Safety producing behavior of construction enterprises is the main step and measure to prevent and control the accidents, and has been in a continuous improvement process. This paper, proposes three stages for the improvement of the safety producing behavior of construction enterprises, systematic studies the external environment and internal economic momentum to improve the safety producing behavior, and makes analysis of the relationship, changing laws of the improving momentum and the safety producing behavior, at the same time, it analyzes the disadvantage and solutions of the safety producing behavior in the standardized stage, which provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of construction enterprises, improvement of safety producing behavior, and the risk reducing of safety incidents.

Conventional PID controller could not adjust its parameters online, a fuzzy PID control algorithm was introduced. It can automatically change PID controller's parameters according to object's characteristic and it integrates the advantages of fuzzy control with PID control, so it can improve the control speed and accuracy greatly. We applied this control algorithm in pulp concentration control system successfully. The results shows that fuzzy PID controller has good dynamic quality, fast response, no overshoot, no steady state deviation, and has practical significance.

The chief aim of the present work is to propose a particle swarm optimization(PSO) by using a dynamic multipoint exploring approach. The main technique of this algorithm is that in the preceding phase of the algorithm, every particle can choose its searching direction and its moving velocity independently not being restricted or attracted by the optimal position of which have found by the parcle swarm and makes use of a dynamic multipoint random detecting method. It indicatess, from the empirical results of four typical benchmark functions' optimization, that the optimization algorithm has the performance of rapid convergence rate, high accurate numerical solution, good stability and powerful robust. This proves that the algorithm is a promising means in solving the complex function optimization problems.

Partnership management has become a hot issue of corporation management in recent years. This paper analyzes the structure of partnership of entrepreneurial supply chain (ESC) and the influential factors of its stability combining the principles of relation management and the characteristic of GUANXI culture. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used to examine how various types of factors of GUANXI can be beneficial to the stability of partnership of ESC. Theoretical and managerial implications are discussed in the conclusion.

Nowadays, enterprises continually realize that perfect quality of products is not achieved by manufacturing, but by designing. Therefore, it is necessary to start from the headwaters of quality. That is to say, product quality must be controlled from design phase. Taguchi Method is just the most powerful weapon in improving design quality. In this paper, mainly started from the fluctuation theory, the design model of product quality is put forward. To reduce tolerance and to reach zero defects with great efforts, it is the necessary by implementing robust design. Therefore, the thrice design (system design, parameter design and tolerance design) is just the most way for reaching the above targets. In this paper, the basic concept and principle connected with implementing Thrice Design are profoundly discussed.

Empowerment can improve effectively the flexibility and efficiency of organizations. And leader empowering behavior is an important part of successful empowerment. However, few empirical researches explored the antecedents of leader empowering behavior. This present study was conducted to explore the effects of trust in subordinate, perceived risk and leader's power distance on different dimensions of leader empowering behaviors via scenario experiment. One hundred and fifty six managers participated in the study. The results indicated that trust in subordinate had positive effects on leader empowering behavior, involving participative decision, informing and coaching, and trust in subordinate had stronger effect on participative decision than on informing and coaching. Perceived risk only had negative direct influences and interactive effect with trust in subordinate on participative decision and informing. In addition, power distance had negative direct effects and interaction with trust in subordinate on three dimension of leader empowering behavior. Our study could offer valuable theoretical and practical insights for empowerment which is becoming more and more significant in Chinese organizations in transitional economy.

The multi-objective optimization problem in flexible job-shop scheduling was discussed. According to the characteristics of flexible job-shop scheduling, a new self-adaptive genetic algorithm was proposed, and the model of Multi-Objective Flexible Job-shop Scheduling (MOFJS) was set up. At last, by programming with Matlab and Visual C++, the algorithm was applied to solve the MOFJS problem in Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprises, and the optimization scheduling solution was obtained. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm is feasible and effective for MOFJS.

To improve practical efficiency and theory feasibility of house repair or reinforce measures so as to reduce life and property loss as could as possible after large scale earthquake, the two stage CBR implement mode is proposed to realize expert system for house repair or reinforce after earthquake. The first stage CBR system is employed to make out house repair strategies, and the second stage CBR systems is employed to make out house repair detail steps and instruction after earthquake. Thus, both the reasoning reaction velocity and the precision are ensured. In both stage CBR systems, four key technologies including case presentation, case retrieval, case adaptation and case maintenance are studied respectively. The system running result shows that, comparing with the conventional single state CBR system, both average case retrieved ratio and average case satisfactory degree by the two stage CBR system are obviously improved. The two stage CBR system is suitable for solving complex and multi disposing problems such as house repair after earthquake.

In decentralized-decision making process, the buyer's EOQ solution was often unacceptable to the supplier, while the supplier ELS solution was undesirable to the buyer. Based on an integrated JIT inventory model, bargain power structures of buyer and supplier were analyzed to yield the JIT policy accepted by both parties. Two typical cases, supplier's dominance and buyer's dominance were included into more general quantitative bargain power analysis. Traditional single-order-single-delivery model was extended into JIT single-order-multiple-delivery (SSMD) model. A numerical example was given to show how optimal policies and system costs changed with two parties' bargain power factor, and made a comparison with the results joint optimal policy.

Intermediate use ratio and intermediate input ratio were used to analyze the status of logistics industry in china. With the Prolong of 2005 Input-Output Table in China, input-output coefficients were used to study on the relationship among industrial sectors, including the direct input coefficient, the total input coefficient, the improved response coefficient and the improved influence coefficient. The results show that logistics industry mainly depends on machinery and equipment industry and coking, gas and petroleum refining industry, and it's pulling extent and radiation effect to national economics is large, second only to the secondary industry, higher than other industries of the tertiary-industry. In brief, the results show that logistics industry is deserved to be called a new national economic growth point.
