This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and price on consumer satisfaction of AC Daikin CV Central Elektro. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The population used in this study is the Consumer AC Daikin CV Central Elektro. The number of respondents in this study were 110 people. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and using analytical techniques using multiple linear regression analysis test and hypothesis testing, namely t test and f test. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 5.265 + 0.297X1 + 0.153X2 + 0.278X3 and the results of the t test and f test of this study can be concluded that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Price has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Brand Image (X_1), Product Quality (X_2) and Price (X3) together have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) on AC Daikin CV Central Elektro.

This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is an effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Air Dikit district office, Mukomuko Regency. This research is categorized as quantitative research with instruments in the form of questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study were all 32 employees of the water sub-district office in mukomuko district. The sample in this study is to take the population or as many as 32 samples. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data obtained by related agencies and journals to support this research. The instrument validity test used the Bivariate Correclation formula, while the reliability test used Cronbach Alpha. The measuring instrument proved to be valid and reliable for the research instrument. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis of this study. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a significant effect on employee performan ce by thit > ttabel (5.845 > 2.04523) and (sig < = 0.000 < 0.050). Discipline has a significant effect on employee performance by thit > ttabel (3.233 > 2.04523) and (sig < = 0.003 < 0.050). motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant eff ect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = -3.279 + 0.785 (X1) + 0.252 (X2) , hypothesis testing is obtained that F_count is 20,905 with an F_table value of 3.322 which means that F_count > F_table that is (20,905 > 3.322) and (sig = 0.000< 0.050).
