As Malaysia seeks to present itself as a developed country, the issue of sustainable waste management has emerged as a top priority for policymakers and other relevant parties. Despite the government's efforts, such as the imposition of new regulations and the promotion of privatization, Malaysia continues to trail behind in sustainable waste management techniques, particularly in the field of recycling. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of recycling programmes and knowledge towards clean environment in Malaysia. Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, this survey was done through an online form, with a total of 302 respondents. Convenience sampling is chosen because it suits the environment of our study in which it is often readily and easily available. Based on the findings, it is proved that there is no significant and negative relationship between knowledge and recycling programmes (r= 45.955, p= 0.124). The knowledge on recycling programme on clean environment is believed to be poor among Malaysian.

Tourism place-making is a process of transform space to a quality destination. World Heritage Site destinations offer tourists a sense of heritage because of their unique universal value. Community involvement is crucial to the success of the tourism agenda at each destination. The addition of a change in tourist motivation makes tourist involvement a necessary part of the process of making the destinations. Conventional tourist destinations have been developed through the government through a bottom-up approach where factors of tourist need are paramount compared to the communities surrounding the tourist destination. Consequently, there is a management conflict that affects the interaction between the community and tourists due to the lack of involvement. This will result in the offering of a quality experience that is not in line with the status of the world's heritage sites. Therefore, continuous community and tourist involvement is required to maintain the status quo. This paper aims to build a theoretical framework to build world-class tourism sites. In conclusion, the joint involvement in the tourism-building process affects the community and tourists. The implications of this study provide guidance on the policies and management of WHS Melaka.

The primary focus of this paper's discussion is the enhancement of the concept of liveability (KDH) in relation to development of a country in terms of economic growth, and the environment. This paper addresses liveability concept (KDH) as one of the crucial elements in the formation of Inclusive Communities (KI). It relates to the development of a country with a quality and good atmosphere, as well as unity amongst communities, in order to ensure the community's well-being in a country. Among the issues debated are (i) the transformation of rural development in developing and building competitive rural communities on par with urban communities, (ii) the formation of inclusive and liveable communities, (iii) the realisation of the national liveability index, and (iv) well-being & sustainability of life. This paper uses secondary sources, such as study results published in journals, scholarly literature, internet news sources, and public forums, to employ a qualitative methodology. According to the findings of the study, the measures employed by a country to measure its liveability, such as the liveability index, have a significant role in ensuring the health and sustainability of communal life. The focus of the future study is on the importance of a country's agenda being sensitive to the balance between developing and increasingly developed nations. This is consistent with the issues, difficulties, and strategies of a country undergoing a phase or process of implementing the liveability index framework.

This paper focuses on a balanced, integrated and blended effort at every level of government administration and community structure to empower and strengthen the nation's sports industry. In accordance with the endemic era, it was then used as an element of appreciation for the unity of Malaysia's plural society. This paper attempts to address the following topics: (i) the potential income of youth through the sports industry; (ii) The status and future prospects of the country's sports industry; (iii) The Ministry of Youth and National Sports Key Performance Index target and unemployment among the youth; (iv) Challenges and empowerment on the implementation of the term youth age limit; and (v) The spirit of Malaysian Family Sports. The primary objective of the discussion is to identify the debate regarding the government's role and efforts to align national sports with national development. In reality, the method utilised by the Ministry of Youth and National Sports is competitive with foreign sports industries. This paper uses secondary sources, such as research results published in journals, scholarly writing, online news sources, and public forums, to employ a qualitative methodology. According to the findings of the study, the progressive development of the country's sports industry can generate numerous benefits for individuals, communities, and the country, thereby boosting the country's total income and economy. Therefore, drastic measures must be taken so that the development of the sports industry is in line with the development of the nation and is not solely dependent on the Ministry of Youth and National Sports.

The tribes in Sabah are very famous for their culture such as customs and taboos as well as the practices of their respective beliefs. Indirectly, this practice has affected their lives. Traditional food in Sabah attracts the attention of other communities due to the diversity and uniqueness of food types such as Ambuyat, kuih-muih, Butod, Hinava and so on. However, there are some tribes who still do not know about the traditional food. In Sabah, "Kelupis" is famous as a traditional food for the Malays of Brunei which is their favorite, even Kelupis is also a main dish, especially at festivals, engagement ceremonies, weddings and prayers. The scope of this study is focused on Sabah, especially the west coast areas, namely Kuala Penyu, Membakut, Beaufort, Bongawan, Kimanis, Benoni, Papar, Putatan and several areas involved in the settlement of the Brunei Malays in Sabah. This is because this area is still practicing and making traditional Brunei Malay food. In this study, the researcher will explain the traditional food of Brunei Malay Kelupis from the aspect of food production such as materials and equipment used, Kelupis processing techniques, design and so on. Apart from that, the researcher also discussed the perception of the Malays of Brunei Sabah on the acceptance of Kelupis traditional food. The Malays of Brunei have produced Kelupis not only eaten by the Muslim community, but also liked by people of different religions. The uniqueness of this Kelupis has commercial value as well as being able to attract the interest of other races in Sabah. In this study, researchers use Qualitative methods to obtain research data through interviews and observations by researchers.

Museums play an important role in preserving and conserving all artifacts related to the past history as well as the heritage and culture of a society's civilization. Malaysia as a country that consists of various races and rich in various heritages and cultures, the museum institution plays an important role in preserving the heritage of knowledge for future generations. Museum institutions have undergone changes over time in producing an excellent management in preserving knowledge of past history. The development of museums at the European level is seen to have influenced the entry of the ideology of the field of museums in Malaysia. This study uses a qualitative method by analyzing the research data on the history of the development of museums in the world until it was brought in by the British colonial to Malaysia before independence. The focus of the study focuses on how and what is the influence brought by the west in museum institutions in Malaysia. The results show that, the Renaissance philosophy practiced by Europeans around the 14th century, has urged them to sail out to the ocean and explore other regions. This indirectly led to colonization of non-European territories. In the British colonial context, their arrival to colonize Malaya was not empty handed, but brought in colonial knowledge which later became the basis for the establishment of museum institutions in Malaysia. However, the interpretation of artifacts, history, heritage and culture that is euro-centric, led to the implementation of the decolonization of museums after independence. This is so that a local history can be interpreted correctly through the point of view and knowledge of the local community.

Support for tourism development is a novel idea that is regarded as one of the most current trends in tourism literature; it is still a developing research subject in various regions of the world. Saudi Arabia is an appropriate emerging economy to explore tourism development. This study contributes to the literature by investigating the support for tourism development and its determinants in Saudi Arabia after the Kingdom opened its doors to tourism in late 2018. By combining the social exchange theory and stakeholder theory, this article proposes a conceptual model to explore the moderating effect of destination social responsibility on the relationship between tourism impacts and support for tourism development. The study proposes distributing a self-administered questionnaire to the respondent residents in order to acquire data on support for tourist development and other variables. The proposed conceptual model could be very useful; it can help tourism development organizations adopt tourism planning and sustainable tourism policies, destination management and social responsibility policies, or develop strategies and policies for more sustainable tourism, as well as create benefits for residents.
