Purpose: Given the reality that working mothers are finding it challenging to balance their work and life because of some challenges like ICT issues, role conflict, childcare responsibility and feeling isolated socially and professionally. The paper aims to explore the impact of remote working on working mothers and work-life balance in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This paper may help high executives and managers to implement strategies that supports new work arrangements. Question : What is the impact of the remote working on working mothers and work life balance in the Bahraini public organization during the pandemic? Designmethodology: A combination of quantitative and qualitative methodology used through an online questionnaire distributed to 30 working mothers in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Population : Working mothers in the public sector. Findings : Remote working during the Covid-19 has resulted in developing job performance and resulted in employee satisfaction when the right tools are available (e.g., computer), besides having more quality time with family members. At the same time working mothers shared that the ICT infrastructure was a challenge for them which impacted their remote working experience. The findings showed that working mothers felt socially and professionally isolated. The main problem that was created as a result of remote working was role conflict and childcare responsibility. Value : The research paper aims to explore in depth the impact of remote working (working from home) on working mothers and work-life balance in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Employees are the company's main source of success; if they are well-prepared and motivated, they will drive the business to achieve its objectives; otherwise, it will fail. In this case, corporate governance is used to get people to work in the proper way and to help them grow over time. The researcher administered a questionnaire to 253 banking employees to explore the relationship between corporate governance and employee performance, as this study reveals the impact of corporate governance on employee performance in the Sultanate of Oman's banking industry. The study's major goal is to figure out how corporate governance affects employe es’ performance in the banking industry and to back up the findings with actionable recommendations. Ali Syariati is a modern century Islamic figure who inspires the Islamic world with various ideas and ideas. Syariati important thinking about tauhid as a solution to exploitation and economic injustice. This study will discuss tawhid as a solution to exploitation and injustice in the economy. The approach used in this research is philosophical. The data were analyzed with analysis content. The results of the study showed that Ali Syariati invites every human being to eradicate all forms of exploitation and injustice through the concept of tauhid as the foundation of one's faith and the spirit of submission only to Allah Swt. With tauhid everyone will understand that economic activities carried out must be based on the values of Islamic teachings. There is no zeal to cheat or take away the rights of others or control resources for personal gain as in the symbol of the Qabil group. Syariati makes Qabil a symbol that makes wealth a destination and makes it lawful for all means to control it. The study aims to determine the influence of factors on customer satisfaction on service quality of domestic commercial banks in the city. Thereby, the author proposes some measures to improve customer satisfaction with service quality here. Both qualitative and quantitative research methods are applied. The analysis results of 700 survey samples collected directly from customers show that there are 4 factors affecting customer satisfaction, arranged in descending order: 1) Service attitude of staff 2) Reliability 3) Tangibility 4) Employee skills. The results of descriptive statistics also show that customers are satisfied with the reliability factor of the supermarket, customers are not satisfied with the physical aspect, in addition, customers do not give opinions on three factors: staff service, products and convenience shopping of the supermarket.

The Employee commitment is recently being discussed in world context. The literature on organizational factors affecting the commitment of sewing machine operators recently focuses on the Asian market and as a result it is being spread in the Sri Lankan context. Though employee commitment in Sri Lankan apparel is observed in the literature, organizational factors affecting for the commitment is not yet clearly understood. Sri Lankan apparel sector plays a huge role in country economy. As a trend employee are more conscious about jobs and willingly take steps to contribute to the national economy. Present research measured the impact of factors, flex-time job, job autonomy, peer support, superior support, workload identified from literature and their influence onto the commitment of sawing machine operators. The research aimed to solve the issue of what are the organizational factors affecting commitment of sewing machine operators? Research was carried out by using quantitative method and a questionnaire was distributed among machine operators who working at Courtaulds clothing Lanka Pvt. Ltd. responses were taken as the sample for the study. Correlation analysis, regression and hypothesis testing was implemented to understand the impact between the independent factors and commitment. Researcher found that commitment is dependent on.
