Concerns the kinematic principle of stiffness correction in the mechanisms of elastic joints with small stiffness (EJSS) for transport vibration protection systems (VPS). New approaches are presented for an improvement of the EJSS. It has been predicted that kinematic principle could be one of the fundamental ways for synthesis of the universal and automatically controlled EJSS for the technical and biomechanical transport VPS.

An opportunity of Metropolis-Hastings stochastic relaxation procedure application for optimal Gibbs random message interpolation is investigated. A conditional-Gaussian random sequence as an example of Gibbs sequence observed in white Gaussian noise is used as message model. Such models are used, e.g. for speech signal description. The basic Metropolis-Hastings algorithm is described and some experimental results are presented.

An analysis of 300 patients (pts) of the last series with infective endocarditis (IE) was done for evaluation of a modern course of IE (archives: 1200 pts) and revealed the changing patterns of this evolving disease. There has been a significant trend toward an increase in the age of pts with IE. The proportion of pts with IE who have rheumatic heart disease as an underlying lesion ahs decreased from about 60% in pts studied from 1950 to 1970 to about 30 YO in resent series. Etiologically the change is characterized by a reduction of streptococci (from 90% to 35%) and a much higher incidence of staphylococci (from 3% to 30%), gram-negative bacteria and other virulent organisms (from 3% to 15%). The fever was in 70% of cases, arthralgia, splenomegaly and CNS involvement (CT confirmed) were seen not more than in 20% of pts. Significant cardiac murmurs were obtained in 80% ofpts, sep- tic complication - in 12%, micotic aneurysms - in 4%, renal complications - in 30%. Congestive heart failure was the most comman consequence (80%) and the cause of death. Postoperative IE including prosthetic one, right-sided disease and injecting drug users subgroups became the routine forms (20%) of the disease. IE with reducing classic features observed frequently especially in middle-aged pts (30%). Correct early diagnoses were made only in 35% of IE cases.

The task of decision functions construction is considered for a case, when the features space is not represented simply by Cartesian product of sets of values, and has more complex structure; when the sets of allowed values of some variables depend on values taken by another ones. Such features space we call structured. The decision function is interpreted as an estimation of conditional distribution in the space of forecasted variables, under the condition of known values of measured variables. The decision function is constructed on the basis of the empirical data, which can simultaneously contain both sample and probabilistic statements of experts. Thus the expert statements are assumed to be unmatched, and in particular can be inconsistent.

L Introduction Since the concept of feeble continuity has been introduced in [6] , the weak and strong forms of it have been studied by topologists. In 1982, Chae [lo] defined the notion of an almost feeble continuity and studied its properties and relations between them. In this note, spaces X, Y and 2 mean topological spaces on whch no separation axioms are assumed. Let S c X. The closure and interior of S will be denoted by Cl(S) and Int(S), respectively. S is said to be semi-open [SI if there exists an open set 0 such that 0 c S c Cl(0) and its complement is called semiclosed. The intersection of all semi-closed sets containing S is called the semi-closure of S and it will be denoted by sCl(S). S is said to be a-open [3] if S c Int(Cl(Int(S))) and its complement is called a-closed. The intersection of all a-closed sets containing S is called the a-closure of S and it will be denoted by aCl(S). S is said to be feebly open [ 101 if there exists an open set 0 such that 0 c S c sCl(0). From now on, we will denote the family of all a-open (resp. semi-open, open and clopen) sets of X by aO(X) (resp. SO(X), z(X) and CO(X)), and denote the family of a-dpen (resp. semi-open, open and clopen) sets containing x by aO(X, x) (resp. SO(X, x), z(X, x) and CO(X, x)).
包含S的所有a闭集的交集称为S的a闭集,用aCl(S)表示。如果存在一个开集0,使得0 c S c sCl(0)为弱开集,则称S为弱开集[101]。从现在开始,我们将表示所有a-open(代表)的家族。由aO(X)组成的X的半开、开、闭组(图1)。SO(X), z(X)和CO(X)),表示a-dpen族(见图1)。包含x的半开、开、闭)集合由aO(x, x)组成。SO(X, X) z(X, X)和CO(X, X))
