Long duration, to-and-fro interleaving transportation among multi supply places and multi demand places are main features of emergency goods logistics under large scale emergency incidents. To implement large scale emergency goods distribution effectively according to demand, the routes logistics optimization model among multi supply places and multi demand places under large scale emergency incident is established. Several preconditions of the model are given, the optimization objectives include that emergency routes should be selected along the largest emergency goods flow direction, the curve degree of emergency routes should be minimized, the burden of emergency routes should be balance, and the repeat parameter of emergency network should be minimized as far as possible. Some constraints such as transportation quantity, length, curve degree of emergency routes, avoiding of isolated point and the number limit of emergency routes are considered. Above multi-objective non-linear programming model is transferred, and its solving method by GA is designed. The emergency logistics problem within one certain typical region is taken as the research instance, the validity of the model and its solving algorithm is validated. The obtained calculation result shows that, under the precondition of meeting the emergency routes' length and flow quantity, the emergency network performances such as repeat parameter, route exchanging times per transportation, number of isolated nodes, burden balance degree of emergency routes, average curve degree of emergency routes are satisfied. Under large emergency incidents, above routes optimization model and algorithm will benefit for improving efficiency and precision of emergency logistics, and its maneuverability is strong.

This paper proposes a three-tier port supply chain supernetwork model, which is composed of m suppliers, n port agents and o clients. The model takes the competition within a tier and the cooperation between tiers into account, the optimality conditions for the suppliers, port agents and customs are formulated respectively using the variational inequalities. Then the optimization situation for the whole supply chain supernetwork model is illustrated. A simulated example introduced at the end of this paper turned out the validity of the model.

This paper presents an assessment model for research and development (R&D) projects considering uncertainty in their overall life cycle. Technology maturity and competitive advantages were considered and a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) model was developed to evaluate R&D projects. Based on the multilevel evaluation framework, an evidence reasoning approach has been developed to aggregate the numerical data and qualitative information with uncertainty. The expected utility is applied to describe preferences of decision-makers in the decision process. A case study in the context of automobile R&D projects is given to illustrate the methods.

Influences of fictitious economy on real economy appeared gradually in China. An empirical analysis about the influences was given by using quarterly data from April 1998 to December 2008. The results show that there is cointegration relationship between China's fictitious economy and real economy in the long term; there is Granger cause of the representative variables of China's fictitious economy to the representative variable of real economy respectively; the influences of the turnover of stock trading, the turnover of foreign exchange transactions, and the turnover of commodity futures trading on the real economy are much remarkable based on the least squares analysis which is consistent to the conclusion of variance decomposition; and the effect from stock market to real economy is strongest in China. Therefore, the results indicate that the influences of stock market, foreign exchange market and commodity futures market on real economy development of China are much remarkable.

In the DiffServ architecture, a queue buffer management algorithm-PARIO-C algorithm based on traffic prediction was proposed. The algorithm used Recursive Least Squares (RLS) method to predict the change of average queue length in the network, and combined Adaptive Random Early Detection (ARED) algorithm to adjust the parameter adaptively, thus achieved better control of network congestion. Experimental comparison with Random Early Detection with In/Out and Couple queue (RIO-C) algorithm on latency, jitter, packet loss rate, the results show that PARIO-C algorithm lower the scope of network jitter, and reduce the network latency and packet loss rate, so improve network QoS to a certain extent.
Random Early Detection with In/Out和Couple queue (RIO-C)算法在时延、抖动、丢包率等方面进行了比较,降低了网络的时延和丢包率,从而在一定程度上提高了网络的QoS。

As grocery shopping shifted from traditional to online environment, consumer logistics that shoppers once completed by themselves has been undertaken by E-Grocers(Online Grocers). Consequently the principal-agent relationship is built between online shoppers and E-Grocers due to the information asymmetry. The Principal-Agent Problem in this context was identified and explained by using the principal-agent theory and a mathematical model was constructed. The results indicate that, when the surplus benefit is nearly dependent on online shoppers completely, e-grocers will make effort to reduce logistics cost, improve logistics services and avoid the moral hazard on the conditions of building a thorough evaluating system for the service quality of consumer logistics and an effective incentive mechanism, redesigning a coordination mechanism and cultivating an e-grocery shopping market with the development of online grocery shopping market and consumer logistics outsourcing market.

It is a strategic decision-making process to select suppliers in supply chain management. Under the circumstance of incomplete market information separating equilibrium and pooling equilibrium are worked out and analyzed, which proves independent third-party certification (TPC) agency play an important role in supplier selection. Due to TPC the efficient supplier certified shall be selected by the buyer and the speculative supplier has to give up for the prohibitive costs.

By using IF dryer, this paper studied the tangential shrinkage coefficient of small-diameter polygonal cutting of Larix gmelinii Rupr. The results showed that: there were two kinds of trend of shrinkage coefficient under same drying temperature. One is first decreased and then increased from pith to surface; another is increased gradually from pith to face. These trends were decided by the frequency of tensile stress in wood drying process. Moreover, drying temperature could affect the response of wood shrinkage coefficient. The shrinkage coefficient of wood was large at low temperature, and decreased firstly and then increased as drying temperature increased. Similarly, the average of shrinkage coefficient showed same variance trend with the increase of wood drying temperature. Additionally, it founded a better quadratic correlation between drying temperature and shrinkage coefficient of different part in wood.
