Due to the problem that it is difficult to accurately extract and identify the hydraulic end fault of 2000 fracturing truck under complicated working conditions and high load environment, a variational mode decomposition (VMD) with deep belief network (DBN) is presented. Firstly, the variational mode decomposition is used to decompose the vibration signal collected by the hydraulic end of the fracturing vehicle into several stable intrinsic mode function (IMF) and obtain the spectrum of the reconstructed signal, which is the input of the deep belief network. Then, the deep belief network fault identification model was constructed by using the back-propagation algorithm and, the pre-training and feature learning of input spectrum are carried out, the DBN-based fault feature adaptive analysis and fault state intelligent identification is completed, realizing the fault diagnosis of the hydraulic end of the fracturing truck. The results show that the adaptive characteristic of the DBN method can effectively improve the accuracy of fault state recognition.

In the process of using space bearing, there are some problems such as the difficulty in identifying reliability characteristics, and the lack of fault diagnosis methods. Firstly, based on the reliability enhancement test principle, the temperature stress step test under standard atmospheric pressure and the vacuum degree step test at the use temperature are designed, and a space bearing test system that meets the control and measurement requirements is constructed. Then, after collection of the vibration response data under the condition of 0r/min and 1000r/min rotation speed, the wavelet energy spectrum of time-frequency data, which is the reliability characteristics, are identified using EEMD algorithm for data fusion and de-noising to study the fault state that reliability characteristics change with stress. Next, with the vibration response data of different running moments, data fusion de-noising and amplitude feature extraction are carried based on Hilbert transform. By obtaining the energy distribution of amplitude features in different frequency segments by fast Fourier transform, which is the reliability characteristic, the fault state of reliability characteristics over time is studied. Finally, through the simulation analysis, the mechanism and law of the corresponding fault state are identified, and the diagnostic relationship between the fault state and the simulation mechanism identified by the test is established, which can provide support to the on-orbit health monitoring and fault management.

Space electronic products usually have to meet the requirements of high reliability and long lifetime, and it is hard to obtain sufficient reliability data in the general accelerated testing. Highly accelerated life testing (HALT) and highly accelerated stress screening (HASS) can be used to improve the reliability of long lifetime products; however, they are mainly applied in qualitative method. This paper integrated degradation analysis as a quantitative assessment method after HALT and HASS. A method based on the integration of HALT, HASS and accelerated degradation testing (ADT) (HHA) is proposed. Firstly, the basic framework of HHA is developed based on the three accelerated testing methods. Secondly, the HHA model and degradation data model are researched. Lastly, a case study was performed on solid state drives (SSDs). Research shows that the HHA method is effective and could be applied in the space electronic products.

The gear and rack are of significant importance to the operation of the slat. Its performance influences has a significant influence on the safety of an aircraft. The durability of the gear and rack in a slat mechanism is investigated in this paper. A method is presented for the compilation of load spectrum of the aircraft slat mechanism in a flight cycle. The rigid-flex dynamic model of a slat mechanism is built to get the load history of the gear and rack in a flight cycle, considering the deformation of the wing. A flex-flex gear and rack dynamic model is established, and the dynamic contact stress is researched, as the traditional static or quasi-static finite element analysis is not accurate in predicting the meshing force. Durability analysis is made with nominal stress method. The result showed that the damageable positions of the gear are the tooth root and the tooth surface, besides the rack is a life-cycle part.

Program loading spectrum is a prerequisite for carrying out reliability test, and it is also an objective basis for reliability design. In the actual cutting process, the Computer numerical control (CNC) lathe’s feed system mainly bears both the feed speed and the friction load. Therefore, this paper establishes a two-dimensional program loading spectrum of reliability test for CNC lathe’s feed system based on two-dimensional kernel function. First, the relationship between the frictional force in each feeding direction for CNC lathe and the three-axis cutting force is determined. Second, the kernel function is used to fit the load distribution in each feeding direction for CNC lathe, and the maximum likelihood estimation method is used to estimate the function parameters. Thirdly, the expansion factor method is used to extrapolate the load spectrum, and the load spectrum is divided into 8 levels. Finally, the loading spectrum in different feed directions for CNC lathe is compiled. In this paper, the loading spectrum and corresponding relative friction force of the HTC 40100 CNC lathe is established. This two-dimensional program loading spectrum can be applied to the reliability test and life prediction of feed system, which has important engineering application value.

In order to find the distribution characteristics of low frequency signals and probability density before the Alashan M5.8 earthquake on April 15, 2015 in Inner Mongolia, the waveform data of three stations (from 00 points on April 1, 2015 to 23 points on April 15, 2015) were analyzed by using the continuous digital seismic waveform data of Wuhai, Shizuishan and Dongshengmiao stations. At the same time, the frequency and probability density distributions of the spectrum anomaly period are also tracked. The results show that: (1) The probability density distributions of seismic waveforms recorded by the three stations with and without seismic time periods are completely different, and the distribution of probability density with time change has the character of generalized Gaussian distribution. (2) Before the Azuoqi M5.8 Earthquake, the seismic waveforms recorded at Wuhai, Shizuishan and Dongshengmiao seismic stations near the epicenter not only exhibited the phenomenon of frequency shift to low frequency, but also changed the distribution of frequency and probability density in the corresponding period of abnormal occurrence. However, in the same period, the change patterns of the three stations were similar, and the probability density was divided into two parts. The distribution of probability density varies greatly in different time periods.

In this paper, HPM is used as the source of interference to affect the working state of an integrated circuit. The effect of the injected power and the orientation of the studied integrated circuit (FPGA) is investigated. In the experiment, it is found that the induced voltage of the I/O pin can reach 70.3 V under the electromagnetic field high to 1257.44 V/m. In spite of this, the working state of the FPGA remained normal.

In this paper, an improved state space decomposition (SSD for short) method is proposed to evaluate the reliability of multistate networks with all the minimal path vectors (d-MPs for short). Existing SSD methods all select a proper d-MP which minimizes the value of a given function. When there is a tie during the process, the tie is broken arbitrarily. However, we find that different d-MPs with same function value affect the efficiency of the decomposition procedure, which ultimately lead to different computation times. We introduce a heuristic method called Rl to select d-MP when there is a tie. The results of comparative experiments show that the proposed heuristic method can significantly enhance the efficiency of current SSD algorithm for reliability evaluation of multistate networks.
