The Effect of Intellectual Capital and Corporate Governance on The Performance of Village Credit Institutions 智力资本与公司治理对村镇信贷机构绩效的影响

The main purpose of this paper is to examine and analyze the effect of intellectual capital and corporate governance on the performance of village credit institutions in Tampaksiring District, Gianyar, Bali. The study population were 32 village credit institutions with 96 respondents. The findings show that there is a positive influence of intellectual capital and corporate governance on the performance of village credit institutions. This indicates that intellectual capital and good corporate governance of village credit institutions, such as human capital, capital structure and relational capital highly will improve the performance of village credit institutions.
本文的主要目的是考察和分析知识资本和公司治理对巴厘岛詹雅尔坦巴锡林区乡村信贷机构绩效的影响。研究对象为32家村信贷机构,96名受访者。研究发现,智力资本和公司治理对村镇信贷机构绩效存在正向影响。这表明,人力资本、资本结构和关系资本等智力资本和良好的公司治理对农村信贷机构的绩效有很大的改善作用。

The Effect of School Principal’s Servant Leadership of Vocational Schools in Temanggung Regency temanggong县职业学校校长服务型领导的效果

This research aims to examine the effect off school principal's servant leadership, discipline, work motivation, and teacher’s commitment on the performance of vocational school teachers in Temanggung Regency. The findings show that (1) servant leadership has no significant positive effect on performance; (2) servant leadership has a significant positive effect on discipline by 25%, 18% on work motivation, and 20% on commitment; (3) discipline, work motivation, and commitment significantly have positive effect on performance by 71%; and (4) servant leadership has a significant positive effect on performance through discipline, work motivation, and commitment. Significant performance improvement is not influenced by servant leadership. However, servant leadership has a significant positive effect through mediation of discipline, work motivation, and commitment.
本研究旨在探讨校长仆人式领导、纪律、工作动机、教师承诺对天万宫县职校教师绩效的影响。研究发现:(1)服务型领导对绩效没有显著的正向影响;(2)服务型领导对员工纪律、工作动机和承诺的正向影响分别为25%、18%和20%;(3)纪律、工作动机和承诺显著正向影响绩效(71%);(4)仆人式领导通过纪律、工作动机和承诺对绩效有显著的正向影响。显著的绩效改进不受仆人式领导的影响。然而,仆人式领导通过纪律、工作动机和承诺的中介作用,具有显著的正向效应。

This study aims to investigate the role of marketing capability, operations capability, management practices and environmental investment on the environmental performance of agro-industry companies. This research conducted a survey research on all employees of 120 agroindustry companies. The samples were selected with proportionate stratified random sampling based on management level of the companies. The data were compiled from questionnaires and field observations. After the validity and reliability test, a set of classical assumptions were undergone to determine the variable relations, along with the hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that marketing capability, operations capability, management practices, and environmental investments have effects on environmental performance.
本研究旨在探讨农产工业公司的行销能力、营运能力、管理实务与环境投资对环境绩效的影响。本研究对120家农用工业企业的全体员工进行了调查研究。样本采用按比例分层随机抽样的方法,根据企业的管理水平进行抽样。这些数据是根据问卷调查和实地观察汇编的。经过效度和信度检验后,采用一组经典假设确定变量关系,并进行多元线性回归、t检验和F检验的假设检验。研究结果显示,行销能力、营运能力、管理实务和环境投资对环境绩效有影响。

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and gender on the relationship between employee engagement and intention to leave. The population in this study were all employees of PT X. The 121-sample size was determined by Slovin formula. The study used convenience sampling for the sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed with Simple Mediation Model with Macro Process. The research findings contended that job satisfaction is proven to mediate the relationship between employee engagement and intention to leave which moderated by gender.
本研究旨在确定工作满意度和性别对员工敬业度和离职意愿之间关系的影响。本研究的人群均为PT x公司的员工,121个样本量由Slovin公式确定。本研究采用方便抽样作为抽样技术。采用带有宏观过程的简单中介模型对所得数据进行分析。研究结果表明,工作满意度在员工敬业度与离职意愿之间起中介作用,并受性别的调节。

Analysis of North Sulawesi’s Beef Cattle Farming Empowerment Strategy with Websites 北苏拉威西省肉牛养殖授权战略与网站分析

The production of beef cattle farming enterprises in North Sulawesi has not been able to meet people consumption needs. This condition is due to their slow absorption of breeding technology information among farmers, while the existing internet technology is merely used for entertainment needs. This research paper is to encourage the formation of an empowering model for beef cattle farmers in rural areas using websites. The findings suggested that the design model should be based upon farmer’s capabilities and existence of farmers, since they have adequate information about websites as outreach media needed for farmer empowerment.

Impact of Usability to User Experience on blanja.com Site 网站可用性对用户体验的影响

E-commerce business continues to grow in the world, one of which is Blanja.com, a joint venture with the world's largest marketplace Ebay. However, problems arose in sales due to the 56.39% increase in the bounce rate resulting in a low conversion rate. The purpose of this research is to find out how the usability aspects such as learnability, efficient, error, memorability, and satisfaction affect user experience at Blanja.com. Data analysis was performed using statistical modelling techniques of Structural Equation Modelling, (confirmatory) with CFA and path analysis with LISREL statistics. Several results were obtained that the user did not easily understand the content aspect. It was difficult to get information, the hyperlinks were unclear, problems with navigation occurred. Although the users enjoyed it because of the responsive customer service, they were still not satisfied because of the background display, colours and graphics. Through this research, some general guidelines in ecommerce design can be generated to provide a better experience to users.

The Effects of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance: A Study of the Edge Newspaper 组织文化对员工绩效的影响:以《边缘报》为例

This research aims to examine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance. The research was conducted by interviewing the Edge Newspaper Sdn Bhd Company’s top management and their employees. Apart from that, data collection will be based on observations from surveys and journals. These collected data were used to test our hypothesis that is ‘A good employee behaviour will increase business productivity, lower absenteeism, and achieve turnover”. It is proven that a positive relationship exists between organizational culture and employee behaviour. These findings provide new insights for the management of the effects of organizational culture on its employee performances. In addition, this research enhances the understanding of employee behaviour, possibly utilized by top management to encourage and manage their employees.

Legal Study on Village Government Authority in Village Assets Management 乡村资产管理中村政府权力的法律研究

This study aims to analyze legals on village government authority in village assets management. The study was conducted at Tateli and Kanonang village, Minahasa Regency by legal research. The Empirical Legal Research method was used directly on informants in Minahasa Regency. The study finds that: (1) The authority of the village government in managing assets as a source of original village income is opaque. (2) The village decentralization system has not yet reached financial decentralization. (3) Village autonomy and autonomy of financial sector remains difficult to realize in Indonesia.

The Effect of Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance, BTPN Gorontalo 纪律性、工作动机对员工绩效的影响[j]

Performance is an important aspect of the organization. Performance can be influenced by various factors, including discipline and work motivation. Therefore the purposes of this study are 1) to find out to what extent the influence of Discipline on Employee Performance; 2) to know to what extent the influence of the Work Motivation on Employee Performance; 3) to figure out to what extent the influence of simultaneous discipline and work motivation on Employee Performance. This quantitative method employed multistage sampling that was done in stages. It was based on the scope of employees in BTPN Gorontalo. The analysis tool used was a mathematical model of Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 16.0. Moreover, all BTPN Gorontalo employees were taken as the population in this study. The results of the t-test of variable of discipline significantly influence employee performance seen from tcount (4,388) ¬>ttable(1,729); while the variable of work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance behavior seen from tcount (2,379) > ttable (1,729). Cost, quality and time are an important performance indicators in the project success. To achieve these objectives various risks are faced in each project life cycle. One of these risks is supply chain risk, which must be managed properly, doe to the uncertainty in this activity. There are still many companies that do not understand the importance of supply chains, so they often become obstacles in achieving project goals This study aims to identify risk factors in each stage of supply chain activities, in road infrastructure in Bali Province. Data were collected from questionnaire survey, interviews and focus group discussion from 15 units asphalt mixing plant supplier in Bali, who understand supply chain issues, especially in road infrastructure work in the province of Bali. The results of research on risk is firstly AMP production processes identified as a field of manufacturing industry that produces hot asphalt used in infrastructure projects in Bali. This research was conducted at the AMP unit found in Bali. From research, the production process and AMP business are based on Supply, Input, Process, Output and Customer activities. (SIPOC). After the activities contained in the Asphalt production process, it is known that further risks can be identified. Second identity the risk on SIPOC process.
