Pandemics had a significant impact on architecture. Pandemics influenced changes in urban planning and design, laid the foundation for sanitary reforms. Architecture has faced numerous challenges over time. For example, epidemics like the Black Death prompted urban planning reforms such as wider streets and higher building quality to reduce disease spread. The spread of cholera made architects consider sanitary standards, the importance of sunlight, and ventilation. Pandemics also fueled the development of specialized structures like sanatoriums and hospitals.

The purpose, use, development history of mechanized attack bridges and general trends in this field is discussed. Requirements during the Russia-China war and Persian Gulf operations are also discussed. The main principles of this type of engineering equipment, their role on the modern battlefield, and the achievements of leading countries in the creation and development of modern mechanized attack bridges is analyzed. The importance of modern mechanized attack bridges in the mountainous terrain of Georgia is emphasized. Their role in increasing the combat capability of the defense forces, both offensively and operationally, as well as in the implementation of mobile defense and logistical support, is mentioned. Also, their role in supporting civil authorities during natural or man-made disasters is mentioned.

Organizational culture development, focusing on facilitating factors and modern approaches within Georgian organizations is an important factor. Organizational culture holds fundamental importance for organizational functioning, influenced by decisive factors extending beyond the economic sphere into social and political contexts. Consequently, organizations must address these external influences positively in today's world. The development and implementation of organizational culture are crucial for the long-term success and sustainable growth of an organization. However, the concrete execution of these processes often encounters challenges. Over time, leaders increasingly recognize the significance of fostering a healthy organizational culture for successful operation, necessitating the exploration of new, modern approaches and their implementation. The factors and support programs contributing to the establishment of organizational culture are qualification enhancement programs, human resources management strategies, team-building initiatives, and motivational activities and events. Special attention is given to employee evaluation systems, which significantly impacts employee motivation and offers a comprehensive view of employee performance. The integration of modern technology in organizations has brought significant changes in traditional operational methods, facilitating a new level of organizational management. Different models of organizational culture and the methods, strategies, and enabling factors that support their development are explored in the article, even though there isn't a single model for fostering organizational culture that meets the needs of all organizations in terms of content, roles, and functions.

Georgia faces significant challenges, the main of which is the rapid and sustainable development of the country's economy in adherence to the principles of the free market, the establishment of institutions relevant to the modern European and universal democratic values system, the provision of social welfare, and integration into the European and Euro-Atlantic space. Overcoming these challenges and building a modern democratic state requires systemic changes in the management and implementation of state policy. Despite the legislative reforms implemented in the field of migration in recent years, the improvement of legal mechanisms for regulating this area remains a challenge, while certain issues still require legal regulation due to the needs of the beneficiaries. Based on the results of the survey, it is advisable to implement the following measures in order to better integrate internationally protected persons: promoting the teaching of the Georgian language, improving access to public services, employment assistance, budget increase of integration programs.

Breakwater structures are used to shield shores of rivers, seas, ocean or sea ports from destructive forces. There are different types of breakwater structures, in this project proposal figurative arrays for end-to-end constructions are discussed, which are used in breakwater structures and are referred to as formal blocks. This kind of blocks are used against erosion of coastal line as well as to build molo of edging of sea ports. From the several types of formal blocks used in the globe, tetrapod is the one that has been developed the earliest and is most extensively used. Calculation for this kind of blocks using Hudson formula is covered in this article.

Road construction is the main determining part of the transport and operational condition of highways. The improvement of the road surface with the use of hydraulic binders under the conditions of minimum costs is discussed. The physical-mechanical parameters of soils are examined, as well as the issues of deformation of layers and a higher modulus of elasticity, which all contribute to enhancing the quality and durability of road construction. Details on the advantages of using hydraulic road binders, Dorosol and Doroport in the soil strengthening process are provided. Financial costs and terms for road construction are compared and calculated, and the differences between soil consolidation using new hydraulic road binders and Portland cement are evaluated. In addition, the article concentrates on the challenges of reducing the following negative impact on the ecology and the environment by strengthening soils with hydraulic road binders, with economical use of water and natural resources.

Migration is a topical issue in Georgia, as it is in many other countries. There are various causes that contribute to migration, including changes in the economy and personal choices. It should be mentioned that according to the research, in the context of Georgia's recent history, financial transfers from immigrants may be able to support the nation's economic growth. Remittances have the potential to stimulate individual sectors of the economy, contribute to the stability of national currencies, improve household living standards. To some extent, the state can direct the remittance resource towards social economic development by implementing appropriate policies.

The role and influence of modern technologies on the dynamics of the development of international armed conflicts and their consequences are analyzed. International armed conflicts can be caused by a variety of factors, including territorial disputes (over land and sea boundaries), competition for resources (water, oil and minerals), religious or ideological differences or historical animosities, geopolitical power struggles, nationalism or desire for independence. Also, armed conflicts can be caused by the personal interests of states, the failure of diplomatic negotiations and the development of military weapons. International armed conflicts have significant political, economic and social consequences, which greatly affect not only the states involved in the conflicts, but also neighboring countries and even the international community as a whole. Over the years, technological progress has played a decisive role in shaping armed conflicts. Consequently, the development of technology has significantly influenced the strategies and results of modern military operations.
