As a result of the modernization of the information space and various information technologies, we have the opportunity to watch wars, natural disasters, sports events and others on television. Every day we receive international news from all over the world. A characteristic feature of the Internet today is media convergence, the technological fusion of content in various mass media. In recent years, the Internet has truly become a hub of convergence, a place where music, television shows, radio stations, newspapers, magazines, books, and movies are created, distributed, and presented. Today, computers and mobile phones are the most popular digital devices for online convergence, which can themselves create or stream books, movies, music, video games, and any other form of digital media. Today's global media market does not consist of any particular place, space or habit, it no longer has dimensions such as time and borders. It is permanently established in the digital world and cyberspace, on the screens of all computers and interactive televisions connected to the Internet, as well as mobile phones and still unbelievable inventions. In the digital age, where technologies are evolving every day, it is very important to adapt to innovations and news in time. In the modern world, the introduction of technological innovations in the means of mass communication is taking place rapidly, which has completely changed the forms of information dissemination. Today, accuracy, promptness, flexibility and interactivity are the key elements of modern multimedia journalism.

The development of gaming business in the world as a form of entertainment and leisure service, on the one hand, led to the transformation of the principles, norms and rules of gambling supervision and management, and on the other hand, determined the change in the demand for gambling services and the behavior of consumers. The positive and negative aspects arising from the development of this business affect the socio-economic development of the country. Therefore, in order to implement the correct supervisory policy in the mentioned field, specialized bodies are created and operate to ensure a systematic approach to the control and regulation of this business. The policy issues of regulation and state supervision of gambling business in foreign countries is discussed in the article.

Observations on celestial bodies played an important role in the process of birth and development of civilizations. The need to observe and fix the trajectories of the movement of lights in a short or relatively long period of time was primarily determined by the human sedentary lifestyle: one is engaged in agriculture, builds settlements, cities, creates states, erects cult objects, pyramids. It is logical that in such a situation the process of development of human intelligence is significantly accelerated and, above all, progress is achieved in the processes of accounting and reporting. This progress was largely determined by the need to observe the trajectories of the Moon and the Sun (and also planets at the next stage) and determine the corresponding data. The article presents some results obtained on the basis of a multidisciplinary approach – new etymological versions for some terms of this specific nature.

Development of sports facilities is states responsibility, which is performed through the policy development, financing and implementation of various infrastructure projects. The improvement of sports infrastructure has a direct impact on people's health and well-being as well as their increased level of physical activity. The political, legal and economic aspects of sports infrastructure development in Georgia is discussed, the positive experience of foreign countries is evaluated and the shortcomings of the current policy is analyzed. The purpose of the article is to promote and help the public authorities and other interested parties to improve the existing policy for the construction and development of sports infrastructure. Doing so will increase public access to sports facilities, draw private investment, and ensure that budget funds allocated for this purpose are spent effectively.

Boiler that is used only for heating the heat carrier is called single-circuit boiler. The heat carrier, which is heated in the boiler furnace with fuel combustion products, circulates in the heat exchangers of the heating system (radiators, heaters, etc.). Boiler, which, in addition to the heating function, has the function of heating domestic water, is called double-circuit boiler (according to the presence of heating and hot water supply schemes). In such devices, part of the heat carrier circulates in the heating system, and part heats the internal water to the required temperature. The article presents a three-circuit heating-cooling boiler of an innovative design, which can be used both for heating the building and for obtaining sanitary hot water, as well as for cooling the building in the air-conditioning mode during the warm period of the year, for which the device is equipped with a refrigeration unit. The construction is universal, compact and in one small volume there is a device that can perform all the above functions.

This paper investigates the relationship between radicalization and self-fulfilling prophecy, focusing on the Western contexts with case studies from France and the United States. In France, historical marginalization and "symbolic ghettoization" of Muslim immigrants created an "in-group" versus "out-group" dynamic, intensified by political actions and media portrayals, leading to alienation and radicalization among young Muslim men. Similarly, in the United States, conservative media narratives post-9/11 have portrayed Muslims as threats, influencing public opinion and policy decisions, and setting the stage for potential future radicalization. The paper emphasizes the formation of these restrictive identities pushes marginalized individuals towards radicalism, underscoring the need to reject prejudices for effective radicalization mitigation. It warns of the dangers of symbolic segregation, highlighting the importance of understanding and addressing self-fulfilling prophecies in political and media discourse to combat radicalization in contemporary societies.

In today's rapidly changing media environment, the intersection of public relations (PR) and artificial intelligence (AI) is shaping the future of communication strategies. This article explores the transformative impact of artificial intelligence on PR practice, highlighting key developments, challenges and opportunities in the use of AI technologies. From real-time media monitoring and sentiment analysis to personalized communication and crisis management, AI is revolutionizing how PR professionals engage with audiences and manage brand reputation. Using artificial intelligence, PR practitioners can more effectively deal with the complexities of the digital age, implementing targeted, data-driven communication strategies. The dynamic relationship between artificial intelligence (AI) and public relations (PR) is discussed. The ways in which artificial intelligence is changing and at the same time helping traditional PR practices are analyzed. Besides, the ways the field is dealing with new challenges and enhancing the effectiveness of communication strategies in the modern, changed, accelerated time and space is discussed.

The article presents the research and analysis of the formation factors of the mudflows of the right tributaries of the Tetri Aragvi River, Chokhelt Khevi River, Nadibaan Khevi River and Naghvarevi Khevi River, in order to develop modern methods of assessing, modeling and forecasting the expected risks, which is based on the data of field studies in 2023. The signs of influence of the geological and geomorphological structure, climatic and hydrographic characteristics of the studied valleys on the formation of alluvial flows are presented. Based on these data, some reference values are obtained, which determine the risks of occurrence of mudflows. The material presented in the article will be the basis for the creation of the basic vector data necessary for modeling the expected mudflows with RAMMS computer program.

Georgia urgently needs pension reform. The disadvantage of the existing pension model was its pressure on the state budget. At the same time, the resent demographical changes, the increase in the life expectancy of pensioners, active aging in the demographic sector, the tendency of the labor force to decrease, the introduction of universal health insurance and other factors have had a significant impact on the country's economy and have highlighted new challenges that have put the sustainability of the state pension system at risk. The discussion of the need of the pension system reform in Georgia has become more and more active in recent years. It should be emphasized that within the expenditure allocation of the state budget, the largest proportion is attributed to social expenditures, with the state pension system claiming the most significant share. The pension scheme operating in Georgia does not guarantee a sufficient standard of living, it provides only a basic income, and that is why the government has prioritized the need of pension reform on the agenda so that the system responds more to the needs of aging populations and ensures their honorable old age as much as possible.

The Georgian apartment building of the middle of the 20th century is characterized by stylistic and artistic features typical for that era. Architectural trends are associated with the main signs of socialist realism and late modernist movements. In the projects of Lado Alexi-Meskhishvili's residential houses reveal both the architectural characteristic of the Stalinist empire style and the contemporary principles of modernism. The research of the architect's projects and their analysis showed how the change of eras is represented in the architecture of residential houses
