Kiều hối đã trở thành nguồn lực tài chính quan trọng ở các nước đang phát triển, trong đó có Việt Nam. Trong hai thập kỷ gần đây, dòng kiều hối về Việt Nam tăng mạnh, vượt cả vốn đầu tư nước ngoài (FDI) và hỗ trợ phát triển chính thức (ODA), nằm trong top những quốc gia nhận kiều hối lớn trong khu vực Đông Nam Á. Vì vậy, thông qua sử dụng mô hình VAR với dữ liệu chuỗi thời gian theo quý từ năm 2002-2020, nghiên cứu này xem xét tác động của kiều hối đến tăng trưởng kinh tế Việt Nam trong ngắn hạn và dự đoán tác động trong dài hạn. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy tác động tích cực của kiều hối đến tăng trưởng GDP trong ngắn hạn và tác động tiêu cực trong dài hạn, đó là cơ sở để đề xuất các hàm ý chính sách đối với quản lý nhà nước.

Trên cơ sở đánh giá thực trạng nguồn lực sinh kế của các hộ gia đình dân tộc thiểu số tại huyện Hoàng Su Phì, tỉnh Hà Giang, nghiên cứu cho thấy các hoạt động sinh kế của người dân vẫn còn mang tính chất nhỏ lẻ, năng suất thấp. Tuy nhiên, người dân đã nhận thức được vai trò của cộng đồng, các tổ chức đoàn hội và bắt đầu mở rộng mối quan hệ cộng đồng bền vững. Đồng thời, nghiên cứu tiến hành đo lường mức độ bền vững của sinh kế dựa trên 5 nhóm tiêu chí, kết quả cho thấy hầu hết chỉ số sinh kế bền vững đều thấp, đặc biệt là tiêu chí vốn con người. Từ đó, 5 nhóm giải pháp về sử dụng nguồn vốn hiệu quả đã được đưa ra, bao gồm: nâng cao chất lượng nguồn nhân lực, hỗ trợ việc làm, tăng cường vốn tín dụng và cải thiện cơ sở hạ tầng.

Nghiên cứu dựa trên việc mở rộng lý thuyết hành vi tiêu dùng có kế hoạch, với mẫu hạn ngạch gồm 600 khách du lịch được thu thập và phân tích nhằm xác định các nhân tố giải thích ý định sử dụng sản phẩm bao bì xanh của khách du lịch khi đến Nha Trang. Kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra ý định sử dụng sản phẩm bao bì xanh chịu tác động của thái độ, chuẩn chủ quan, kiểm soát hành vi nhận thức và kiến thức về bao bì xanh. Đặc biệt, mối quan hệ giữa thái độ và ý định sử dụng sản phẩm bao bì xanh trở nên chặt chẽ hơn dưới tác động điều tiết của kiến thức về bao bì xanh. Trong bối cảnh tình hình kinh tế - chính trị thế giới có những diễn biến phức tạp, hầu hết các quốc gia trên thế giới đang phải chịu nhiều tác động tiêu cực của đại dịch COVID-19, Việt Nam vẫn không ngừng mở rộng quan hệ hợp tác kinh tế quốc tế với các nền kinh tế lớn thông qua ký kết các hiệp định thương mại tự do (FTA). Việc tham gia các FTA, đặc biệt là FTA thế hệ mới, với những tiêu chuẩn cao và mức độ cam kết sâu, phạm vi bao phủ rộng đã mang lại những cơ hội và kết quả tích cực đối với Việt Nam. Đồng thời, với những quy định mới liên quan đến vấn đề phi thương mại như mua sắm của Chính phủ, phát triển bền vững, vấn đề lao động và môi trường trong các FTA thế hệ mới, Việt Nam phải đương đầu với những thách thức mới, trong đó có vấn đề độc lập, tự chủ. This study uses the EGARCH model to examine the return and volatility spillover effects of four financial markets in Vietnam including bonds, stocks, oil, and gold, with data collected from January 2010 to December 2021, divided into subsamples before and during the COVID-19 period. The results uncover bidirectional price spillovers between bond and stock markets in the pre-COVID-19 crisis, while there exist volatility transmissions between these assets during the COVID-19 outbreak. In particular, the highest hedging effectiveness occurs during the COVID-19 spread in the case of gold and stock markets. Our findings are reliable and statistically significant, making them a useful information channel for investors, policymakers, and participants in these markets.

This paper examines the influence of corporate culture on the job engagement of employees based on the survey results of 193 employees in travel companies in Hanoi. The analysis results show that the five aspects of corporate culture mentioned have a positive influence on job engagement. The paper discusses the results and provides implications for managers in developing corporate culture for employee engagement improvement.

The study is carried out to analyze the impact of HRM practices on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention of officers working at State agencies in the fisheries sector on the Northern Coast. From the data provided by 350 officers, the structural equation model was applied to evaluate the impact of HRM practices on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. The results showed a positive relationship between HRM practices and job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. In addition, HRM practices, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment have an inverse correlation with the turnover intention of officers. Moreover, job satisfaction has a positive impact on organizational commitment. The result of the study suggests some important implications for State agencies in the fisheries sector in the Northern Coast to increase job satisfaction, and organizational commitment and reduce turnover intention.

The article analyses the development of science and technology (S&T) firms in a province in light of the provincial government's economic management. The article presents a set of criteria for evaluating S&T enterprise development at the provincial level by analyzing criteria for evaluating the management activities of provincial state agencies and criteria for assessing the level of enterprise development at the provincial level. This set of criteria will serve as the premise for analyzing and evaluating the existing state of S&T business development in a province, thereby enabling the identification of the businesses' successes and limitations and the development of solutions to encourage their greater growth.

The article presents a set of criteria for evaluating S&T enterprise development at the provincial level by analyzing criteria for evaluating the management activities of provincial state agencies and criteria for assessing the level of enterprise development at the provincial level. Vietnam has advantages in seafood export, and has many opportunities to promote seafood exports to the EU market since the EVFTA Agreement took effect. The research paper shows that Vietnam's seafood export turnover to the EU market in the years 2010-2021 has many fluctuations, in which in terms of export structure, the export turnover of shrimp and tuna products had good growth but the export turnover of pangasius decreased continuously. By studying the current situation of Vietnam's seafood exports to the EU, assessing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of Vietnam when exporting seafood to this market, the paper proposes some solutions to continue promoting seafood exports in the context of the EVFTA implementation.
