Interrelationship «structure-hardness-fusibility» for oxide crystals 氧化物晶体的相互关系“结构-硬度-熔合性”

The indistinct interrelationship between the mel-ting temperature (Tm), Mohs hardness (Hs), thermal con-ductivity (k), and structure of many oxide synthetic crys-tals, and minerals has been established more detail. It is shown that the external boundary of the full set {Hs - Tm} is res-tricted with 7-side polygon. These data has been useful at search of the most hardness and heat-conducting materials for optoelectronic devices.

The use of particle filtering for detecting a high maneuvering target 粒子滤波在高机动目标探测中的应用

This paper shows that the performance of particle filter track-before-detect algorithms significantly degrades if they do not consider high maneuverability of the target. We propose the track-before-detect algorithm that takes into account accelerating a target during integration time. Receiver operating characteristics for various parameters show the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.

Error estimators of discreteness while gaging the RMS of periodic signals 测量周期信号均方根时的离散性误差估计

Therein under, the document covers the reasons of outliers' appearance upon the observation error function of discreteness when changing a sample rate in an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) which is used for measurement of the signal's root mean square (RMS). We evaluate an upper bound for measurement uncertainty of discreteness depending on a number of bits in the ADC.

Calculation of robust PID-controller 鲁棒pid控制器的计算

This paper deals with a new approach to PID-controller parameter design that is based on the localization method. It is shown that controllers calculated by this method provide possibility to control system with non-linear and non-stationary plant. This paper includes numerical experiments with a set of linearized model of the super-heater. The main result is the methodology for parameter calculation.

Determination of internal combustion engine power in a dynamic way using the methodology of analysis of stochastic processes 用随机过程分析的方法动态测定内燃机功率

The theoretical and experimental investigations of transient process of crankshaft's speed during an engine's acceleration phase are presented. The analysis of dynamic characteristics of the engine by its velocity characteristic's correlation function are conducted. The zones where the transient process is quasi-stationary are determined, that allows to determine the engine's characteristics by statistical way.

Fabrication of microcuvettes using anodic aluminum oxide membrane 阳极氧化铝膜制备微皿

A variant for preparing an anodic aluminium oxide (AAO) membrane in copper ring with deposited tin last layer is proposed in the work. It allows to create closed microholders (microcuvettes) with developed nanostructured surface by soldering. Classical techniques as photolithography, electrochemical oxidation and metal deposition, etching and soldering was used. Is it approved by FTIR-analysis, that the prepared by proposed technological scheme cuvettes can be used as closed volumes containing gas and volatile liquids with designation of optical sensors.

Design of PI and PID controllers for multivariable systems based on time-scale separation technique 基于时标分离技术的多变量系统PI和PID控制器设计

Problem of PI and PID multivariable controller design based on time-scale separation technique for linear time-invariant systems is discussed. Properties of tracking and stabilizing multivariable controllers are treated. Generalized multivariable controllers are proposed for MIMO systems when the conditions of invertibility and internal stability hold. The internal stability analysis of the system is based on consideration of the normal canonical form. Simulation results and comparison of tracking and stabilizing multivariable controllers are presented.
