This study aims to determine: (1) The positive and significant effect of Work Experience on Work Competence (2) The positive and significant effect of Training on Work Competence. (3) Positive and significant influence between Work Experience on Work Productivity (4) Positive and significant influence between Training on Employee Work Productivity. (5) The positive and significant effect of work productivity on work competence. This study uses quantitative research where the population in this study are employees of PDAM Solok city. The sample in this study were 51 people. Sampling using accidental sampling technique, while data collection was done using a questionnaire. Testing the instrument using validity and reliability tests. Data analysis used multiple linear regression test, t test and F test and determination test. The result of this research is Work Experience is able to mediate Work Productivity on Work Competence. Training is able to mediate Work Productivity on Work Competence.

In general, this study aims to gain an overview of the performance crew of PT Timur Ship Management Jakarta through job satisfaction, discipline, and motivation. The method used is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The population is ship crew of PT Timur Ship Management Jakarta as many as 52. Meanwhile, in the selection of the sample, the researchers used sampling saturated, because the population is limited and less than 100, then the number of samples in this study as many as 52 respondents. Data collection techniques include literature study obtained by studying reference books and a number of other literature, as well as distributing questionnaires to the respondents who selected and collecting documentation. Furthermore, the techniques of data analysis is a method of multiple linear regression with SPSS 17.00. The results showed that job satisfaction, work discipline, and motivation to work partially and simultaneously have a positive significant effect on the performance of the crew of PT. Timur Ship Management Jakarta. The magnitude of the effect of job satisfaction, work discipline, and motivation to work simultaneously on the performance of the crew of 88.90%, and it is known that job satisfaction is the most dominant factor shaping the performance of the crew with the amount of 0.918 correlation indicates a very strong relationship.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company size, profitability on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period. This study uses a type of quantitative research with sampling using a purposive sampling method, which is a sample selection method with certain predetermined criteria. So that in this study obtained as many as 25 data from 72 companies that meet the criteria. The method used in this study is linear regression analysis with SPSS version 20. The results of this study found that (1) company size has a positive effect on capital structure (2) profitability has a significant negative effect on capital structure (3) company size has a positive and no effect significant to firm value (4) profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value (5) capital structure is able to mediate the effect of firm size on firm value (6) capital structure is unable to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Involment, Social support colleagues, Job related anxiety on Job Performance. Job Involment is a normative belief about the value of work in the life of an incumbent and this state of attitude is the result of previous cultural and socialization activities. Social support from colleagues can include instrumental assistance to complete work tasks, it can also be a type of emotional support to prevent the health consequences of stressful work experiences. Job related anxiety describes the tension that employees experience in carrying out their work duties because employees worry about organizational functions and their ability to meet superiors' expectations. Job Performance is As a behavioral skill that employees use to perform various aspects of their job. a role that directly or indirectly contributes to the goals of the company. This type of research is a quantitative method. The sampling method used is convenience sampling with 245 employees of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (Persero) in the big rice fields of central Jakarta. Data analysis techniques in this study used instrument testing techniques with validity and reliability. Validity relates to the accuracy of the instrument in measuring the variables to be studied, while reliability relates to the consistency, accuracy, and predictability of a measuring instrument. and there is a hypothesis test carried out using the multiple linear regression method with the SPSS version 21 program. Hypothesis testing is carried out by comparing the p-value or level of significance (alpha) of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that Job Involment, Social support colleagues, Job related anxiety have a positive effect on Job Performance. The managerial implication in this research is that it is expected that leaders in organizations implement social support colleagues, so that employees become more comfortabel at work. The company is expected to be able to foster good relationships with employees so that Job related anxiety employees feel that their work has become a definite responsibility. Good relationships from superiors and subordinates will create effective work so Job Involvement is very important for workers.

This research approach is quantitative. This type of research is causal comparative. The data analysis technique of this study is multiple linear regression. Comparative causal research is research that compares which has the stronger direct or indirect effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable and compares the total amount of influence of each independent variable. The population of this study is Virsya Shop consumers and the number is unknown. The sample used is 100 respondents. The sampling method is by filling out a questionnaire which is distributed to consumers who come to the Virsya Store. This study aims to analyze the job satisfaction of contract employees at Perum Peruri Karawang. This study involved contract employees from various work units. Research using descriptive qualitative research. There are five dimensions of Afandi's theory which are the focus of research, namely the dimensions of Work, Wages/Salary, Promotion, Colleagues, Supervision. The collection technique was carried out through three stages, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that contract employees were satisfied with the work indicators, salary indicators, supervisor indicators, and co-workers indicators. However, employees are dissatisfied with the promotion indicators, because the company has not given contract employees another chance to become permanent employees at Perum Peruri for the last five years or so. For promotion indicators, it is suggested that the company make regulations for the period of time for the transfer of work status that are clearly applicable in the company.

According to a survey by the Ministry of Industry, in 2019, the export growth of the apparel textile industry in Indonesia increased significantly to 56% of creative economy exports. Fast-fashion products encourage consumers to dress continuously, following trends at low cost. The fact is that fast-fashion products harm both social and environmental aspects. However, slow-fashion products have a longer product life cycle, better quality, and relatively higher prices and require full awareness from fashion businesses and consumers to slow down the production and consumption cycles of fashion products. Slow-fashion businesses carry out campaigns through Instagram, hoping that consumers will become aware of environmental conditions, adopt green behaviour and change attitudes toward consuming slow-fashion products to preserve the environment. This research is expected to provide information to slow-fashion businesses regarding purchase intention and environmental attitudes from green campaigns through Instagram to support environment-based business activities, especially slow-fashion products from Indonesia. The quantitative research method is obtained from a Likert scale questionnaire survey and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. Using the convenience sampling method, 128 respondents found that green campaigns and environmental attitudes positively and significantly affect the purchase intention of slow-fashion products. Professional zakat is an obligation as Muslims to fulfill it. The intensity of the Muslim community is strongly influenced by the level of education, one's faith, knowledge and the level of welfare of a person paying professional zakat. Based on this phenomenon, efforts to increase the participation of the Muslim community need to implement strategies and policies related to the provision of more efficient zakat payment facilities and openness in its management. Various efforts have been made sometimes experiencing obstacles related to the limited resources of professional zakat services that are not yet optimal and to accommodate the Muslim community to pay professional zakat payments. Thus, application and service quality are needed that can influence the decision of civil servants to pay professional zakat. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of participation and the factors that influence the decision to pay professional zakat. Furthermore, the data in this study were obtained from a survey of civil servants in Jambi City. The research analysis tool uses Smart PLS. This research is expected to be a basic reference for the government in formulating policies related to the optimization of professional zakat. The results showed that the determinant factors of the variables studied, the level of religiosity, utilitarian, altruism, motivation, knowledge affect the decision to pay professional zakat for state civil servants in Jambi City. Adjusted R-square value of 0.797. This means that the variables of religiosity, utilitarian, altruism, motivation, knowledge affect decisions in professional zakat by 79,7%, while the remaining 20,3% are influenced by other variables outside the model studied.

This study aims to analyze the development of education spending, health spending, education level, health degree, unemployment and poverty severity index in regencies/cities in Jambi Province during 2017-2021, secondly to analyze the influence of education spending, health spending, education level, degree health, and unemployment on the poverty severity index in districts/cities in Jambi Province during 2017-2021, and thirdly to analyze policy implications related to the poverty severity index in districts/cities in Jambi Province during 2017-2021. The data used in this study is secondary data with a combined panel data type between Cross sections 11 Regencies/Cities in Jambi Province with Time series data for 2017-2021, research data originating from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Ministry of Finance. This study uses panel data regression analysis and uses the eviews 12 analysis tool. Based on the results of a descriptive analysis of the variables Education Spending, Health Spending, Education Level, Health Degree, Unemployment and Poverty Severity Index, it was concluded that developments during the 2017-2021 period have fluctuated from year to year. Based on individual quantitative analysis, the variables of education level, health degree, and unemployment have a significant effect on the poverty severity index, while the education expenditure and health expenditure variables do not have a significant effect on the poverty severity index. Based on the quantitative analysis carried out, it was found that together the independent variables in the study had a significant effect on the independent variables, namely the poverty severity index with a probability of 0.0000 and R2 of 0.871104, which means that the poverty severity index can be explained by the model of 87.11 % while 12.89% is influenced by variables outside the model.

Technology and the lifestyle of Indonesian people are currently experiencing developments. Many Indonesian people want prestige smartphones with high quality. A good brand image given by a product can give consumers confidence in using the product to support activities that suit their lifestyle. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and lifestyle on Xiaomi smartphone purchasing decisions. The research method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive and verification. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with an unknown population. To determine the number of samples, the formula used was lemeshow. Data processing techniques in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of the analysis show that the brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and lifestyle variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, brand image and lifestyle variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
