PENGARUH ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR DAN PROMOSI JABATAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. PRIORITAS CABANG BENGKULU 公民管理的影响,以及本库卢分公司对员工绩效的提高

The role of human resources becomes increasingly important when associated with global developments full of competition among organizations. One of the ways that organizations do in facing competition is by empowering and exploring all the potential of its human resources to the fullest. This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and promotion on employee performance at PT. Priority Bengkulu Branch.The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study 46 employees at PT. Priority Bengkulu Branch. Data collection by using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing.The results showed a positive regression direction with the equation Y = 5.820 + 0.546 (X_1) + 0.324 (X2), meaning that if Organizational Citizenship Behavior and promotions increase, the performance of employees at PT. The priority of the Bengkulu Branch will also increase. The coefficient of determination is 0.717 (meaning that the variable Organizational citizenship behavior (X_1) and job promotion (X2) on the Performance variable contributes 0.717 or 71.7% while the remaining 28.3% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model. The results of hypothesis testing for the t-test can be seen that X1 (Organizational citizenship behavior) shows a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence of Organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance at PT Prioritas Bengkulu Branch X2 (position promotion) shows a significance value of 0.025 < 0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence of job promotion on employee performance at Prioritas Bengkulu Branch Employees. Simultaneous hypothesis testing shows Organizational citizenship behavior (X_1) and job promotion (X2) together positive effect on the performance (Y) of employees to employees of PT. Priority for Bengkulu Branch because the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05.Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Product Quality, Consumer Satisfaction

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, personality type and leadership style on employee loyalty at PT. Sandabi Indah Lestari. This type of research is a type of quantitative research, the object of this research is all permanent employees in the factory office area of ​​PT Sandabi Indah Lestari. Sampling method using total sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 126 people. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Testing, namely t-test and F-test.The results of this study can be concluded that the work environment variable has a positive effect on employee work loyalty, personality type has a positive effect on employee work loyalty, and leadership style has a positive effect on employee work loyalty.Keywords: work environment, personality type and leadership style on employee loyalty

This study aims 1). To determine the effect of supervision on employee performance at PT.Semen Merah Putih, Bengkulu City. 2). To determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT.Semen Merah Putih, Bengkulu City. 3). To determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT.Semen Merah Putih, Bengkulu City. 4). To determine the effect of supervision, work discipline, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Semen Merah Putih, Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quantitative approach. With descriptive method. The population in this study were all employees at PT.Semen Merah Putih, Bengkulu City, amounting to 47 people. A good total sampling technique is used if the total population < 100. So the number of samples from this study is 47 customers. Based on the results of research on the influence of supervision, work discipline, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Red and White Cement Bengkulu City. The following conclusions can be drawn: 1). Supervision has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Semen Merah Putih thus the higher the supervision it will improve the performance of employees at PT. Red and White Cement. 2). Work discipline has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Semen Merah Putih thus the higher the work discipline it will improve the performance of employees at PT. Red and White Cement. 3). Organizational Culture has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Semen Merah Putih thus the higher the Organizational Culture it will improve the performance of employees at PT. Red and White Cement. 4). This study aims to: (1) know the characteristics of poor households in Talang Kabu Village, Ilir Talo District, Seluma Regency, (2) know the level of fulfillment of basic needs, and (3) know the entrepreneurial behavior of the poor in Talang Kabu Village, Ilir Talo Kaupaten Seluma District. This research is designed as a qualitative descriptive research. The research location is in Talang Kabu Village, Ilir Talo District, Seluma Regency. Village selection is carried out on a Purposive basis, while the selection of samples of poor families is carried out randomly. Data collection using questionnaires, observations and in-depth interviews. Data analysis is carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that several things are as follows: (1) The characteristics of poor households in Talang Kabu Village are seen in terms of the age of the head of the family, generally between 40-50 years old,, the level of education is mostly finished elementary school, the average per capita income level per month is IDR 120,000,-, the number of family dependents of 5 or more as much as 60.00%, the number of family members who work is mostly only 2 people with a percentage of 72.73%.; (2) The level of meeting the basic needs of the household, the fulfillment of food needs are included in the sufficient category, the need for clothing as much as 93.73% do not have a change of clothes, and as many as 89.09% can only buy new clothes 1 time a year, the fulfillment of board needs is mostly feasible and already has their own house, if most of them are sick (96.36 %) seek treatment at the Puskesmas; and the fulfillment of the need for clean water as a whole falls into the category of sufficient.; (3) The entrepreneurial behavior of the poor in Talang Kabu Village generally they have made various efforts to fulfill their lives which include: rice fields with a percentage of 36.36%, oil palm plantations 12.73%, rubber plantations 34.55%, carpentry 5.45%, farm workers 60.00%, trade 34.55%, confidence level in carrying out business 76.36%, happy in carrying out business 72.72%, courage in taking risks 40%, entrepreneurship influenced by the environment 47.27%, and the importance of honesty in trying 90.91%. This research is designed as a qualitative descriptive research. The research location is in Talang Kabu Village, Ilir Talo District, Seluma Regency. Village selection is carried out on a Purposive basis, while the selection of samples of poor families is carried out randomly. Data collection using questionnaires, observations and in-depth interviews. Data analysis is carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that several things are as follows: (1) The characteristics of poor households in Talang Kabu Village are seen in terms of the age of the head of the family, generally between 40-50 years old,, the level of education is mostly finished elementary school, the average per capita income level per month is IDR 120,000,-, the number of family dependents of 5 or more as much as 60.00%, the number of family members who work is mostly only 2 people with a percentage of 72.73%.; (2) The level of meeting the basic needs of the household, the fulfillment of food needs are included in the sufficient category, the need for clothing as much as 93.73% do not have a change of clothes, and as many as 89.09% can only buy new clothes 1 time a year, the fulfillment of board needs is mostly feasible and already has their own house, if most of them are sick (96.36 %) seek treatment at the Puskesmas; and the fulfillment of the need for clean water as a whole falls into the category of sufficient.; (3) The entrepreneurial behavior of the poor in Talang Kabu Village generally they have made various efforts to fulfill their lives which include: rice fields with a percentage of 36.36%, oil palm plantations 12.73%, rubber plantations 34.55%, carpentry 5.45%, farm workers 60.00%, trade 34.55%, confidence level in carrying out business 76.36%, happy in carrying out business 72.72%, courage in taking risks 40%, entrepreneurship influenced by the environment 47.27%, and the importance of honesty in trying 90.91%. \u0000Keywords: Poverty, behavior, entrepreneurship","PeriodicalId":205181,"journal":{"name":"(JEMS) Jurnal Entrepreneur dan Manajemen Sains","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-07-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129922329","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At the end of 2019, the emergence of Corona Virus Disease or Covid -19 in China (Wuhan) and entering Indonesia in March 2020. This virus attacks the respiratory tract in humans which ultimately requires people to wear masks to prevent transmission of COVID-19. This makes people always buy masks to prevent transmission of the virus, namely sensi masks because these masks are surgical masks. In choosing masks for repurchase intention, several factors are considered by consumers, including product quality, brand image, and comfort. Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. The population in this study were students of the Management Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. The use of sensi masks in Bengkulu City. The data collection method was using a questionnaire. Sampling using purposive sampling method with a total of 180 respondents. Testing the instrument using validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique to answer the hypothesis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Product Quality (X1) had a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest (Y) on sensi masks during the covid-19 pandemic in University Management Study Program students. Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Brand Image (X2) has a positive and significant influence on repurchase interest (Y) on sensi masks during the covid-19 pandemic among students of the Management Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu. Convenience (X3) has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest (Y) on sensi masks during the covid-19 pandemic among students of the Management Study Program at Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu.Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Convenience, and Repurchase Interest

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and compensation on employee performance at PT. Accentuates Bengkulu City Branch. Theresearch type used was the quantitative method. The object of the research was the employees of PT.Accentuates Bengkulu City Branch using the sampling method namely the total sampling technique. The respondents consisted of 42 people. The researcher used the data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data was analyzed using Instrument Tests. They were Validity Test and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test namely Multicollinearity Test, Normality Test and Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Coefficient of Determination (R2), and Hypothesis Testing namely t-test and f-test. The results show that the work stress variable has a negative and partially significant effect on the employee performance at PT. Accentuates Bengkulu City Branch. The compensation variable has a positive and partially significant effect on the employee performance at PT. Accentuates Bengkulu City Branch, while the work stress and compensation have a significant effect simultaneously on the Employee Performance PT.Accentuates Bengkulu City Branch.   Keywords: Job Stress, Compensation, Employee Performance

This study aimed to find out the effect of cake product variations and service quality on buying interest at the Tata Bakery Shop,Lingkar Barat Branch,Bengkulu City.This Study applied the type of quantiative descriptive research.The object of this study was the consumer at Tata Bakery wich is located on the lingkar barat,bengkulu city.the sampling method employed a non-probability technique,namely accidental sampling.The number ofrespondents in this study were 130 people.This study used a collection method in the form of a questionnaire.To analyze the data,this research uses multiple linear regression analysis test,and hypothesis testing,namely t-test and f-test.the results of the study conclude that the variabel cake product variations had a positive effect on buying interest,service quality contributed to a positive effect on buying interest,and cake product variations,and service quality together had a positive and significant effect on buying interest.   Keywords: Cake Product Variation, Service Quality,Buying Interest

This study aims to determine the effect of Reward (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at Honda Bintang Motor Bengkulu City, either partially or simultaneously. The objects in this study were the employees of Honda Bintang Motor in Bengkulu City, amounting to 56 people. In this study the authors used quantitative methods and data collection by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used instrument test, classical assumption test, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), and also hypothesis testing.             Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the equation Y = 11.324 + 0.326X1 + 0.257 (X2) +e. This equation can be explained by the positive influence of each independent variable, namely Reward (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y). The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) from R Square is 0.609, this result shows that the variable Reward (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) affect employee performance (Y) by 60.9% while the remaining 39.1% is influenced by other variables that not investigated in this study. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with the t test showing the Reward variable (X1), the tsign value < 0.000, it can be concluded that the reward has a significant influence on employee performance (Y), the Work Discipline variable (X2) obtained the tsign value < 0.003, it can be concluded that the discipline work has a significant influence on employee performance (Y).             Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the F test, the Fsign value is 0.000b < 0.05. This means that together Reward (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) at Honda Bintang Motor Bengkulu City.   Keywords : Reward, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

This study aims to determine the effect of brand trust, brand image, and perceived quality on customer loyalty for Yamaha NMax motorcycles in Gading Cempaka District Bengkulu City, either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including Brand Trust, Brand Image, and Perceived Quality. The objects in this study were 60 Yamaha NMax customers in Gading Cempaka District Bengkulu City. In this research, the author uses data collection methods by means of observation, distributing questionnaires or questionnaires and interviews. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficients, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the variables of Brand Trust, Brand Image, and Quality Perception have partial or simultaneous effect on Customer Loyalty of Yamaha NMax Motorcycles in Gading Cempaka District Bengkulu City.
