Competition in the business world is increasingly competitive, so business people are required to continue to innovate and provide the best products and services in winning business competition. Nilna Mukena is a business that produces mukena with various models in Ngunut Tulungagung. Nilna Mukena must pay attention to customer satisfaction, because this is one of the successes in a business and encourages consumers to make purchasing decisions. Factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions include product quality, price, service quality, and customer satisfaction. The objectives of this study were 1) to measure the direct and indirect effects of product quality, price, and service quality on purchasing decisions with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable, and 2) to determine the total amount of each variable effect of product quality, price, and service quality on Nilna Mukena. This research approach is quantitative. This type of research is comparative causal. The data analysis technique of this research is multiple linear regression. Comparative causal research is research that compares which is the stronger direct or indirect effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable and compares the total amount of influence of each independent variable. The population of this study were Nilna Mukena consumers and the number was unknown. The sample used was 100 respondents. The sampling method is by filling out a questionnaire distributed to consumers who come to Nilna Mukena. The test results in this study indicate that product quality has no effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has no effect on purchasing decisions, price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, price has no effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, customer satisfaction provides a role in mediating prices on purchasing decisions, customer satisfaction does not provide a role in mediating product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions at Nilna Mukena Ngunut Tulungagung.

Integrity in the Civil Servant Apparatus (ASN) is crucial in improving the quality of public services, enhancing the accountability and transparency of public institutions, optimizing the use of public resources, and improving the quality of human resources. Integrity is a fundamental moral value in daily life and particularly in the workplace, including for ASN employees. One method for approaching this is through qualitative research, which is used to understand phenomena or events in-depth, through descriptive and non-numerical data collection. In qualitative research, the aim is to understand phenomena holistically and contextually, as well as to consider the role and influence of social and cultural factors in shaping these phenomena. This study uses literature review as a method for data collection. Literature review is a critical analysis of ongoing research on a specific topic or question about a particular area of knowledge in a systematic way. The findings of this research indicate that strong integrity in shaping the personality of ASN is crucial in providing high-quality public services. ASN employees with strong integrity tend to have strong moral values, such as honesty, fairness, and responsibility, which can shape good character. Good character can lead to good performance in carrying out duties and responsibilities as an ASN. Through strong integrity, ASN can maintain professionalism in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. ASN employees with good integrity will work diligently, diligently, and enthusiastically in serving the community. In addition, ASN with strong integrity can also maintain the quality of public services and avoid unethical behavior that can harm the community. The government and society need to pay special attention to the formation of ASN integrity, both in the recruitment process, career development, and public ethics training. The formation of good integrity can also be achieved through strict supervision and severe sanctions for ASN ethical violations. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples were taken from 17 companies in 2016-2020. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The data is obtained and downloaded through the website www.idx.co.id and the company's website. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that Asset Growth (AG) has no effect on capital structure (DER), Profitability (ROE) has an effect on capital structure, Liquidity (CR) has an effect on capital structure (DER), AG, ROE, and CR simultaneously have a significant effect against DERs.

The problem raised in this study is that there is still a gap between the competencies required to carry out duties in a position with the competence owned by employees, the number of employees who are still far from the ideal of the organization, the employees who do not do the absenteeism, the performance benefits provided have not been in accordance with the workload carried out by employees and the workload provided is not in accordance with the number of employees. Therefore, the researchers conducted a research with the aim to test the analysis of competencies, performance benefits and workloads owned by each personnel and test the level of employee job satisfaction used as a mediation variable (Intervening). New Public Management has consequences for demands for bureaucratic reform and for a higher quality of public services for the community. The spirit of creating a results-oriented government has not only surfaced in developed countries, but also in developing countries, including Indonesia. New Public Management emphasizes the bureaucracy to be more professional in managing the country. This professionalism is shown, among other things, by the quality of managing the budget, improving performance management, and using bureaucratic performance measures as a standard measure of success. This study aims to find out how to describe and analyze governance and service excellence on government performance in the Bungo District Government. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection method which was given to all civil servants (PNS) Echelon II, Echelon III and or Head of OPD in the work area of the Bungo Regency Government Office, namely 178 people. The results obtained from this study include the Bungo Regency Government Governance Level in the Good category, the Bungo Regency Government service excellent level in the good category and the Bungo Regency Government Performance level in the Good category. Governance and service excellent are important factors in improving the performance of the Bungo Regency Government, where the higher the level of governance and the Service Excellent level, the more it will improve the Bungo Regency Government's performance. Service Excellent cannot be a moderating variable between the influence of Governance on improving the performance of the Bungo Regency Government
