PENGARUH CITRA MEREK, KUALITAS PRODUK DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN AC DAIKIN CV CENTRAL ELEKTRO 品牌形象、产品质量和价格对消费者满意度的影响

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and price on consumer satisfaction of AC Daikin CV Central Elektro. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The population used in this study is the Consumer AC Daikin CV Central Elektro. The number of respondents in this study were 110 people. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and using analytical techniques using multiple linear regression analysis test and hypothesis testing, namely t test and f test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 5.265 + 0.297X1 + 0.153X2 + 0.278X3 and the results of the t test and f test of this study can be concluded that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Brand Image (X_1), Product Quality (X_2) and Price (X3) together have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) on AC Daikin CV Central Elektro.

The influence of the promotion that is given makes the arrival of consumers increase so that it affects sales turnover. This study aims: to determine the effect of promotion on purchasing decisions at PT. Sutan Kasim Bengkulu City Branch. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all consumers of PT. Sutan Kasim Bengkulu City Branch. the sample is 50 consumers of PT. Sutan Kasim Bengkulu City Branch. Based on the results of research on the Effect of Promotional Strategies on Purchase Decisions at PT. Sutan Kasim Bengkulu City Branch, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1). For the place of research, it is hoped that PT. Sutan Kasim to continue to maintain promotions in order to maintain consumer purchasing decisions because more consumers who buy will increase business income. 2). It is hoped that PT. Sutan Kasim in order to maintain consumer purchasing decisions so that turnover does not decrease.3). For academics, PT. PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN AIR DIKIT KABUPATEN MUKOMUKO

This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is an effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Air Dikit district office, Mukomuko Regency. This research is categorized as quantitative research with instruments in the form of questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were all 32 employees of the water sub-district office in mukomuko district. The sample in this study is to take the population or as many as 32 samples. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data obtained by related agencies and journals to support this research. The instrument validity test used the Bivariate Correclation formula, while the reliability test used Cronbach Alpha. The measuring instrument proved to be valid and reliable for the research instrument. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis of this study. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a significant effect on employee performan ce by thit > ttabel (5.845 > 2.04523) and (sig < = 0.000 < 0.050). Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance by thit > ttabel (3.233 > 2.04523) and (sig < = 0.003 < 0.050). motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant eff ect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = -3.279 + 0.785 (X1) + 0.252 (X2) , hypothesis testing is obtained that F_count is 20,905 with an F_table value of 3.322 which means that F_count > F_table that is (20,905 > 3.322) and (sig = 0.000< 0.050). This study plans to decide the impact of Brand Equity, Brand Trust and Brand Preference on Three Second Customer Loyalty at Bencoolen Indah Mall Bengkulu. The populace utilized in this examination is Three Second Customers at Bencoolen Indah Mall Bengkulu. the quantity of tests utilized upwards of 75 respondents. This study aims 1) To determine the effect of work experience on employee performance at Hypermart Bengkulu. 2) To determine the effect of personality on employee performance at Hypermart Bengkulu. To determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at Hypermart Bengkulu. 3) To determine the effect of work experience, personality, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Hypermart Bengkulu. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees at Hypermart Bengkulu totaling 80 employees. The sample is 80 Hypermart Bengkulu employees. This study aims to analyze the Effect of Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Hulu Palik Health Center, North Bengkulu Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The objects used in this study were 40 employees of the Hulu Palik Health Center, North Bengkulu Regency. In this study, the authors used data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. This type of research is quantitative, there are several data analysis techniques used in this study including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The result of this study is that the Work Environment variable affects employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work Environment and Job Satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance at the Hulu Palik Health Center, North Bengkulu Regency.Keywords : Work Environment, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance.

The title of this research is. The Effect of Product Innovation, Product Quality, and Packaging Form on Interest in Buying Tofu Products (a case study of umkm mak mus in Ujung Market, Kepahiang Regency). (case study of UMKM  Mak Mus in Ujung Market, Kepahiang Regency) . This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were all MSME customers who knew Mak Mus, whose number was unknown, with a sample of 90 respondents. This study used the Simple Random Sampling technique. The development of technology is utilized by various sectors in facilitating the work process. One of the phenomena in society is the use of social media as a media for promotion or marketing. One of the business actors in Bengkulu who uses this technique is the Dizla Land Hijab Store Store. With  15,000 Instagram followers, the store often promotes the latest products through its social media.. This research was conducted in June 2022, at the Dizla Land Hijab Store Bengkulu store, the object of this research is the Instagram social media followers of the Dizla Land Hijab Store store. With quantitative descriptive methods and sampling in research. With the random sampling method, the sample taken amounted to 92 respondents which was calculated using the Slovin formula. And the effectiveness analysis used in this study is the AISAS method. From the results of research that has been carried out, the level of Effectiveness of Online Marketing Based on Social Media at the Dizla Land Hijab Store Bengkulu Store is 82.04% or categorized as very effective. The attention dimension has an effectiveness value of 75.3% in the effective category, the Interest dimension has an effectiveness value of 80.3% in the Very effective category, the Search dimension has an effectiveness value of 84.61% in the Very effective category, the action dimension has an effectiveness value. of 91.3% in the Very effective category and the Share dimension has an effectiveness value of 78.4%. in the effective category.Keyword: social media, marketing, Effectiveness

This study aims to determine the effect of career development and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT Bio Nusantara Teknologi Bengkulu Tengah, either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including Career Development (X₁), and Work Motivation (X₂). The object of this research is the employees of PT Bio Nusantara Teknologi Bengkulu Tengah, totaling 86 people. In this study the authors used data collection methods by means of observation and distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficients, and hypothesis testing. From the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation is as follows: Y=10.875 + 0.185(X₁) + 0.198(X₂). The results of the coefficient of determination test (R²) show an R Square value of 155. The results of the t-test on the Career Development variable (X₁) show tcount> ttable (2.235>1.988). and Work Motivation (X₂) shows tcount>ttable (2,572>1,988). The results of the F test on the Career Development (X₁) and Work Motivation (X₂) variables show fcount>ftable (7.623>3.111). So from the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the Career Development (X₁) and Work Motivation (X₂) variables have a partial or simultaneous effect on the Job Satisfaction of PT Bio Nusantara Teknologi.Keywords: career development, motivation, job satisfaction.
