The development of Paragliding in Central Java since the 1990s, but until now its development is still inferior to the regions of West Java and East Java, especially regarding the sustainable tourism icon. The research was conducted to examine the development of paragliding triangle as an icon of air tourism by the Central Java Parallel Province Management. This research is to facilitate the mapping of arable places for the development of paragliding in accordance with the characteristics and potential of existing nature. So that in general paragliding tourism activities can develop and become better in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety flights. Assessment of the potential for paragliding development is expected to be able to increase knowledge (cognitive), flight ability (psychomotor), and airmanship/affective, and become an air tourist attraction in the world of paragliding flights. Other positive impacts are expected in the form of the development potential of the paypal and the more well-organized paragliding management. The study was explorative and was conducted in 3 locations by purposive sampling, namely Batang Regency, Kudus Regency, and Magelang Regency. This research was conducted in 3 stages by covering observation, mapping, governance. Observation is carried out by using direct observations in the field using media (images, audio/visual recordings) and accompanied by experts and carried out repeatedly by involving relevant institutions. Mapping of places is done by paying attention to the supporting natural potential (wind direction, altitude, land contour, water source, land area, etc.). While governance is needed to ensure the continuity of the development of comprehensive paragliding for a relatively long period of time. Keywords— paragliding, tourism, aerospace sports

In the last 10 years, disasters have caused huge casualties that affected the welfare and safety of people and countries. More than 700 thousand people have lost their lives, more than 1.4 million injured and around 23 million have lost homes due to disaster. The impact of disasters on children is far greater than on adults. For this reason, the development of effective instruments is important to increase public awareness and education, especially user-friendly instruments that can be used to assess children's safety education. Instruments will increase an understanding on disaster risk and encourage all stakeholders to be actively involved in reducing multi-hazard risk, especially starts from the school. The method used in this research was a systematic review. The articles were obtained by searching through electronic databases available at EBSCO, PubMed, Science Direct, SAGE Journal, ProQuest and Emerald Insight, which were published in English, between January 2009 and January 2019. Only two of 114 articles met the inclusion criteria; by the research reviewed, there was no very specific research that used m-health to assess child safety education especially at school. Therefore, in the future, it is necessary to develop further research related this issue. Keywords— MHealth, safety-education, children.

— Recovery is an attempt to make the body recover after physical training. Passive recovery includes Far Infrared Radiation (FIR) and Warm Water Immersion (WWI), but the two recoveries are not well known. The aims of this study were to test the the efficacy of FIR, WWI, and Passive (PAS) modalities in decreasing blood lactic acid levels (BLAL) as an indirect marker of muscle fatigue after submaximal intensity physical activity. This is a randomized pretest-posttest control group research. The subject were 21 male students at the UNESA Sports Science Faculty aged 18-23 years. They were assigned three different recovery modalities (FIR, WWI, PAS) in a random order. Subjects were treated with submaximal physical activity (85% maximal heart rate) with ergocycle. BLAL was assessed immediately after physical activity (pre), and after 15 minutes the tested (post). There was a significant decrease in BLAL from the three groups after recovery. The results of different tests (p <0.05) showed a significant difference between ∆FIR and ∆PAS (p=0.006), no differences between ∆WWI and ∆PAS (p=0,082), no differences between ∆FIR and ∆WWI (p=0,692). It can be concluded that the reduction in BLAL was greater in the FIR group than in the WWI and PAS groups.
