In recent years, low-mountain massifs of Central Kazakhstan have been the least studied areas. Flora is an integral part of geosystems and is the main indicator of natural and anthropogenic changes. The objective of this paper is to review the use of bioresources in the Karkaraly Lowlands and Karkaraly State National Nature Park (KSNNP). The descriptive method of research was used while writing this paper, the first part of which focuses on the physical and geographical description of the area, as well as the habitat. Further, the author focuses on the method of ecological assessment of the forest area and the method for assessing biodiversity, and their importance. To preserve the phytocenosis and fauna in the Karkaraly Lowlands, it is necessary to assess the current state of biodiversity, assess their structure and the potential for rational use. While writing the article, the causes of environmental tensions in the KSNNP area of both anthropogenic and natural origin were outlined. The review of the use of the area's bioresources provides an opportunity to monitor biodiversity in KSNNP in the future. The author concludes the article with a list of recommendations to address the problems of bioresources use in the Karkaraly Mountains.

To solve the problems of sustainable management of water resources in the catchment area of the Ili River basin, it is becoming demanded to study the dynamics of the average annual water discharge, taking into account anthropogenic activities, since their intensity is constantly growing. At the same time, the integral indicator of natural conditions in the catchment is the average annual water discharge of river basins, and the importance of this parameter lies in the fact that they can be considered as a function of the response to any changes in the catchment. In this regard, the analysis of changes in the average annual water discharge of the Ili River basin's catchment area was carried out on a spatio-temporal scale, where linear trends were used to assess and plot graphs, the method of multiple regression analysis and processing of time series were carried out on the basis of Microsoft Excel. Analysis of the dynamics of the average annual water discharge in the Ili River basin's catchment area on a spatio-temporal scale showed that, despite significant variability over the years, all studied hydrological stations are characterized by general patterns of changes in the hydrological regime under the influence of anthropogenic and natural factors.

The article analyzes changes in surface air temperature regime in the Ganja-Gazakh region using the relevant temperature data for 1961...2014 on the example of Agstafa, Dashkasan, Shamkir, Gadabay, Ganja, and Goygol-resort meteorological stations. Assumptions are made about the influence of the found changes in the temperature regime on the conditions of take-off and landing of aircraft in the Ganja-Gazakh region.

The methodological approaches and results of the assessment of the sector of fluorine substitutes for hydrochlorofluorocarbons in the Republic of Kazakhstan are considered. It is shown that in the current situation, domestic consumption is estimated through an annual voluntary survey, and does not have a centralized nature. However, the approaches that have been developed make it possible to make an assessment with a fairly high accuracy, covering the main exporters of refrigerants.

Based on the structural analysis of complex hydrochemical indices for assessing surface water pollution used in various river basins, and the laws of limiting factors, a mathematical model was obtained in the form of the maximum permissible water pollution coefficient (Kпдзi), representing the product of the water content coefficient (Kb) and the maximum water pollution (Kпзi), by based on the laws of nature, principles and properties of natural processes in, together with the water pollution index (ИЗВ), are used for the geoecological assessment of the surface water quality of the Ile River basin on a spatial-temporal scale, taking into account the regulatory criteria for maximum permissible concentrations of pollutants for fishery water bodies, that between the coefficient of the maximum permissible water pollution (Kпдзi) and the water pollution index (ИЗВ) there is a pronounced relationship, described by a logarithmic equation, allowing them to be used to assess the ecological state water bodies. Water quality assessment was carried out for four hydrological sections of the Ile River catchment basin, which showed that water pollution is of a transboundary nature, since at the Dobyn hydrological station, located on the borders of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the People's Republic of China, the water quality is «polluted», and from the Kapshagai reservoir to Lake Balkhash «moderately polluted», where due to the selfcleaning ability of the aquatic ecosystem and the waters coming from the tributaries, there is some improvement in water quality.

The article considers the influence of oil-containing wastewater generated from industrial enterprises located on the coast of the Caspian Sea, through underground drains on the groundwater and sea water of the Caspian Sea coast within the Mangistau region, the content of controlled pollutants in the studied samples is given. To determine the dynamics of changes in the level of harmful substances in underground and surface waters, 3 production facilities engaged in oil production and processing, located at different distances from the sea, were selected. Two of them are located on the seashore, one object is located 8 km from the Caspian Sea. In 3 studied objects, wastewater that has been treated is discharged into the reservoir. The work consisted in studying the production area, monitoring the level and temperature of underground and surface waters and conducting laboratory analysis of the content of polluting components in the water using marine stations and hydrogeological observation wells located in the study area. For marine waters in the vicinity of the Karazhanbas field was observed deviations from the concentrations of oil content and iron, the oscillation of the norm of certain substances in groundwater due to the fact that the underground water of the region in the area belong to the province of underground water with high concentration of heavy metals and organic substances and are of chloride-sulfate chemical composition.

In market conditions, one of the key issues of management is the effective use of available natural resources. In agricultural production, these are the problems of using land resources. An urgent task is the rational use of pasture resources according to the seasons of the year for the management of pasture cattle breeding. The article considers the reflection in geographical names of pasture names and terms used in traditional animal husbandry, which provide important information about the features of the landscape. In addition, the regularities of the use of natural conditions by the ethnic group that inhabited this territory, the spatial distribution of pasture terms characteristic ofa particular landscape are determined.

The article considers the possible fluctuation of the Caspian Sea level in the future until 2050, taking into an account the climate changes. For this purpose, possible changes in the river inflow to the sea and meteorological parameters (precipitation, air temperature and evaporation from the water surface) were predicted. Changes in the meteorological parameters were estimated according to two climate scenarios RCP4. 5 and RCP8.5.
