From time to time, Indonesian for Foreign Speakers (BIPA) continues to grow, including BIPA at Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa). It cannot be denied that in its journey, BIPA Unesa encountered various problems. One of them is a report from a foreign student who was confused when he first arrived in Surabaya. Their confusion includes finding the ideal place to live, using online motorcycle taxi applications, and using public facilities such as markets, hospitals, and police stations. Not only that, the understanding of academic rules on campus has also not been able to be conveyed on target. Some local students and lecturers have helped, but the limited number and time have made it impossible for them to assist students. The purpose of this study is to see how perceptions of teaching, self-efficacy, and learning management programs affect people's desire to become teachers. The goal of this study is to look into the impact of teacher perceptions, self-efficacy, and other factors. and learning management towards the interest in becoming a teacher. Students who are interested in becoming teachers, especially in the field of accounting are still few. One of the factors influencing students' interest to become accounting teachers is perceptions about the teaching profession, self-efficacy and field experience programs. They will try harder to accomplish tasks, tackle problems, and achieve achievement if they are interested in being a teacher and have a high feeling of self-efficacy. This is a quantitative study employing questionnaires and documentation as data gathering approaches. In this investigation, a saturated sample was used. Multiple linear regression analysis was employed in this study's data analysis. Perceptions of the teaching profession, self-efficacy, and learning management programs all influence motivation in becoming a teacher, according to the findings.

Until this time, counsellors in junior high school had used Microsoft excel to help make interest recommendations. Thus, counsellors needed eight weeks to analyze some data to produce interest recommendations. This research aims to produce an application that can assist counsellors in saving data, analyzing data, and producing interest recommendations according to guidance and counselling operational guidelines at junior high school 2016. The application was developed is Aplikasi Analisis Peminatan (AAP). It was developed using research and development procedures, according to Borg and Gall. Through the stages of research and information collecting, planning, developing a preliminary form of product, preliminary field testing, and primary product revision. Data collection used a feasibility questionnaire. Data analysis used a percentage formula. The results of data analysis showed that AAP has 95,72% feasibility to save data, analyze some data to make interest recommendations. AAP can be used by counsellors to save time when making interest recommendations.

The general objective of this research is to develop interactive teaching materials for the Freier Vortrag course to improve speaking competence of students of the German Language and Literature Department. The specific objectives of this study are (1) to describe the process of developing Freier Vortrag introductory teaching materials to improve the students’ speaking competence (2) to describe the product quality of developing Freier Vortrag teaching materials to improve students' speaking competence. This development research uses the concept of Borg and Gall. The existence of textbooks whose content is adjusted to the RPS (Semester Learning Plan) can be a study guide for students and make it easier for students to understand the Freier Vortrag lecture material. The material presented in the textbook consists of five chapters, namely Basic Concepts of Speeches, Speeches in the World of Education, Speeches in the World of Politics, Speeches in the World of Business, and Speeches in the World of Work. The analysis results of the textbook can be declared suitable to be used as a learning instrument at the Department of German Language and Literature, Universitas Negeri Surabaya, because it helps students in achieving learning objectives.

From the perspective of geography, the concept of biological disaster, especially concerning human health, can be viewed from the distribution and environmental conditions. Distribution is caused by the dynamics of the mobility of humans or certain animals. While the environment plays a role in conditions that allow viruses or bacteria to survive longer. The purpose of the study was to compile the contents of disaster materials caused by microorganisms with the perspective of geographical studies and to determine the feasibility of material for disasters caused by viruses in the perspective of geographical studies to be prepared as teaching materials in the form of handouts. The research method uses a modified R&D from Borg and Gall. The research flow that will be carried out includes needs analysis, initial product development, expert validation, limited trials, and product revisions. The instruments measured include the perspective of geography, case examples, language, pictures, layout, instructional, task, and motivation. Descriptive analysis by describing the data that has been processed using tables and graphs as well as explanations of the data in collaboration with concepts and previous research. The results show that the content and structure of the material, the handout teaching materials are from the perspective of geographical studies.
