Abstract: the purpose of this research was to describe the charge life skills curriculum in 2013 and the lesson that in the primary management of muhammadiyah malang 9. This study used a qualitative approach. The data collected by the method of interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this research are (1) the structure of the curriculum applied in 2013 SD Muhammadiyah Malang 9 which includes basic competencies, core competencies, the subjects, and the burden of learning (2) types of life skills curriculum is contained in what the 2013 in SD Muhammadiyah Malang 9 which includes social skills and personal skills (3) setting a variety of life skills learning activities in the in SD Muhammadiyah Malang 9 covers personal skills and social skills (4) learning resources used for optimization of the curriculum learning-laden social skills and personal skills in SD Muhammadiyah Malang 9. Keywords : life skills, curriculum, learning management Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan muatan life skills dalam kurikulum 2013 dan manajemen pembelajarannya di sd muhammadiyah 9 malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) struktur kurikulum 2013 yang diterapkan di SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang yang mencakup kompetensi inti, kompetensi dasar, mata pelajaran, dan beban belajar (2) jenis-jenis life skills apa yang termuat dalam kurikulum 2013 di SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang yang mencakup kecakapan personal dan kecakapan sosial (3) pengaturan macam-macam life skills tersebut dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang mencakup kecakapan personal dan kecakapan sosial (4) sumber-sumber belajar yang digunakan untuk optimalisasi pembelajaran kurikulum yang bermuatan kecakapan personal dan kecakapan sosial di SD Muhammadiyah 9 Malang. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to; Calculating the estimated value of current assets in SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi; Calculating the estimated value of fixed assets in SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi; Calculating the estimated value of the asset is not fixed in SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi; Know the asset management in SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi. To achieve that goal this research is implemented by a descriptive method. The data collection techniques used are by observation methods, documentation and interviews. While the research object is done in SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi. The analytical techniques used are descriptive analysis by data on all assets owned by the school, calculating the value of the assets and reduced by the depreciation rate, and then the value of the asset owned by the school. The results of this study indicate that; Assets owned by SMK Muhammadiyah 7 Gondanglegi belong to current assets, fixed assets, and intangible assets; Based on the results of the study is known that the estimated tangible assets owned by the school is Rp 224,474,037.00. Estimated value of electronic category asset Rp 169,454,490.00. Estimated value of vehicle assets Rp 465,709,286.00. Estimated value of land and building assets Rp. 57,380,000,000.00. Abstrack: This study aims to describe the types of decision-making in school-based schools, the role of principals as leaders in decision-making at boarding schools, school principals in decision-making at boarding schools and the obstacles and solutions of school principals in decision-making in school-based boarding school. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a type of case study research. While the procedure for collecting data in this study uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results obtained from this study are: (1) the types of decisions in the boarding school-based schools are in two categories, namely the decisions of the principal and decisions of the caregiver of the foundation; (2) the role of the principal as a leader in making decision-making at the boarding school-based school is that there are two roles that are carried out, namely as the absolute decision maker in the academic field of the school and the liaison role between the school and the foundation; (3) principals' procedures for making decisions at boarding schools based on: conducting leadership meetings, carrying out draft analysis of planning, submitting to the foundation (if the decision is related to the foundation), alternative decision-making, selected alternatives, and implementing decisions; (4) the type of leadership of the principal in making decisions in boarding school-based schools is: democratic, authoritarian and familial; and (5) school principals' constraints and solutions in decision making at boarding schools based on: first, there are guidelines from foundations that narrow down the decision-making movements in schools so that when making decisions the principal always tries to be guided by the rules that have been made from foundation. Secondly, foundation decisions that are difficult to carry out on the ground and the solution to the school remains as much as possible carrying out decisions that come directly from the foundation. Third, the existence of pros and cons related to the implementation of new decisions was decided at school so that the school principal always provided information and explanations regarding the decisions recently decided on for the school. Abstrac: The leadership of the head of the school is the effort to achieve the goals of education and carry out educational programs in order to improve the quality of education. To achieve the vision and mission of the school of motivation in work so that teachers have good performance learning process. The gap is found at the moment is the principal have not showed the applicability of management education in schools in rural areas. This research aims to know the factors which form the principal leadership in rural areas, see invalid constructs of motivation and the factors that affect the performance of teachers in rural invalid constructs. Then to describe the influence of principal leadership and motivation against the performance of primary school teachers in the Blitar. The research design used was descriptive korelasional. Results of the study of leadership high school principal (46.7%), motivation levels are (56.7%), a high level of teacher performance (44.4%) There is a positive influence provided leadership and motivation against the performance of teachers. The influence of the leadership after invalid constructs models made on performance and path analysis gained 0.68 β value. For motivation on performance of teachers acquire the value of β 0.6. So the factors that can affect the performance of primary school teachers such as leadership, and motivation. Pengaruh kepemimpinan setelah dibuat model konstruk terhadap kinerja dan path analysis memperoleh nilai β 0,68. Untuk motivasi terhadap kinerja guru memperoleh nilai β 0,6. Abstract : The main objective of research to know about (1) The profile of principal and kiai (2) the role of principal as a leadership of change in improving the quality of education, (2) the principal's strategy as a leadership of change in improving the quality of education, (3) innovation principal as a leadership of change in improving the quality of education, (4) factors supporting of change, and (5) inhibiting factors of change. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. Place the research in SMP An-Nur Bululawang Malang. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, field observation and documentation. Analytical techniques used are reduction, data display, and data verification. Results from this research (1) the role of headmaster as a leadership of change in improving the quality of education, as philosophy, responsible, locomotive, motivator, and partner work, (2) the strategy used by the principal is to accept students 1 to 10 with a minimum test score of 7.5, foster school culture, discipline students with strict rules, recruit and develop teachers, the freedom of learners to design the classroom, conduct the UN and SBMPTN drafting counseling program, accompanying the students to write job applications and to recommend to the work agencies, (3) innovations made by the principal of gopek management and athlete classes, (4) the factors that support the change come from the internal school such as the principal's leadership, the support of the foundation and the means of infrastructure, from the external needs of the community for education and competition between schools, and (5) the inhibiting factors of change come from the difficult teacher's mind set, teacher competence, and poor school image in society. Abstract: This study was designed to describe: (1) the leadership style by the principal of madrasah; (2) responses of the madrasah community about the leadership by the principal of madrasah; (3) characteristics of Islamic prophetic leadership by the principal of madrasah; and (4) supporting factors and obstacles to Islamic prophetic leadership by the principal of madrasah. This study uses qualitative research by making a case study at MI Muhammadiyah 03 Jogoroto, Jombang Regency. Data collection used in this study using interview techniques, collection, and documentation. In data analysis, the techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study are: (1) Islamic prophetic leadership style by the principal of madrasah; (2) madrasah responded positively to the leadership of the madrasah principal; (3) the characteristics of Islamic prophetic leadership by the principal of madrasah practicing the nature of the leadership of the Apostle (sidiq, amanah, tabligh, and fatonah); And (4) the conducive atmosphere of the madrasa, a sense of togetherness, and high commitment are supporting factors for Islamic prophetic leadership by the madrasah principal, while the inhibiting factors are human limitations and imperfections. Abstract : This research aims to, (1) determine the motivation level to work of educational staff in the environment of faculties in State University of Malang, (2) determine the performance level of educational staff in the environment of faculties in State University of Malang, (3) determine the relationship of work motivation and performance of educational staff in the environment of faculties in State University of Malang. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive correlational design. The instrument of this research using a questionnaire respondents of the State University Malang environment. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis correlation. The results of this study indicate, (1) the motivation level to work of academic staff in the faculties of the State University Malang environment consisting of job satisfaction and job dissatisfaction hygienes motivators classified in the good category, (2) the performance level of educational staff in the faculties of the State University Malang environment consisting of quality, quantity, the necessary supervision, attendance, and conservation classified in the high category, (3) there is a significant positive relationship between work motivation and performance of educational staff in the environment of faculties in State University of Malang. Abstract: The focus of this research is the formulation of school vision, the shared vision process conducted by the principal, the process of implementing the vision by the principal, the principal's approach in implementing visionary leadership to develop the student's character, and the student character developed in the visionary leadership of principal. This study uses a qualitative method. Qualitative research is a study that intends to understand the phenomenon of behavior, action, the overall situation in a research subject. While the type of research used is case study research. The reason for using case studies is that this research method focuses on an intensive, detailed, and unique case. The unique case in this study is a principal who leads for three periods of leadership, who in the process of leadership has achieved many achievements and shaped the character of learners through the values embedded in the activities at school. The results of this study are: (a) the formulation of the vision carried out by the principal involving all teachers and staff and carried out with SWOT analysis of the school; (b) the shared vision process by the principal is done through the stage of socialization, memorization, implementation, reminding and modeling, assessing and evaluating, rewarding and punishment; (c) the implementation of the vision is done through polite behavior, smile greetings, greetings, responsibilities, discipline and orderly, prioritizing KBM and maximize facilities infrastructure, and establish good cooperation with external; (d) approach in the implementation of the principal's leadership is done through MSG activities, workshop for teachers and school staff, application of 5 S industry culture; core value of the school, and provide an example to the school's citizens; (e) the character of the learner developed in the headmaster's leadership in islami, discipline, and responsibility that is implemented in congregational prayer activities, Dhuha Prayer, PDS, and PIC. Abstrak: Fokus penelitian ini adalah perumusan visi sekolah, proses shared vision yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah, proses penerapan visi oleh kepala sekolah, pendekatan yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam implementasi kepemimpinana visioner guna mengembangkan karakter peserta didik, dan karakter peserta didik yang dikembangkan dalam implemetasi kepemimpinan visioner kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang perilaku, tindakan, keadaan menyeluruh pada sebuah subjek penelitian. Sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi kasus. Alasan menggunakan studi kasus adalah metode penelitian ini memusatkan perhatian pada suatu kasus yang unik secara intensif dan rinci. Abstract: The purpose of this study is to know the planning of moral development, organizing of moral development, actuating of moral development, controlling of moral development, and several factors that influence the implementation of moral development which is held in SD Negeri Merjosari 4 Malang and SD Negeri Karangbesuki 4 Malang. This research uses qualitative approach and uses multisite study type. The data was collected by using interview, observation, and documentation. The result of this study suggested that SD Negeri Merjosari 4 Malang and SD Negeri Karangbesuki 4 Malang doing the management process in moral development of character education. SD Negeri Merjosari 4 Malang and SD Negeri Karangbesuki 4 Malang do their management process by doing the planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. There are several factors that influence its implementation, including students, parents, the surrounding environment, and facilities.
