Human thought in the science of law 人类在法律科学中的思想

In this research with the help of Neuroscience, Physiology, Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, thought was analyzed as movement, creation or product of brain neurons, which allows differentiating Law from legal sciences and the institutions with which they interrelate, as a product of an individual thought of each human being. The objective was to define and structure the levels and dimensions of human thought for the science of law and legal sciences, throughout the history of humanity. The scientific method was applied as the main method and the hermeneutical interpretation as a technique, in order to focus linguistics on the technical use of the object of study and its significance in law, legal sciences and legal-constitutional institutions. It was concluded that thought is a spatio-temporal movement of the brain neurons of living beings, it materializes as a human system, depending on the processes of hominization and humanization of man, in nature, in society, at work in direct relationship with the cosmos. We report the bibliography that served us as a basis.

Pedagogical proposal "Emerging Community" to develop the scientifictechnological competences of primary education students 提出以“新兴共同体”培养小学生科技能力的教学建议

The purpose of this research was to demonstrate that with the application of the “Emerging Community” pedagogical proposal, the scientific and technological competencies of primary-level students were significantly developed. The population consisted of 50 6th grade students from section “A” and “B”, selecting as a sample 25 students from group “A” because they were constituted groups. The applied design was preexperimental. Three dimensions were measured as components of the scientific-technological competences, which are: planning, execution and presentation, for which a questionnaire was constructed and validated, which was applied as a pre-test and post-test. Descriptive and inferential statistics techniques, such as Student's t-test, were used for data processing. The conclusions indicate that the proposal significantly developed scientific and technological competences, in the planning dimension the students were located at the expected level in 40% (10) and 60% (15) superior achievement, in the execution dimension the 72% (18) in the expected level and 28% (7) in superior achievement and in the dimension of exposure in the expected level 84% (21) and in superior achievement 16% (4).

Removal of heavy metals from the RMoch6 point of the Moche River by means of commercial chitosan biopolymer 壳聚糖生物聚合物对莫切河RMoch6点重金属的去除研究

The objective of the present investigation is to determine the removal of heavy metals from the RMoch6 point of the Moche river by means of commercial chitosan biopolymer. To carry out the investigation, the factorial experimental design was shown, having as independent variables the amount of chitosan and the contact time to compare the results of the treatments through the dependent variables such as the percentage of metal removal and the adsorption capacity. The results of the investigation indicate that the variable amount of chitosan has a significant effect on the adsorption capacity dependent variable and adjusts sin to the Freundlich isotherms also has an effect on the percentage of metal removal for aluminum, arsenic, cobalt, copper, iron, lead and zinc, however, for cadmium it does not have a significant effect. The results of the investigation confirm that the amount of commercial chitosan and optimal contact time to remove the highest percentage of lead, aluminum and cadmium is 7.83g, 7.75g and 8.83g and a time of 90 min. With these treatments in the water of the RMoch6 point, the removal of heavy metals such as aluminum, arsenic, cadmium, copper, iron, lead and zinc can meet the ECA, cat.3.

Problem based learning didactic program to develop critical thinking in high school students 基于问题的学习教学计划,培养高中生的批判性思维

The aim of this research was to determine the influence of the problem-based learning didactic program on the improvement of critical thinking of third grade high school students, in the area of Social Studies, of San Juan High School, Trujillo, 2020. The methodology was based on an experimental research design, in its preexperimental form, for which a single group consisting of 20 students was considered. To identify the level of critical thinking, before and after applying the program, whose learning sessions were carried out through the Zoom virtual videoconferencing, the data collection instrument called “Questionnaire to measure the level of critical thinking in the area of Social studies” was used. It should be noted that this instrument was validated by expert judgment and obtained an acceptable reliability coefficient with Cronbach's alpha consistency index. Hypothesis testing was done through the “student's t” test. It was concluded that the problem-based learning didactic program influences the improvement of critical thinking in Social studies of third grade students from San Juan High School, 2020, significantly.

Informality is a problem that encompasses many activities in our country, including economic activities, among them microenterprises, microentrepreneurs and workers do not comply with the laws established by the State through its authorities, either due to ignorance or Knowing them at least partially, they do not receive the benefit (s) when complying with them, thus generating a high labor and business informality, being estimated until 2019 on average throughout the country at 83.40 percent, in micro and small companies. Preferential taxes, financial leverage and a differentiated labor regime are part of public policies in order to reduce labor informality in micro-enterprises in Peru and their formalization, which is verified as not enough for this purpose, and must be articulated with others, including education, since it has been verified that the majority of workers and micro-entrepreneur employers do not have timely knowledge of the laws, that is, of the obligations and benefits when complying with them.

La presente investigación “Intercultural approach and reading comprehension in Secondary Education students, Simón Bolívar High School, Mache 2020” es un estudio realizado para implementar un programa basado en el enfoque intercultural con el fin de mejorar la comprensión de textos en inglés de los estudiantes de tercer grado de secundaria de la I.E. "Simón Bolívar", Mache, 2020. Se usó el diseño cuasi-experimental, en el cual se considera un "Pre-Test" y "Post-Test" con dos grupos intactos. La muestra en la que se realizó esta investigación fue de 53 estudiantes de tercer y cuarto grado de educación secundaria, en el distrito de Mache, provincia de Otuzco. Se aplicó una prueba que consta de 20 ítems diseñados para medir la comprensión de textos, la cual tiene tres dimensiones: literal, inferencial y crítica, respectivamente, considerando 10 para la literal, 7 para la inferencial y 3 para la crítica. Se llegó a la conclusión que el programa basado en el enfoque intercultural mejora significativamente la comprensión de textos en inglés de los estudiantes de tercer grado de la I.E. Simón Bolívar, Mache, 2020.

Development of a chemical reactor simulation module with MATLAB 用MATLAB开发化学反应器仿真模块

A tube reactor simulation module based on MATLAB has been developed. For this the units considered were mathematically modeled, from the balances of matter and energy for plug and flow reactor. The obtained models were coded in the language of the program to later compile them through a graphical interface, providing a fast and intuitive means to carry out the corresponding calculations. The supply of the information required for the calculation of the state functions and other parameters is obtained from an attached database, created from the information obtained from the Design Institute for Physical Properties. The results obtained were compared with bibliographic data as well as compared with the values provided by other simulation programs.

Legal effect of the intervention of Criminal Law in minor crimes due to family violence in the district of Santa 2018 – 2019 2018 - 2019年圣区家庭暴力轻微犯罪刑法干预的法律效果

This research deals with a generalized problem in our country where, given the increase in aggressions against women or members of the family group, the State intends to reduce or avoid them by resorting to the use of Criminal Law, sanctioning said conduct with effective custodial penalties. Our main objective was to demonstrate what was the legal effect of the intervention of Criminal Law in minor crimes due to Family Violence in the District of Santa during the years 2018 and 2019, using correlational, legal hermeneutical methods and as techniques the interview, the documentary analysis, case studies and descriptive statistics. Concluding that about 80% of cases, after requiring the investment of a large amount of human and economic resources, ended up being archived because the party aggrieved by the scarce harmfulness of the facts no longer attends the Fiscal Office to provide more information or to be evaluated medically, legally or psychologically, evidencing a tacit conciliation between the parties, which means that the criminalization of this type of conduct has not contributed to reducing its incidence and rather the State Policy for the protection of the family.

It was investigated why the classification of the crime of illicit enrichment in article 401 of the Penal Code, in the extreme that functional abuse is understood as a causal link, makes its prosecution and evidentiary activity difficult. To contrast the research hypothesis, a sample of 06 relevant judgments issued by the Supreme Court in the period 2014-2019 was considered; for 03 relevant cases investigated by the Prosecutor's Office on the crime under study; and, as a complement, a personal sample of 15 prosecutors from the penal area of the Santa Fiscal District. The data obtained with the techniques of documentary analysis and the survey were organized and statistically processed for presentation in frequency tables and their discussion with the general and particular methods of science. It was concluded that functional abuse presents a legislative imprecision, which makes it difficult to objectively impute the crime of illicit enrichment, due to the various interpretations made by the Supreme Court and national doctrine, at the same time that it hinders the evidentiary activity, which as a whole is almost null its application for its sanction, in the Fiscal District of Santa

Estimación de la erosión hídrica para el uso actual y erosión potencial del suelo en la finca agrícola experimental UNI, municipio “Las Flores”, departamento de Masaya 马萨亚省“Las Flores”市UNI实验农场目前使用的水蚀和潜在土壤侵蚀的估计

En el presente artículo se aborda el estudio Estimación de la erosión hídrica para el uso actual y erosión potencial del suelo en la finca experimental UNI utilizando la Ecuación revisada de la ecuación Universal de Pérdida de Suelo (RUSLE). El objetivo fue estimar la erosión hídrica para el uso actual y erosión potencial del suelo en la Finca Experimental de la UNI. La Finca tiene una extensión de 49.50 manzanas, utilizada para la realización de prácticas y con fines investigativos por parte de los estudiantes de la carrera de ingeniería agrícola. Se estimó la erosión hídrica superficial mediante el uso de la Ecuación Universal de Pérdida de Suelo Revisada (RUSLE). Para utilizar este modelo se obtuvieron los factores de erosividad, erodabilidad, la longitud y el gradiente de la pendiente, cobertura y prácticas de conservación. Para ello se realizaron una serie de actividades entre ellos la recopilación de datos de campos como el uso actual del suelo, topografía de la zona, precipitaciones diarias y mensuales y los respectivos análisis para la determinación de las propiedades físicas y químicas del suelo. El factor de erodabilidad (K) teórico se obtuvo a través de cuatro propiedades del suelo (Textura, estructura, materia orgánica y permeabilidad) dichos valores fueron introducidos en el nomograma de Wischmeier (1971). El estudio sugiere que en la Finca Agrícola Experimental de la Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería (FAE-UNI) se provoca tasas de erosión hídrica superficial menores que 12 Ton/ (ha-año).
