With the purpose to enhance efficiency and accurate of emergency dispatch, realize reasonable distribution material quantity, reduce life and property loss caused by paroxysmal emergency events, a dynamic continuous consumption emergency scheduling model is established. Some features of emergency scheduling goals are analyzed. The objective function includes minimizing earliest emergency start time and the least disaster relief participated places. Simultaneously, satisfactory degree of disaster area is also considered in the objective function. Two main categories of constraints, namely, continuous consumption, supply and demand quantity are considered. GA is employed to solve the model, and the basic implement step of GA is given in detail. To employ GA easily, the constraints are disposed with penalty function idea so that they are introduced to the fitness value. To validate the validity of GA, the multi disaster places emergency scheduling problem for dynamic and continuous consumption is abstracted. The experiment shows that by multi running, GA can get multi efficient typical solutions so as to provide significant support for decision-making of emergency scheduling. The global search capacity of GA is strong, and it is suitable to solve complex optimization problems such as emergency scheduling problem under dynamic and continuous consumption condition.

As to automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), the schedule and control issues are often mixed together, since they are closely related. Our study intends to focus on the latter. Therefore, we initially clarify the roles between scheduler and controller. Then we employ Colored Petri Net(CTPN) as a modeling tools for the deadlock study which is noted as a significant problem in most literatures on AS/RS. In our research, CTPN has been modified from the primitive definition, with more elements added in order to enhance the modeling capability. Based on the CTPN model, we attempt to solve the deadlock problems in system.

Energy saving and environment have became an important subject in the design of warehouse building. In order to optimize a design scheme in warehouse building, this paper studied the optimizing design method in warehouse building by grey relational analysis. The weighting value for indexes of green building evaluation, such as area ratio of windows; heat pump air-conditioning; acoustics etc, were made by Delphi method. The matrix for comparative series of different design scheme was calculated by grey relational analysis. The design scheme with area ratio of window and natural ventilation is the most optimizing design scheme. The results indicate that grey relational analysis can be a valuable method for the optimizing design scheme for warehouse building

Ordering books on the Internet is obviously becoming a significant market. Retailing delivery (RD) service provides consumers with a self pick-up approach, so it is popular for those who cannot conveniently use home delivery service. E-service quality and logistics service quality are the key issues in e-commerce. A nonlinear model of loyalty is suggested by past studies. The main purpose of this study is to explore how of the logistics service quality and switching cost influence the pick-up point choice behavior by using a catastrophe model. Firstly, the latent variable is defined in the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Secondly, the catastrophe model was used to analyze the linkages between service quality and switching cost on pick-up point service loyalty. The results indicated that the switching cost plays the splitting factor in the catastrophe model, and a high switching cost makes the discontinuous choice behavior, implications of these results for practice and research are provided.

To develop and validate a clinical prediction rule to identify treatment failure patients with community-acquired pneumonia(CAP) for middle aged and elderly in China, data from the patients aged ≥ 45 yrs with CAP in derivation cohort, internal validation cohort and external validation cohort were analysed by the methods of univariate analysis, multivariate analysis and receiver operating curve. The results showed a prediction rule CCERW based on five independent factors (i.e., confusion; creatinine<60µmol/L; electrolyte disturbances; respiratory failure; WBC>7.5×109/L) which correlated with treatment failure had better predictive capability than PSI, CURB65 and CRB65, and can be used in middle aged and elderly patients with CAP of Han people in China.

Recently, the demand of synthesis services for the logistics finance has become stronger constantly. Derived from that, higher demand was raised for its operation model. Even though the academia has made large amount of researches with its operation models and brought forward different kinds of methods to classify it, the changeable operation needs of modern logistic finances can still not be well satisfied. So the method of TRIZ has been creatively used to analyze the defects of current patterns and find the conflicts. Then new classification method of logistics finance operation models was raised from the aspect of market demand and financing enterprises. On the premise that the new method does not raise the risks of financial department, it strengthened the universality and the practicality of logistics finance, which makes the systemic innovation to the operation model of logistics finance.

The simulation research for the route control system in an industrial railway system is presented in this paper. The method of schedule indications analysis with integration of locomotive-position-task is proposed. In this method, the proper schedule instructions received are divided into three layers, which solve the problem of incomplete analysis for schedule indications effectively. An improved Dijkstra algorithm is applied, which improves the efficiency of route search remarkably. Finally, the simulation platform of the route control system in a railway system is researched and developed. The system has a good stability, in which average opening time of routes is less than 100ms, which lays the foundation for building the real route control system.

With the logistics outsourcing gradually increases, automobile logistics can be an important tache to assess and select the automobile logistics vendors justly and equitably in the outsourcing process of enterprises. And the proper evaluation of automobile logistics would enhance auto enterprise core competence, improve added-value service, reduce cost and optimize enterprise resources etc. But a new quantitative approach is adopted to assess the automobile logistics through the principal component, the fisher method and K-Nearest Neighbor method, it could grade them. And then identify the Misclassified automobile logistics by K-NN on the base of above analysis. Moreover, this method contributes to the classification and selection of the automobile logistics vendors on the basis of some objective information provided by this method and then the analysis result might be taken as one of main reference for outsourcing decision making.
