The price mechanism among the nodes of a rice 3-stage supply chain is studied based on the threshold co-integration model. Firstly, the mechanism shows that there is a central market of rice origin. So there are long-term cointegration and short-term cointegration between the price in the central market and the other price origin and the price of processor respectively. There is a central market of polished rice in the place of processor. So there are long-term cointegration and short-term cointegration between the price in the central market and the price in the place of partly origin and the price in the place of wholesalers respectively. There is long-term cointegration, but short-term un-cointegration, between the price of rice and the price of polished rice in the place of processor. So the prices in the place of partly origin, processor and wholesalers can be forecasted in short-term by the threshold cointegration model. The mechanism presents the pricing basis for the nodes of the supply chain. Secondly, based on the mechanism, government regulation should be put on the price of rice in the place of origin and the price of polished rice in the place of processor highlight. The government intervene the unusual fluctuations of prices between the different markets which are not short-term cointegration. The intervention has threshold features. The government's policies should regulate the system of the supply chain to promote the integration of the supply chain.

To enlarge the difference of assessment values for energy consumption in equipment manufacturing industry among varied time, AIA based time series scatter degree method (AIA/TSSDM) is proposed so as to improve the energy consumption assessment performance. The comprehensive solution for energy consumption assessment by AIA/TSSDM is presented. AIA is introduced to adapt the conventional scatter degree method, and overcome the disadvantage of generating negative weights. In AIA, the scatter degree method oriented encoding system for antigens and antibodies is designed, the antibody density calculation is described. Several typical operators such as selecting, crossover and mutation are discussed, and the detail implement steps of AIA/TSSDM are designed. The energy consumption for equipment manufacturing industry in Shenyang city is take as research background, the above presented algorithm is applied. Comparing with conventional AHP, the difference of energy consumption assessment values for equipment manufacturing industry on varied years is enlarged. And solution diversity can be kept by introducing AIA in this algorithm so as to provide multi typical weight vectors.

Reverse channel decision has great influence in the operation efficiency of closed-loop supply chain. To deal this problem, the reverse channel decision was studied based on evolutionary game in the closed-loop supply chain with competing manufactures and exclusive dominant retailers. Results indicate that the competition degree among manufacturers, the collection difficulty and remanufacturing cost saving affect the evolution result of reverse channel together; using subsidy policy government can encourage manufacturers to choose direct reverse channel, which is more benefit to customers and society. Finally, the paper proves the correctness of the research findings by numerical analysis.

The rapid economic development has promoted the demand for electronic products and consumption, which caused the rapid expansion of the waste electrical and electronic equipment. These made a tremendous impact on the recycle economy development and the environment protection in Guangxi. By means of field research and statistical data analysis methods, analysis of e-waste recycling situation, summed up the electronic waste recycling to the existence of major obstacle in Guangxi: the total distribution of electronic waste is not certain, the E-waste market is complicated, the non-governmental workshops adopt the simple technology to dispose e-waste in Guangxi and so on. To cope with these problems, summarizing the electronic waste recycling practices and experience in developed countries as well as in Taiwan, and some countermeasures and suggestions for e-waste recycling have been highlighted in Guangxi.

The robust static output feedback control problem for a class of T-S fuzzy systems with time-varying state delay and disturbances both in the inputs and outputs is discussed. By defining a delay-dependent Lyapunov function, the robust control technique is extended to the time-delay systems, the synthetical design procedures of the static output feedback controllers are derived in terms of the linear matrix inequalities, and the robust performance is optimized by the iteration algorithms. This method can efficiently attenuate the peak of the persistent bounded disturbances, and will be more appealing in some practical applications.

Logistics industry dynamic alliance is the special products or services delivery process which a number of enterprises within the demand network system cooperate and collaborate under specific conditions and certain relationship. The reasonable profit distribution among the members of logistics dynamic alliance should be the foundation of successful steady collaboration network and it is essential to set up rational profit-sharing regulation among the members of logistics dynamic alliance. In this paper, according to Nash equilibrium theory, the optimum profit-sharing coefficient among the members of logistics industry dynamic alliance is derived under the cooperation and collaboration basis and reasonable quantitative strategy for profit distribution could be implemented.

This paper concerns the problem of the model, stability and controller design for networked control system (NCS) with time-varying delay and dropped out packet. For the NCS with time-varying delay and data packet dropout, four new control methods of dynamical state feedback control, dynamical state feedback proportional-integral (PI) control, state feedback proportional-derivative (PD) control and dynamical state feedback PD control are presented. The NCS with time-varying delay and data packet dropout based on the four control methods is modeled as an asynchronous dynamical system (ADS) constrained by event rates. Furthermore, based on the ADS theory, principle of Lyapunov stability and method of linear matrix inequality, both the semi-negative definite matrix conditions of exponential stability and the controller design for NCS are given. Finally, numerical example illustrates the feasibility of the results.

Based on the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) theory, a worker-oriented supporting module in Statistical Process Control (SPC) system is developed. This module can provide effective suggestions for quality problems arising from the processes on the assembly line with a search engine according to the inner knowledgebase. Combining FMEA and knowledgebase, this module also can offer the end-users a series of suggestions which can help workers in solving problem through reasoning and analyzing. The merit of this module is to find the potential defects during the manufacturing process in advance and to guide the end-users with reasonable operation suggestions.

The pedestrian behaviors in Comprehensive Passenger Transportation Hub (CPTH) were taken as the research object, and Beijing South Railway Station was taken as the study background. The Collector-Distributor processes were classified hierarchically into three levels, and then the several processes were simulated. The Collector-Distributor Service Network (CDSN)'s service ability of CPTH was evaluated dynamically during the rush hours. The bottlenecks of CDSN were found after the simulations, the improvement measures to relieve bottlenecks were proposed, and then the simulations were done again to prove the improvement measures are very efficient by analyzing and comparing

Wavelet neural network is a neural network combining the wavelet theory with neural network theory, which avoids nonlinear optimization problems such as blindness of the design of BP neural network structure and local optimum, greatly simplifying the training. The use of wavelet neural networks to forecast regional logistics demand provided an important reference for regional logistics systematic planning and the rational allocation of logistic resources. Therefore, the use of regional economic indicators to forecast regional logistics demand had strong feasibility and promotes the coordinated development between regional logistics industry and regional economy. The model reveals nonlinear mapping relationship between the regional economy and regional logistics demand and provides a new idea and method for the regional logistics demand forecasting.
