The indistinct empiric linear correlation between values of nonlinear optical (NLO) and piezoelectric properties, spontaneous polarization and NLO-properties has been established for noncentrosymmetric (NCS) oxide crystals. But nonlinear empiric correlation with the maximum has been found between piezoelectric - electrooptic, and piezoelectric - non-linear optical properties of these ones. These data has been useful at search of the most optimal materials for optoelectronic devices.

The description of experimentally observed phenomenon of abnormally high electrical conductivity-“superconductivity” (SC) at the room and higher temperatures is represented. The effect was observed in metallic monospirals of small radius curvature with high density and regular distribution of dislocations. Transition into state of SC has been observed experimentally in the range from -50°C up to 3000°C at the density of transmitting current up to 2 × 109 A cm-2. The experimental data confirming the watched phenomenon are represented. The explanations of this phenomenon are being proposed in the framework of the dislocation model.

The dispersion of an angle between the phase velocity and the group velocity of surface acoustic waves (SAW) in layered structures ZnO[001]/Sapphire[001], AlN[001]/Sapphire[001] and InSb[001]/Y+128°LiNbO3 was studied. It was shown that this dispersion can achieve 30° in the frequency band of 500 MHz.

In this paper construction of a system with the stabilization of the current value of the variable voltage and frequency based on AC-AC regulator with voltage boost with unity power factor function with PWM control is proposed. A mathematical model of the system is constructed. Results of investigation of the properties offered AC-AC regulators and their possible applications for stabilization of voltage in power supply autonomous systems, characterized by dual-range of change of the generated voltage are presented. The approach is based on the introduction of a high frequency variable voltage-additive supply voltage.

Grain boundaries of polycrystalline semiconductor film trap free carriers creating space charge regions. The length of the depleted regions depends on the trapping states density and free carriers concentration within the grains. As the carrier concentration within depletion region is lower the resistance there can is higher than in the rest of the grain. It is shown that the average concentration of free carriers and specific resistivity can be significantly different from that obtained for the case of uniform free carrier distribution in the grain.
