This research reveals the relationship between profitability and company size on firm value. The research type is quantitative research. The population in this study is companies in the energy sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with Smart PLS 4.0 program. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a negative effect on firm value, while company size has no effect on firm value.

The main objective of this study is to analyse the impact of the Arrum BPKB sharia marketing mix at Pegadaian UPS Diponegoro on the income level of MSME customers.This qualitative case study uses structured interviews to collect primary data from MSME players, complemented by secondary data from institutional records. The focus of the analysis is placed on understanding how the application of Sharia principles in marketing can improve business funding solutions. The application of Sharia Marketing Mix for Arrum BPKB financing has significantly increased customer interest and participation. Interviews with five MSME customers showed a marked increase in their daily and monthly income, confirming the effectiveness of this strategy in the real world. This study highlights the alignment of Shariah-compliant practices with customer needs and market dynamics. The findings underscore the importance of incorporating Shariah principles in marketing strategies in Islamic financial services. In practical terms, this approach not only helps in complying with ethical standards, but also enhances customer trust and financial inclusion for cash-strapped MSMEs. Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WoM) and destination image play a significant role in the tourism sector and have a strong influence on tourism satisfaction and tourism loyalty. This research aims to understand and identify the implications of E-WoM and destination image on tourism loyalty and tourism satisfaction as mediating (intervening) variables in Moramo Waterfall Tourism, Southeast Sulawesi. The analytical approach used is to use the SEM-PLS analysis tool with a sample of 160 respondents using purposive sampling. The results of the study show that the E-Wom and destination image variables have a positive and significant effect on tourism satisfaction and tourism loyalty. The more positive information and reviews and the more positive the image of the Moramo Waterfall tourist attraction in Southeast Sulawesi, the higher the tourism satisfaction and the stronger the formation of tourism loyalty, therefore tourism satisfaction is an important strategy to build tourism loyalty and the influence of both variables is positive and significant. The results of the study also show that tourism satisfaction as a mediating variable has a positive and significant effect on tourism loyalty, although the mediating effect is low.

This study aims to determine the effect of education level, work experience, and workload on the quality of work of employees of the Sleman District Social Service.The population and sample used in the study were all employees of the Sleman Regency Social Service, totaling 60 people using the saturated sample method. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Processing and analysis of data obtained from questionnaires using SPSS 23.The results of the study showed that there was no positive and not significant effect of the education level variable on the quality of work of Social Service employees in Sleman Regency. There is a positive and significant effect of work experience and workload variables on the work quality variable of Sleman District Social Service employees.

The purpose of this research are to test the influence of Fixed Asset Intensity, Management Compensation and Firm Size on Tax Management. The independent variables used are Fixed Asset Intensity, Management Compensation and Firm Size. The dependent variable used is Tax Management. This research is a type of quantitative research using secondary data. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The method used is purposive sampling because this research has certain sample criteria that are adapted to the research objectives. Based on the purposive sampling method, the number of samples of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector in this study was 85 samples. In testing the hypothesis using multiple regression analysis with the help of the E-Views 9 program. Based on the results of the F test, it can be seen that the Fixed Asset Intensity, Management Compensation, and Firm Size simultaneously affect Tax Management. Based on the results of the t test, it can be seen that the Fixed Asset Intensity has no effect on Tax Management, Management Compensation has an effect on Tax Management, and Firm Size has an effect on Tax Management.

Good corporate governance will be able to influence the company's financial performance, especially in state-owned enterprises (BUMN). This study examines the effect of institutional ownership, board of directors, independent commissioners and audit committees on the financial performance of state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2015-2021 period. This study used a total of 20 companies as research samples with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of the study show that institutional ownership, board of directors, independent commissioners and audit committees partially have an influence on Tobins-Q.

This study aims to determine the effect social media marketing, store atmosphere and electronic word of mouth to customer loyalty Starbucks City of Samarinda. The sample selection technique uses purposive sampling with a sample obtained by 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires at all Starbucks outlets in Samarinda City. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect on store atmosphere to customer loyalty, electronic word of mouth have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Whereas, Social media marketing no significant effect on customer loyalty.

The purpose of this research is to know how job discipline, health and safety work affects employees' performance on CV. Heaven Sentosa. For the method used in the study is by using a quantitative method using the survey method through the questionnaires handed out to employees. Especially those on CV. Heaven Sentosa by involving 31 employees. The data analysis techniques used in this study are valiance and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classic assumptions test, linear regression tests, and hypothetical tests. Data analysis is done with the help of the SPSS 25 (Stastistic Product And Service Solution) application program. Research shows that discipline (x rays) and occupational safety and health (k3) (x files) have significantly and positively affected the performance of employees (y) CV. Heaven Sentosa. This suggests that the higher the level of employee discipline in the work, as well as the more secure and comfortable workers feel during the work, the better the performance by employees can be.
