Coal is an important fundamental resource. Coal logistics occupies an important position in the circulation domain of China. The construction of Virtual Trade Platform (VTP) for coal enterprises can share resources, accelerate the circulation speed of resources, reduce business costs, and improve business efficiency. By analyzing the characteristics of the coal logistics enterprises and traditional models, the authors in this paper proposed a model of VTP based on Design Pattern. In VTP, E-cert technologies were introduced to solve the problem of user authentication. In addition, a multiple attribute matching algorithm based on similology and real-time video conference technologies were also investigated to support VTP. The results indicate that the use of VTP in Shanxi Coal Transportation and Sales Group Co., Ltd. is at a satisfactory level.

Logistics supply chain management has become more and more important for modern businesses. For the major retailing corporations, logistics supply chain management has become part of the senior management agenda in the manufacturing and retailing industries. One main issue of logistics supply chain management is to find suitable optimized design mechanisms when a corporation decides to open and operate its warehouses and cross-docks and expend huge financial sums to open its best set of cross-docks and warehouses. After the corporation has opened and operated its warehouses and cross-docks, the other main issue of logistics supply chain management is the effective operating management of the logistical supply chain processes that are controlled by various independent companies in order to achieve overall minimal cost. The model of such logistics supply chain optimized design and operating management mechanisms is established through the multi-constrained combinatorial optimization expression in this paper. Novel schemes based on multi-constrained combinatorial optimization and extended simulated annealing are proposed to efficiently solve the logistics supply chain management problem. Numerical examples are used to show the validity of the proposed schemes.

The repairable Human & Machine system is studied in the paper. By the method of strong continuous semi-group, the paper analyzes the restriction of essential spectral growth bound of the system operator. The essential spectral radius of the system operator is also discussed before and after perturbation. The results show that the dynamic solution of the system is exponential stability and tends to the steady solution of the system.

A cost model of oil product secondary distribution system is proposed for the multi-variety oil product. Transportation assignment optimization of oil product secondary distribution with multiple oil depot distribution centers and multiple oil stations are studied. A transportation assignment scheme is obtained by the table-manipulation method. Total transportation cost can be optimized by the transportation assignment scheme. Based on this scheme, the total transportation cost of oil product secondary distribution can be calculated. Finally, a numerical example is given to verify the effectiveness of this scheme.

Whether there is an optimal cooperation pattern of quality investment strategy between the third party logistics provider and its subcontractor in cold-chain logistics industry was discussed. Based on game theory, Nash Equilibrium, Stackelberg Equilibrium, and the cooperative equilibrium pattern with the quality policies and credibility factors of both sides were analyzed. The provider and subcontractor would reach state of equilibrium in quality investment strategies when the provider subcontracted the logistics business or part of the business to the subcontractor. The results show that they will not be likely to choose the state of equilibrium maximizing total benefits of both sides, due to the chasing of their own interests. These mathematical models provide an important foundation for monitoring and optimizing the quality investment strategy of the provider and subcontractor in cold-chain logistics outsourcing.

Based on the reality of China's commercial banks, the article designed the customer lifetime value appraisal indicator system, furthermore the unascertained clustering have been applied to establish the customer segmentation model of commercial banks. By accounting the customer segmentation model, all of the customers of commercial banks have been divided into four classes: quality customers, backbone customers, public customers and low-class customers. The customer segmentation is the foundation for effectively realized the hierarchical marketing and differential service of commercial banks.

The vehicle routing problem with simultaneous delivery and pick-up service (VRPSPD) was considered in this paper. A hybrid heurictics was proposed to determine the optimal set of routes to totally satisfy both the delivery and pick-up demand of the customer population. An extensive numerical experiment was performed on benchmark problem instances available in literature. It is found that the proposed approach gives good results compared to the existing algorithms.

To realize the system optimization planning for instantaneous equilibrium resources, a mathematical model for programming them, according to some popular resource views generally used in modern macroeconomics, especially in generating system long-term programming, was introduced. The breakeven points of suppliers, with different economic features are described in an programming problem, where objectivity and constraints are constructed according to the analysis on the actual situation, furthermore, the couple variables of Kuhn-Tucker conditions of the model are obtained. Through the demonstration of a loading equivalence theorem combining the demand curves and demand mass curves, the time-point information is acquired in the sequence which the traditional technique lost. This method can be applied to microcosmic sphere effectively and it is worth spreading after practice in several years.

Regional Logistics, which is the basic industry of regional economy, is the mirror of the level of regional economy development. Scientific evaluation method is of great significance. Based on the demand/supply of regional logistics which are the original driving forces and internal factors of regional logistics, and the DEA method, this paper starts a new direction, which is different from the majority studies at present. This will not only give a more scientific evaluation to the level of regional logistics, but will also contribute to the analysis of the growth mechanism of regional logistics and its relationship with regional economy.
