Analysis of The Influence of Convenience, Trust, and Website Quality Perspectives on Shopee User Loyalty 便利、信任和网站质量对Shopee用户忠诚度的影响分析

This study aims to analyze the influence of the perspective of convenience, trust, and website quality on the loyalty of shopee users. Research data were obtained from answers to questionnaires on 110 respondents who were randomly distributed in the cities of Jakarta, Bogor and Malang. The research was conducted using random sampling method with an error rate of 5%. The research was conducted quantitatively using the SPSS version 22 application. The results indicated that: 1) Partial trust has a significant and very strong effect on the loyalty of the shopee application users (2) The convenience and quality of the website does not have a significant effect on the loyalty of the shopee users (3) The variable of trust partially has the strongest influence among other variables on the loyalty of the shopee users (4 ) The simultaneous effect of convenience and trust variables is the strongest compared to the simultaneous effect of the other two simultaneous variables (5) The simultaneous effect of convenience, trust and website quality variables is simultaneously the strongest compared to all other variables.

The aim of this study is to determine the influence of Social Media Marketing and Customer Relations on Brand Loyalty with Customer Engagement as a mediating variable, a case study on Shopee Indonesia in 2022 using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory and Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) in collaboration with the variables above. This study used an analytical tool, namely SEM-PLS and was conducted on 200 Generation Z respondents. The results of Social Media Marketing research mediated by Customer Engagement, do not affect Brand Loyalty simultaneously. Likewise Customer Relationship mediated by Customer Engagement, do not affect Brand Loyalty simultaneously. Although there have been many studies related to the object of research on E-commerce Shopee, this research measures brand loyalty as influenced by Social Media Marketing and Customer Relations mediated by Customer Engagement. Focusing on Brand Loyalty using the Shopee application by involving Generation Z respondents.

Peran Sistem Informasi Pemasaran dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan pada PT. Machiko Jaya Indonesia 营销信息系统在促进印尼Machiko Jaya PT的销售方面的作用

This study aims to determine the role of marketing information systems at PT. Machiko Jaya Indonesia. The type of method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques using data triangulation. PT. Machiko Jaya Indonesia is a manufacturing company located in the city of  Bekasi that prod. uces products in the form of molds, dies, jigs, standard parts, conveyor machines, trolly, racks, etc. Marketing information systems have an important role in increasing sales, such as the system used by PT. Machiko Jaya Indonesia as a medium for establishing effective and efficient marketing strategies and facilitating managers in making decisions that affect sales increase. Problems were found in the promotion section, namely when the company's sales decreased due to erratic monthly income because there were no fixed contracts with customers so that when the work was finished, looking for the next job, the company needed to take advantage of social media as a form of promotion to introduce company products and reach more markets wider again

Antasenden Dari Task Performance Karyawan Perbankan di Jakarta

The banking world is one of the important aspects in the financial sustainability of society so that the need for optimal task performance from employees in order to provide optimal service to customers. Employee task performance can be influenced by several factors such as autonomous motivation, organizational citizenship behavior, educational level and innovative work. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational citizenship behavior, autonomous motivation, educational level, and innovative work on task performance in 201 employees of PT Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Determination of the sample in this study is Non-Probability Sampling with saturated sampling technique or census. Data collection was carried out by questionnaires distributed to respondents via google form. The data analysis technique was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that autonomous motivation, organizational citizenship behavior, educational level and innovative work have a significant positive influence on employee task performance. Managerial implications in this study are expected that companies in recruiting employees pay more attention to factors that can affect employee performance in the future.

Analisis Contagius Effect Menggunakan Garch Model: Bukti dari Asia Tenggara

This study aims to investigate the impact of the dynamic relationship dynamics during the Covid-19 pandemic between gold prices, oil prices and stock returns in Asean-5 countries related to the contatagion effect theory with evidence using GARCH Models analysis. The types of samples in this study are saturated samples, namely Gold prices, Oil prices, Composite Stock Price Index (Indonesia) JCI, Kuala Lumpur Composite Index/KLCI (Malaysia), Straits Times Singapore (STI), Securities Exchange of Thailand Index/SETI (Thailand). ), and the Philippine Stock Exchange/PSE (Philippines), during the Covid-19 pandemic, from March 11, 2020 to October 30, 2021, totaling 430 samples. The analytical technique used in applying the GARCH model in this study uses the Eviews 10 software program, with the results for the gold dependent variable the results state that the Indonesian Composite Stock Index (IHSG), Kuala Lumpur Composite Index (KLCI), STI (Singapore), Securities Exchange Thailand Index/SETI (Thailand), and Philippine Stock Exchange/PSE (Philippines), have a consistent relationship with the price of Gold, the contingent theory of effects is proven to occur in 5 countries in the sample. As for the dependent variable oil, the results state that the price of the oil price variable is only the theory of contingent effects, which has been proven to occur in 4 countries and has not been proven to occur in the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index (KLCI) Malaysia.

Pengaruh Solidaritas Sosial Karang Taruna dalam Program Pengangkutan Sampah terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat Desa Kesamben Kabupaten Tuban Taruna社会团结在垃圾运输计划中的影响对Tuban区农村社区的满意度

The garbage collection program has been running since September 2021 with the enthusiasm of the Youth Organization of Kesamben Village. The purpose of this study was to obtain information related to the significant influence of Karang Taruna Social Solidarity. This study uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method and also Pearson Correlation. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires using the Google form. The results of the analysis obtained the equation ŷ = -17.09 + 1.2240x which means that if the Youth Organization Social Solidarity variable (X) has increased by 1 unit, the y variable has increased by 1.2240. Based on r table with a confidence level of 0.05 (r table for 75 subjects with a 5% confidence level is 0.191), it is understood that r count > r table (0.882 > 0.191). So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between social solidarity and community satisfaction. The T-test obtained a p-value <α = 0.05 for variable X which can be interpreted as Karang Taruna Social Solidarity (X) has a significant effect on community satisfaction (Y).

This study aims to find out whether there is an effect of economic growth, minimum wage, education and unemployment on poverty in the province. The type of research is quantitative, the variables in this study are poverty as a dependent variable and economic growth, provincial minimum wage, education, unemployment, as an independent variable.  The sample collection technique in this study used annual data that was measured in a time series from 2007-2021. Which means that the data used is 14 years. In this study the population of Economic Growth, Provincial Minimum Wage, Education, Unemployment and Poverty in Bali Province. The regression analysis used in this study is a multiple linear regression model. The results of the following research economic growth have not been able to become indicators that affect poverty significantly because the impact of economic growth can only be felt directly on rich people, and cannot be directly felt by poor people so that it cannot have a significant effect. minimum based on the cost of living required in a province, in this study UMP was not able to significantly affect Poverty. Education is influential in overcoming poverty. Unemployment in Bali cannot significantly affect poverty.

This study aims to describe the democratic leadership style, individual characteristics, work motivation and employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office in Muaro Jambi Regency and to analyze the influence of democratic leadership style and individual characteristics on employee performance through work motivation as mediation at the Population and Registration Office. Civilian in Muaro Jambi Regency. The analysis tool used is PLS analysis. Based on the results of the description of democratic leadership style, individual characteristics, work motivation and employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Muaro Jambi Regency that Democratic Leadership shows a good category, individual characteristics show a very good category, work motivation is in a very high category. While employee performance shows in the good category. The results of PLS show that Democratic Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on motivation, Individual Characteristics has a significant and positive effect on work motivation, Democratic Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Individual Characteristics has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive effect and significant on employee performance, democratic leadership style has a significant and positive effect on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable and individual characteristics have a significant and positive effect on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable in the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Muaro Jambi Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions of Ades bottled drinking water (AMDK) in the Rungkut area of Surabaya. In carrying out this research using quantitative studies. To determine the sample using non-probability sampling method using purposive sampling technique, a sample of 100 people from the Rungkut area of Surabaya. The data collection method is through a questionnaire distributed to residents of the Rungkut area, Surabaya. The variables used in this study are independent variables, namely brand image (X1), product quality (X2), and the dependent variable is purchase decision (Y). This analysis technique uses the partial least squares (PLS) model to test the relationship formed between one or more independent variables and one or more dependent variables. The results show that the better the brand image and product quality, the better the decision to purchase bottled drinking water ) Ades in the Rungkut area of Surabaya.

Analisis Dampak Globalisasi terhadap Perdagangan Internasional 分析全球化对国际贸易的影响

This research was conducted to analyze the impact of globalization on knowledge of international trade. This study is a normative study by examining various literatures. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis and quality descriptions in the form of data, sentences and statements so that the data is easier to read and understand. The results of the analysis show that the factors influencing international trade are production (potential factors of production owned by a company), diversity of conditions (availability and quality of resources), and production (amount of goods a country can produce). Countries trade with each other for goods that these countries cannot produce themselves.
