Digital twin (DT) is one of the key technologies to promote the digital and intelligent development of metro vehicle bases. Related research is at the initial stage. How to realize the digital twin generation of vehicle bases is an urgent problem to be solved. The article briefly introduces the application of digital twins in the automatic field inspection operation management system of the vehicle base, and studies the system architecture. The digital twin technology realizes operation standard monitoring, operation quality backtracking, production safety monitoring, and business statistical analysis. And so on, so as to realize the "intelligent, efficient and safe" intelligent maintenance workshop.
数字孪生(DT)技术是推进地铁车辆基地数字化、智能化发展的关键技术之一。相关研究尚处于起步阶段。如何实现汽车基地的数字化双代是一个亟待解决的问题。本文简要介绍了数字孪生在车辆基地现场自动巡检操作管理系统中的应用,并对系统架构进行了研究。数字孪生技术实现了作业标准监控、作业质量回溯、安全生产监控、业务统计分析。以此类推,从而实现“智能、高效、安全”的智能维修车间。

Design and implementation of light color correction lamp panel for LED railway signal LED铁路信号光色校正灯面板的设计与实现

Aiming at the problem of color fading of existing railway signals in our country and the problem of chromaticity coordinate shift in special weather conditions, an idea of a lamp panel with adjustable lamp color is proposed. According to the Spyro extremum principle, the lamp panel array is analyzed and designed, and the red, green and blue (RGB) three-color light mixing is analyzed according to the Glassman color mixing law and the light mixing principle of the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) standard chromaticity system. The feasibility of modulation is established; the functional relationship between duty cycle, chromaticity coordinates and correlated color temperature is established respectively, and the modulation simulation and experiment of three RGB channels are carried out by means of pulse width modulation. It can be seen from the verification results that controlling the RGB three-color LED lamp beads according to the duty cycle can accurately set the relevant chromaticity coordinates of each color light, and realize the chromaticity in different situations. The light panel is expected to solve the problem of signal color decay and chromaticity coordinate shift in special weather conditions.

Estimation model based on BIM technology in large-scale project construction costs 基于BIM技术的大型工程造价估算模型

Building intelligence has become a new requirement for the development of the construction industry in the Internet era, and the use of traditional engineering cost models for complex and huge construction projects will produce results with large data errors and inaccurate calculation results. Based on this, this paper analyzes the application status of BIM technology in engineering cost management at home and abroad, summarizes the advantages of BIM technology in the process of large-scale project cost, based on this, this paper improves the traditional construction project cost model, uses the principal component analysis method to establish a large-scale construction project valuation model, gradually reduces the external interference factors, reasonably quantifies the measurement standards, and constructs a large-scale building cost estimation model system centered on BIM. By comparing with the actual data, the experimental results show that the model is more accurate in the estimation of the project cost of large-scale projects, and the new model has certain practical significance for the study of the engineering cost of large-scale construction projects.
建筑智能化已成为互联网时代建筑行业发展的新要求,对于复杂庞大的建筑项目,采用传统的工程造价模型会产生数据误差大、计算结果不准确的结果。基于此,本文分析了BIM技术在国内外工程造价管理中的应用现状,总结了BIM技术在大型工程造价过程中的优势,在此基础上,对传统的建筑工程造价模型进行改进,采用主成分分析法建立大型建筑工程造价模型,逐步减少外部干扰因素;合理量化计量标准,构建以BIM为核心的大型建筑造价估算模型体系。通过与实际数据的对比,实验结果表明,该模型在估算大型工程造价时更为准确,新模型对大型建设工程造价的研究具有一定的现实意义。

Research and enlightenment of traffic safety plans from the perspective of Vision Zero 零愿景视角下的交通安全规划研究与启示

With the rapid increasing use of vehicles car ownership, the problem of road safety has become increasingly prominent. Taking the "Vision Zero" road traffic safety improvement measures in San Francisco as a research case, this paper makes a reference analyzing on the improvement of urban traffic safety in China. This paper introduces the traffic safety improvement plan of San Francisco from the perspective of “Vision Zero”, and analyzes the measures to improve traffic safety from the aspects of urban traffic safety system, urban road traffic design and urban traffic safety intelligent system. Finally, through the comprehensive analysis of the advanced experience research in San Francisco and the current situation of road safety design in China, this paper claims the "4E-AI-BD" traffic safety development strategic framework and improvement measures for the "Vision Zero".

Analysis of dynamic response of vehicle rail under the combined action of flat scar and uneven subgrade settlement 平疤与不均匀路基沉降共同作用下车辆轨道动力响应分析

Uneven settlement of roadbed and flat scar of wheel are the main diseases of railway vehicles in operation, which have obvious influence on the dynamic response of wheel-rail system and traffic safety. In order to study the influence of two kinds of diseases on traffic safety, a vehicle-track coupling dynamic model was established, and the dynamic response of the vehicle-track system was discussed under the conditions of different settling wavelength, amplitude, speed and length of flat scar. The results show that the impact response of flat scar has great influence on the vertical force of wheel and rail and the load reduction rate of wheel weight, and the amplitude and wavelength of subgrade settlement have great influence on the vertical acceleration of vehicle body. When the train runs at 100km/h, it is recommended that the wavelength of uneven subgrade settlement is greater than 10m, the amplitude is less than 10mm, and the length of flat scar is less than 40mm.

Analysis method of congestion degree of rail transit station platform 轨道交通车站站台拥挤程度分析方法

In order to grasp the actual congestion level, travel safety and improve the management level of urban rail transit station, and study the analysis method of platform passenger congestion, this paper uses video technology to obtain the location distribution of passengers at Xi’dan station of Beijing Metro, and studies the distribution process and law of waiting passengers. Firstly, the individual and group behaviors of passengers on the platform are studied, and the actual distribution of passengers in a waiting period is selected to facilitate the division of the platform area; Based on the clustering analysis of density, Density-based clustering analysis (DBSCAN) algorithm can cluster the distribution data of passengers on the platform to realize the density division of the data set, which can effectively solve the clustering problem of the data set with uneven density distribution. Through the visualization of clustering results, it can reflect the aggregation and distribution characteristics of passenger group behavior to a certain extent.

Study on the shearing mechanical behavior and damage model of the polymer grouting material-concrete contact surface 高分子注浆材料-混凝土接触面剪切力学行为及损伤模型研究

The polymer grouting material (PU) has been increasingly used in trenchless repair of concrete pipes and roadbeds. Investigating the mechanical behavior of the PU-concrete (P-C) contact surfaces provides a basis for further evaluating the stability of the reinforced concrete structures, which, however, has not been conducted yet. In this study, based on the shear testing results, the mechanical properties and cracking characteristics of the P-C contact surfaces were investigated, followed by establishing the damage model. Results show that the cohesion force of the P-C contact surface increases from 0.42 MPa to 1.44 MPa when the density of the PU materials increases, and there exists residual strength when normal stress is applied. The shear failure of the P-C contact surface is caused by the shearing zone, of which the thickness is about 9-10 mm. The theoretical shear stress-strain curves of the P-C contact surfaces are in good agreement with the experimental ones. The maximum relative difference between the theoretical and experimental shear strength is about 4.2%, implying that the damage model can reflect the stress-strain laws of the P-C contact surfaces under shear.

Through the application of building information modeling (BIM) technology in the Xiaowan Interchange project, this paper reviewed the idea and the correct process of the establishment of the whole complex municipal interchange BIM model in detail, studied the technology application of earthwork adjustment, collision detection, visual distance detection and headroom detection based on BIM technology, and finally tried BIM mapping and VR display. The research shows that the application of BIM technology in the design of municipal interchange can effectively optimize the linear shape, longitudinal section, structure, and position of the intersection; and the use of the BIM model to carry out a statistical review of engineering quantities and 3D mapping can improve the quality of design documents and express the design intention with a better visualization.
本文通过建筑信息模型(BIM)技术在小湾立交项目中的应用,详细回顾了整个复杂市政立交BIM模型建立的思路和正确流程,研究了基于BIM技术的土方调整、碰撞检测、视距检测、顶空检测等技术应用,最后尝试了BIM制图和VR显示。研究表明,BIM技术在市政立交设计中的应用,可以有效优化交叉口的线形、纵断面、结构、位置;利用BIM模型对工程量进行统计评审和三维制图,可以提高设计文件的质量,更好地可视化表达设计意图。

Research on evaluation method of architectural design based on grey clustering 基于灰色聚类的建筑设计评价方法研究

Under the new situation, strengthening architectural design and urban planning and design can effectively improve the effect of urban construction, promote the continuous development of the city and improve the potential value of the design scheme. It is precisely because of this factor that the current research needs to reasonably control the design scheme in combination with the current situation, so as to improve the overall effect of architectural design and effectively enhance the vitality of urban development. From the perspective of risk assessment, this study uses the grey clustering algorithm to verify the scientificity of the method. The experiment shows that the grey clustering method has a good effect on the scientific evaluation of architectural design.
在新形势下,加强建筑设计和城市规划设计,可以有效地提高城市建设效果,促进城市的持续发展,提高设计方案的潜在价值。也正是由于这一因素,当前的研究需要结合现状对设计方案进行合理的控制,从而提高建筑设计的整体效果,有效增强城市发展的活力。从风险评估的角度出发,本研究采用灰色聚类算法验证方法的科学性。实验结果表明,灰色聚类方法对建筑设计的科学评价具有良好的效果。

Study on optimization of suburban railway operation scheme 城郊铁路运营方案优化研究

The suburban railway adopts the mode of combined operation of express and local trains, which can solve the problems of uneven temporal and spatial distribution of passenger flow, meet the diversified needs of passengers, improve transportation efficiency and reduce operating costs. By analyzing and summarizing the passenger flow characteristics and transportation demand of suburban railway, aiming at minimizing the total travel time of passengers and enterprise operating cost, a nonlinear optimization model of suburban railway operation scheme is established. Considering the influence factors such as minimum tracking interval constraint and cross-sectional passenger flow constraint and completes the solution of the model by Lingo. The optimization results after running express and local trains show that the total travel time of passengers is reduced by about 97 minutes, and the enterprise operating cost is reduced by 30%, which proves that the proposed model is efficient and feasible.
城郊铁路采用快车与慢车联合运营的模式,可以解决客流时空分布不均匀的问题,满足旅客多样化的需求,提高运输效率,降低运营成本。通过分析总结城郊铁路客流特征和运输需求,以旅客总出行时间和企业运营成本最小为目标,建立了城郊铁路运营方案的非线性优化模型。考虑了最小跟踪间隔约束和横断面客流约束等影响因素,利用Lingo软件完成了模型的求解。运行特快列车和慢车后的优化结果表明,乘客的总出行时间减少了约97分钟,企业运营成本降低了30%,证明了所提模型的有效性和可行性。
