Aiming at the problem of a single function and a low degree of automation of live operating robot in the target substation, a multi-function operation tool control system for substation equipment charged maintenance and maintenance operation robot is designed. The system consists of three main parts: controller, sensor and actuator. In order to meet the control requirements of different operating tools, the system adopts different control platforms and different control strategies, and designed the human-computer interface. The system can enable the robot to perform multi-function operations, realize the automatic operation of the robot, and enable the operator to master the robot's state better.

In order to meet the demand of lifecycle management of massive smart meters, this paper designs a smart meter based on RFID communication, a meter detection system based on RFID smart meter, an intelligent warehouse management system based on RFID smart meter and cloud platform, a on-site meter reading RFID hand-held terminal based on RFID and cloud platform, using cloud platform and cloud computing technology and radio frequency identification technology. A smart meter lifecycle cloud platform management system based on cloud platform is proposed. The whole system utilizes high communication speed and strong group reading of RFID to achieve quick parameter setting, quick detection, automatic storage, quick reading of smart meters. It can shorten the time and improve efficiency. Meanwhile, the whole system can help intelligent production and service under Industry 4.0 mode by building a cloud platform management system to realize data collection, data management, data filtering and extraction, data mining and analysis of large amount of smart meters.

In view of the development and demand of long-haul UAV wing development, a bionic large aspect ratio wing is designed by studying the seagull glide attitude configuration. In order to further explore the flow field mechanism of the bionic wing, this paper analyzes the transient flow field of the wing based on the Lattice Boltzmann Method, and studies the influence of the feature of the seagull's convex wing on the flow field distribution and vorticity on the wing surface. The results show that the imitation seagull configuration wing produces a favorable vortex at the front bulge of the wing, which has enhanced airfoil adhesion and increases the stall angle of attack. The flow field variation of a large aspect ratio bionic wing with aeroelastic response is analyzed. The feasibility of the bionic wing was verified by designing a bionic aircraft model for flight test.

Based on the 3D modeling method reconstruction of reverse engineering and rapid prototyping technology, the surface of the kettle body and the lid of the teapot was digitized, realizing the process of entity → 3D data → 3D model reconstruction → entity model. In this paper, the teapot surface was digitally measured with the non-contact digital technology, handheld 3D laser scanner to obtain a lot of point-cloud data. The reconstruction of the model was accomplished using computer-aided software such as Imageware and UG, and the output of entity modeling was achieved using a rapid prototyping machine. The combination of reverse engineering and rapid prototyping technology simplifies the process of product reoptimization and effectively shortens the design and the development cycle of the product.

In this paper, a constant humidity control system based on PID algorithm is designed. The humidity signal is detected by capacitance sensor, connected to the MXT9030 for processing, and the capacitance value is converted to voltage value and sent to the MCU. The constant humidity control system adopts PID control algorithm, which has the characteristics of convenient implementation and stable control. The system is very suitable for modern families that require a comfortable environment and has wide application prospects.

The brittle graphite machined surface quality cannot be completely evaluated only by surface roughness Ra measured by profilometer, owing to its 3D surface defects. A digital image detection method based on gray-level co-occurrence matrix was put forwards to detect the graphite surface quality. The results show that two feature parameters of gray-level co-occurrence matrix, including Secondary moment ASM and Entropy ENT, had good positive relevance with surface roughness Ra. The linear regression functions of ASM and ENT were established to fit Ra, which could be used to predict Ra by image processing method. This method also gives a feasible way to develop a machine vision detection system to automatically detect the graphite surface quality by digital image processing.

Random frequency-coded chirp-subpulse stepped frequency signals combine the advantages of frequency-coded signals and chirp signals. Positive characteristics of these signals include low probability of intercept (LPI), electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and anti-ratio frequency interference (APFI). Due to inter-pulse frequency hopping, non-coherent accumulation techniques have traditionally been used in signal processing which has led to the deterioration of target detection performance in low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) as well as clutter environments and limited anti-interference. To combat this problem, a phase cancellation based coherent process for random frequency-coded chirp-subpulse stepped frequency signals is proposed. This method combines the Doppler coherent process and range synthesis in the condition of interpulse frequency hopping. The effectiveness is tested and verified by simulation experiments.

Single or small batch insulation cup was analyzed and improved based on reverse design and rapid prototyping technology. According to the structural characteristics of the selected insulation cup, the digital information of the model was accessed by hand-held laser scanner. Combined with the idea of reverse design, the sample space surface and entity model were reconstructed based on Imageware and Creo software. The sample entity model was reconstructed accurately by rapid prototyping technology. The comprehensive application of reverse design and rapid prototyping technology can improve the iterative efficiency of single or small batch cup, which has a good reference value for the development of single or small batch product.

In the past few years, silkworm cocoon image detection has been artificially degenerated, and it is the focus of recent years for how to use mechanized large-scale detection of cocoon mass. In the research, machine vision, as a detection method, is applied in silkworm cocoon detection; and the acquired silk cocoon image is processed and analyzed through the methods of binarization, machine vision, and LabVIRW. The effective identification of defective cocoons and the effective identification of cocoons and normal cocoons can be realized.

As a representative of inclusive finance, online peer-to-peer (P2P) has become an important part of China's financial market and played a more and more important role. Since 2007, the development of P2P in China has gone through three periods: the non-regulatory period, semi-regulatory period and regulatory period. Based on the data from April 2013 to December 2017, this paper explores and compares the relationship between P2P and financial market during different periods. Results show that with the development of P2P, the correlation between P2P and traditional private lending has become stronger gradually. The interest rate of P2P is influenced by the supply and demand of financial market funds with the marketization characteristics.
