of the operational forecast for 3 days for storage of fuel in a 5 and 10 m3 tank.
