The Palestinian-Israeli Conflict in the Memory of the Past the Jewish Nation: From Holocaust to Holocaust 犹太民族过去记忆中的巴以冲突:从大屠杀到大屠杀

This paper explores the dynamics of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict through the perspective of Jewish history and collective memory, with a particular focus on the Holocaust as a point of departure. Through a history of civilization approach and collective memory analysis, this paper explores how the traumatic experience of the Holocaust has shaped the identity, politics and narratives of the Jewish people to influence their views on the ongoing conflict in the Middle East. It reveals how the memory of the Holocaust is not only an integral part of Jewish identity but also plays a role in shaping the policies and strategies adopted by the state of Israel. Holocaust memory is often used to justify defensive and offensive actions to sustain the Jewish state amidst external and internal threats. In this context, the "From Holocaust to Holocaust" narrative reflects the transformation and continuity of collective trauma used as a legitimization and mobilization tool in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. This paper uses historiographic methods and narrative analysis to identify recurring patterns of thought and feeling within the Jewish community and how these patterns translate into political action. It also highlights the role of critical actors, both political and intellectual, in shaping and articulating these narratives. The results of this paper are expected to provide deeper insights into the complexity of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and how history and collective memory play an essential role in the dynamics of this conflict.

Legal and Political Policy in Preventing of Money Politics: Case Study and Recommendations 防止金钱政治的法律和政治政策:案例研究与建议

Money politics has damaged the democratic system throughout the nation; handling the problem of money politics is not enough to be charged to law enforcement and all elements of society. The seriousness of the government and political parties in tackling the problem of money politics can be done by legal and political means. The results of this study show that political policies in preventing money politics in the 2019 elections in Banyumas Regency where political parties have made several efforts in at least three ways: 1) implementing pacta integrity and providing debriefing to cadres and legislative candidates. 2) All parties tend to follow only the existing rules, especially those issued by the KPU and Bawaslu. 3) It turns out that all parties do not require this, relating to the competency requirements of legislative candidates that are more stringent, intellectual, managerial skills, experience, and morality. Legal policies in the prevention and handling of money politics have carried out prevention strategies through legal policies, namely prevention at the level of legislation policy and judicial policy. In contrast, the execution policy has yet to be well realized.

Islam views the holy book as not only regulating matters of worship which are vertical between servants and God. The holy book is also seen as a guide for humans in managing all world affairs, including the world of education. The development of Islamic education today, directly or indirectly, often links its vision to the formation of the ûlul albâb generation (QS. Ali Imran; 190-194). Even though the vision is the same, the implementation of Islamic education often appears to vary. Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia exist in the form of pesantren, boarding schools, madrasah, and also schools. So what is meant by the ûlul albâb generation and how is Islamic education implemented in producing the ûlul albâb generation? This research is intended to find out the views of commentators regarding the meaning of ûlul albâb and at the same time to describe the models of Islamic education that have developed to date in Indonesia. This research is library research and the methods used are the maudlu'i (thematic) interpretation method and the qualitative descriptive method. Based on this research, it can be concluded that ûlul albâb is a self-image that combines academic qualities, spirituality, and charity. In this perspective, Islamic education is a process of improving the quality of humanity in its various dimensions, namely making scholars who believe and do good deeds. To achieve this goal, Islamic education in Indonesia is developing an integrative education model, namely institutional integration and curriculum integration.

The Concept of Indefeasible Title in Electronic Land Certificates as an Initiative to Prevent Land Mafia 电子土地证书中的不可撤销所有权概念是防止土地黑手党的一项举措

The study aims to analyze the indefeasible title concept on electronic land certificates for preventing land mafia. This research is normative legal research using legal and conceptual approaches. Legal materials include primary and secondary legal materials. According to the study, one of the causes of the land mafia is the land registration system's tendency to publish harmful material, as contained in Government Regulation 24 of 1997 on Land Registration. Therefore, reforming and developing the land law system into a positive publication system is necessary. By the Regulations of the Minister of Agrarian No. 1 of 2021 on Electronic Certificates, Electronic certificates are expected to be a database of landlords to reduce land disputes and strengthen the legitimacy of land certificates as a guarantee of ownership of land rights in Indonesia. Suppose an error in the registration procedure of a positive publication causes the losses of the party that should be more entitled. In that case, the state will guarantee compensation in substance to the party whose right is proven correct using the indefeasible title concept.

Infrastructure Barriers to Islamic Political Parties: Dynamics of PKB in the 2004-2019 Presidential Election Contestation 伊斯兰政党的基础设施障碍:PKB 在 2004-2019 年总统大选竞争中的动态

This research was intended to determine the infrastructural barriers of the PKB political party in encouraging its cadres to become contestants in the presidential and vice-presidential elections from 2004 to 2019. During the four presidential and vice-presidential elections, PKB, one of Indonesia's largest Islamic parties, was absent from sending its cadres as contestants. This failure is suspected to result from infrastructural obstacles that intersect with PBNU's political interests. This research used a qualitative approach by combining interviews with documentation data and direct observations in the field. Interview data findings were used as a guide for finding online or offline documentation data. Both findings confirmed each other and were combined with observational data as a data validation method. Data presentation was carried out in three main stages. Namely, data findings were reduced according to research needs and elaborated using Anthony Giddens' structuration thinking. The data findings in this research reveal that there are infrastructural obstacles in the form of organizational patrons that disrupt the independence of PKB. There is also extra organizational power from the NU autonomous division, which is suspected to have sectoral interests. Apart from that, external intervention makes PKB's political steps less flexible.

During the four presidential and vice-presidential elections, PKB, one of Indonesia's largest Islamic parties, was absent from sending its cadres as contestants. This failure is suspected to result from infrastructural obstacles that intersect with PBNU's political interests. This research used a qualitative approach by combining interviews with documentation data and direct observations in the field. Interview data findings were used as a guide for finding online or offline documentation data. Both findings confirmed each other and were combined with observational data as a data validation method. Data presentation was carried out in three main stages. Namely, data findings were reduced according to research needs and elaborated using Anthony Giddens' structuration thinking. The data findings in this research reveal that there are infrastructural obstacles in the form of organizational patrons that disrupt the independence of PKB. There is also extra organizational power from the NU autonomous division, which is suspected to have sectoral interests. Traditional Cultural Expressions (TCE) in Penginyongan are diverse and unique. The uniqueness of Penginyongan culture has distinguished between the Javanese Palace culture (Keraton) and Ngapak culture. This condition makes cultural expressions more tangible to the community as folk art. The protection of TCE in Article 38 of Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright mandates the state to inventory existing TCE. However, only a tiny part of Penginyongan TCE in Banyumas Regency has been recorded, namely cowongan and begalan. This research uses a qualitative approach with normative juridical. Institutionalisation in protecting Intellectual Property Rights in Banyumas Regency can be seen in terms of legal substance, structure, and culture. In terms of legal substance, the protection of TEE is shown by the laws and regulations that protect it, although there is no specific law for the protection of TEE. Regarding legal structure, TCE protection in Banyumas Regency is carried out by Dinporabudpar (Department of Youth, Sport, Culture, and Tourism). Still, it has limitations, including in efforts to register Communal Intellectual Property Rights. In terms of legal culture, the protection of TCE in Banyumas Regency has obstacles related to the existing ‘speech’ culture.

Kingship Christology: A reflection on Midnight Crew’s “Igwe” within the Igbo Socio-Cultural Context 王权基督论:伊格博社会文化背景下对 Midnight Crew 的 "Igwe "的反思

This literature-based research explored the subject of Kingship Christology as portrayed in Midnight Crew’s song “Igwe.” Through an interdisciplinary approach, the paper delved into how the song articulates the Kingship of Christ from an Igbo Christian perspective. The paper critically examined the lyrics of the song, linking it with the Christian and Igbo socio-cultural worldviews. The research established that Jesus surpasses every human king (past, present and future) in every human society and serves as a perfect King whose leadership style provides a perfect model of what human leadership ought to be. This finding formed the basis for exploring key implications of Jesus’ kingship for the Igbo/African sociopolitical setting. The paper charged African leaders to adopt a Christological model of leadership characterized by humility, servanthood, transparency, accountability, inclusivity, and a deep commitment to the welfare of their communities. In addition to demonstrating the nexus between music, theology and culture, the paper contributes to African Christian scholarship on Christology, musical theology and leadership.

Implementation of Religious Moderation in the Non-Formal Education in Forming a Multicultural Society 在非正规教育中实行宗教温和以形成多元文化社会

Sharia has taught moderation through several verses in the Qur'an, such as surah Al-Baqarah verse 256 and surah Yunus verse 99. Meanwhile, Prophet Muhammad taught moderation during his stay in Medina, as stated in the Medina Charter. This charter has given enough space for non-Muslims to worship without interference. Today, moderation is often preached at both institutional and cultural levels. However, its implementation is usually a dead end. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the implementation of moderation in shaping a multicultural society. The results of this study show that religious implementation can start from the most minor institutions, such as TPQ and family. In addition, religious moderation is also the basis of cultural life because moderation will bring justice, balance, and compassion. The implementation of religious moderation within the framework of a multicultural society must be done from an early age. Good habituation will form a good and strong character that is shown by mutual respect, appreciation of differences, and love for the nation and state. Among the habits to form a moderate character are memorizing short letters that explain the interpretation of bismillah, praying in the congregation as a symbol of unity and integrity, then for confirmation of faith, and khatmil Quran, which begins with singing the national anthem.

The Application of Aspects of Islamic Family Law to the Muslim Minority in Singapore: A Literature Review 伊斯兰家庭法在新加坡穆斯林少数民族中的应用:文献综述

This article will discuss the position and application of Islamic family law in countries with Muslim minority populations, particularly in Singapore. In every Muslim community in the world, no one denies the existence of Islamic law with its universal character of application. The universality of the application of Islamic law requires the submission of all Muslims to the teachings of Islam, will not see the time and place not to implement its provisions, and also requires the existence of universal values contained in branch laws that may differ from one place to another. That is why Muslims in Islamic countries and countries where the majority of the population is Muslim have relatively no problems with the application of Islamic law in everyday life because Islam upholds religious tolerance. The above reality will undoubtedly be different if Islamic law develops among Muslims, who are a minority in secular countries, namely countries with a government system that separates religion as a private matter.
