Design and Simulation of the Picking Roll of the Corn Harvester 玉米收割机采摘辊的设计与仿真

The header is the most important part of the corn harvest, and the structure of the stripping roller determines the results of stripping and stalk pulling. In order to improve the efficiency and integrity of harvesting, a new type of harvesting roller was designed. Based on the working principle of the snapping roll, the spiral round steel and the snapping claw are welded on the body of the snapping roll in the way of straw feeding and entering the snapping roll under the action of the grain divider. In order to verify the rationality, the snapping roll was simulated to verify the rationality of the structure design.

Design and manufacture of small off-road racing car for national Baja auto race 全国巴哈汽车比赛小型越野赛车设计制造

The Baja Competition of China Society of Automotive Engineering has been held for six times since it was held in 2015. It is mainly for the design and production of small off-road vehicles carried out by vocational and undergraduate colleges. The competition requires each participating team to design and manufacture a single-seat, mid-engine, rear-drive small off-road vehicle using the same type of engine within the specified time, and participate in a number of static and dynamic project tests. This paper mainly introduces the design and manufacture process of two-drive Baja racing car, so that readers can better design and manufacture the parts of racing car, but also stimulate readers to choose more reasonable materials, trying to achieve a lighter, more stable, faster racing car. In this paper, the author put forward the car brake disc can be improved in what aspects, for readers to further explore independently. I hope this paper can help the students who participate in Baja auto competition and all the friends who are interested in car construction and car design.
中国汽车工程学会巴哈大赛自2015年举办以来,已经举办了六届。主要针对高职院校和本科院校开展的小型越野车的设计和生产。竞赛要求各参赛队伍在规定时间内设计制造一辆采用同一型号发动机的单座、中置发动机、后驱小型越野车,并参加多项静态和动态项目试验。本文主要介绍了双驱巴哈赛车的设计制造过程,使读者能够更好的设计和制造赛车的零部件,同时也刺激读者选择更合理的材料,努力实现更轻、更稳定、更快的赛车。在本文中,笔者提出了汽车制动盘可以在哪些方面进行改进,供读者自主进一步探索。希望本文能对参加巴哈汽车大赛的同学和所有对汽车制造和汽车设计感兴趣的朋友有所帮助。

Research on the Optimization of Production Line Based on the Value Stream Analysis 基于价值流分析的生产线优化研究

This paper adopts lean thinking and value stream analysis method to analyze the M production line of N Company, find out the related factors that affect the cycle efficiency of M production line, analyze the main factors such as production line layout, field logistics, finished product inventory and quality status, find out the root cause of the problem and put forward the improvement plan. Flexsim software was used to model and simulate the proposed improvement scheme, and the feasibility of the scheme was verified. The practical application shows that the application of value stream analysis technology can shorten the production cycle and improve the production efficiency and benefit.
本文采用精益思维和价值流分析法对N公司的M条生产线进行分析,找出影响M条生产线周期效率的相关因素,对生产线布局、现场物流、成品库存、质量状况等主要因素进行分析,找出问题的根源并提出改进方案。利用Flexsim软件对提出的改进方案进行了建模和仿真,验证了改进方案的可行性。实际应用表明,应用价值流分析技术可以缩短生产周期,提高生产效率和效益。

Adaptive Control for a Second-order Chaotic System with Unknown Nonsymmetric Actuator Dead-Zone 未知非对称作动器死区二阶混沌系统的自适应控制

In this paper, an adaptive controller design method is proposed for chaotic systems with unknown actuator dead-zone. First, the terminal sliding mode (TSM) manifold is proposed to ensure exponential stability as well as faster finite-time stability. In addition, a neural network (NN) is introduced to estimate the partially unknown nonlinear dynamic behavior of the object, and according to the implicit function theorem, the unknown asymmetric dead zone of the actuator is overcome by another static neural network. Furthermore, a robust terminology updated online deals with refactoring errors and external interferences of neural networks. Finally, the system can stably track any smooth target trajectory online is rigidly proved via Lyapunov analysis, and numerical simulation shows its effectiveness and feasibility.

Fish Detection Based on Halcon and MobileNetV2 for Automatic Fish Feeding System 基于Halcon和MobileNetV2的自动喂鱼系统鱼类检测

Fish detection is an important technology to achieve intelligent, accurate and appropriate feeding of fish. The detection rate of traditional detection methods is low and the state of the fish school will have a certain impact on the accuracy of the feeding strategy. In order to improve the recognition rate and obtain the state of fish school, a low-resolution image fish detection method based on Halcon software and MobileNetV2 network is designed. The position coordinates and head orientation of fish are extracted to analyze the movement characteristics of fish school by MobileNetV2 network. The experimental results show that the detection method has a high recognition rate for fish detection. This method provides an important reference value for the design of automatic fish feeding system.
鱼类检测是实现鱼类智能化、精准化、适宜化喂养的重要技术。传统检测方法的检出率较低,鱼群的状态会对摄食策略的准确性产生一定的影响。为了提高识别率,获取鱼群状态,设计了一种基于Halcon软件和MobileNetV2网络的低分辨率图像鱼类检测方法。利用MobileNetV2网络提取鱼群的位置坐标和头向,分析鱼群的运动特征。实验结果表明,该检测方法对鱼类检测具有较高的识别率。该方法对鱼类自动投料系统的设计具有重要的参考价值。

Fault Diagnosis of Electro-Hydraulic Servo Valve Based on Multilayer Perceptron 基于多层感知机的电液伺服阀故障诊断

The electro-hydraulic servo valve is the core component of the hydraulic system, so the electro-hydraulic servo valve is the key object in the maintenance process of the hydraulic system. Therefore, it is very important to study the fault of electro-hydraulic servo valve. Set up an experimental platform to measure the data under 3MP, 3.5MP, 4MP, 4.5MP and 5MP. After analysis and tradeoff, it was finally decided to use Adam, Momentum and RAdam optimization algorithms to realize the fault diagnosis of electro hydraulic servo valve. The data are organized into 37 dimensional arrays as samples for training. The first 32 dimensions are the characteristic parameters of the electro-hydraulic servo valve, and the last 5 dimensions correspond to five fault modes. The test set is 32 dimensions, and the diagnosis result is 5 dimensions corresponding to a fault mode. The diagnosis result is in line with expectations.

Design and Verification of Thermal Balance System for Electric Drive Transmission in Urban Public Transit 城市公共交通电动传动热平衡系统设计与验证

Aiming at the problem that the stable and reliable operation of the Electric drive transmission needs to maintain the thermal balance of the transmission, this paper studies the cooling demand of the urban bus deep hybrid power, and designs the cooling system to meet its requirements, testing the heating power under three limiting conditions, and then matches the corresponding cooler according to the heating power. The thermal balance test is carried out by carrying the transmission to the whole vehicle. The test results show that after the transmission reaches the thermal balance, the motor and oil maintain the appropriate and stable temperature.

In order to solve the difficulty of tile color selection in mosaic tile field, establish a color recognition system to reduce color difference according to RGB color model, then use FCM clustering algorithm to determine the optimal new color scheme. Based on the constraints of expressiveness to find out 1~10 clustering centers to get the final required 10 color selection results.

Spherical tanks are the key storage equipment in the chemical production process. Grinding the outer wall rust layer and performing non-destructive testing are important means to ensure safe operation. Traditional rust removal methods mainly rely on manual labor, which are inefficient as well as seriously harmful to human health and environment. In this paper, a high-pressure waterjet robot system for external rust grinding was designed to replace manual operation of petrochemical spherical tanks. Magnetic wheels were used to realize adsorption and the robot can crawls steadily on the vertical wall of the spherical tank. Meanwhile, a robot anti-fall system was designed to ensure the safety, and a vacuum recovery system was designed to recover rust residue during operation. The application of the robot can sharply reduce the labor intensity and danger of rust removal work, as well as improve the working environment. Test results showed that the grinding effect of the robot met the requirements of subsequent non-destructive testing.
球罐是化工生产过程中的关键存储设备。对外壁锈层进行磨削和无损检测是保证安全运行的重要手段。传统的除锈方法主要依靠人工劳动,效率低,对人体健康和环境危害严重。本文设计了一种用于石油化工球形储罐外除锈的高压水射流机器人系统,以取代人工操作。采用磁力轮实现吸附,机器人可在球形罐的垂直壁面上平稳爬行。同时,设计了机器人防摔系统以保证安全,并设计了真空回收系统以回收作业过程中的铁锈渣。机器人的应用可以大大降低除锈工作的劳动强度和危险性,改善工作环境。试验结果表明,机器人的磨削效果满足后续无损检测的要求。

An End-Edge-Cloud Based Method of Business Data Sign and Collaborative Processing for the EMU Bogie 基于端缘云的动车组转向架业务数据签名与协同处理方法

Traditional EMU bogie business data production and processing are concentrated at the edge. Today, under the background of big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence technologies, it is not only required to process a large amount of data but also the core task is to quickly complete data mining processing and to explore tacit knowledge. The end-cloud synergy architecture combines the end and the cloud to achieve complementary advantages. With an acceptable delay, the computing power shortage of the end can be solved, and the cloud's elastic distributed processing capabilities and rich data model-building capabilities can be used to improve the overall computing power and application ability. Aiming at the business data processing of EMU bogies, this paper proposes a data tag collaborative processing method architecture based on end-edge-cloud. The data is mainly marked at the edge layer. After sending to the cloud, the cloud can quickly scan, clean, classify, store, and process based on the data marking rules. Meanwhile, the labeled data can be used for model training to strengthen the model. This paper also builds a simulation system to conduct experiments to verify the effectiveness and advancement of the method.
