The teaching reform of "Internet + teaching" has become an irreversible trend of the times. The implementation of mobile teaching mode in practical teaching enables teachers to manage the classroom more efficiently and monitor the learning track of students. For students, it can effectively stimulate their learning initiative and carry out personalized learning. This research is carried out in the practical training teaching of largeclass interdisciplinary training. After 48 teaching hours were managed, planned and implemented on the mobile teaching platform, the author conducted a satisfaction survey on the learning effect, and used SPSS software to conduct descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis and test of the survey results. The results show that the platform is highly valued by students in terms of promoting the communication between teachers and students and obtaining resources. At the same time, resource acquisition and classroom interaction have significant positive effects on improving teaching satisfaction. Therefore, the application of mobile teaching in practical training has a positive effect on improving the teaching effect and should be vigorously promoted in practice. The innovation of financial management of electric power enterprises is an inevitable requirement for power system reform. The concept of Robotic Process Automation will be used in this paper for demonstrating the electricity market demand and will organically combine management innovation and technological innovation. China has been going through rapid economic development and the state has been advocating urbanization in recent years, which has led to the continuous expansion of China's building industry and the increasing demand for civil engineering talents in the market. With the continuous advancement of the times, the market proposes increasingly high requirement to the civil engineering talents. As a place cultivating civil engineering talents for enterprises, colleges and universities should first focus on the idea innovation in the education system to cultivate innovative talents. This paper aims to analyze the feasibility of using WeChat for college English listening and speaking courses. Based on the changing background of the times, the article analyzes the dilemma of the traditional listening and speaking course teaching, the advantages of the combination of WeChat with listening and speaking courses, the soft and hard conditions of using WeChat for English teaching and provides advice for teachers to carry on English listening and speaking course teaching by WeChat. The paper thinks that although the use of WeChat for English education is still in the exploratory stage, its objective conditions for promoting college students’ English listening and speaking are mature, and it is also the common needs and expectations of many teachers and students. Therefore, related exploration has great potential and prospects for development. The purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between emotional intelligence and leadership practice of Medical College students, and to provide theoretical basis for cultivating excellent talents in the new era. Using the Emotional Intelligence Scale and the Student Leadership practice Scale, 2 980 medical college students were selected were selected for research through group testing. The result shows that the scores of emotional intelligence (M = 438.06, SD = 46.51) and leadership practice (M = 110.38, SD = 15.48) of medical college students were on the middle or high level. There was a significant positive correlation between the total score of emotional intelligence and the total score of leadership practice (r = 0.457, P < 0.01). There was no significant difference in the scores of emotional intelligence in gender (t=-0.059, P > 0.05), but there was significant difference in the scores of leadership practice (t=3.125, P < 0.01). There was no significant difference in the scores of emotional intelligence in students’ origin (t=-1.870, P > 0.05), but there was significant difference in the scores of leadership practice (t=-2.983, P < 0.01). There was no significant difference in the scores of emotional intelligence and leadership practice between subject types (p > 0.05). Emotional intelligence can positively predict leadership practice (t = 26.647, P < 0.001). Therefore, emotional intelligence is closely related to leadership practice, which can be increased by improving students' emotional intelligence. Salary management in colleges and universities is closely related to attracting, using and stabilizing academic talents. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of the salary system of American college teachers, and then through comparative analysis, analyzes the weak competitiveness of the salary level of Chinese college teachers in the talent market at home and abroad, the unreasonable salary structure, and the large salary gap within the group. Aiming at the problems, this paper puts forward the measures of comprehensively advancing the reform of the salary system of college teachers, strengthening the external competitiveness of the salary of college teachers, formulating a reasonable salary structure for teachers, and improving the salary distribution of colleges and universities in the reform of the personnel system. As a classification model in large data mining technology, support vector machine (SVM) has been developing and improving continuously, it has been applied to the field of credit risk more and more widely. The effective evaluation of credit risk by support vector machine is beneficial to the development of banks and enterprises. This paper mainly combs the domestic literature from three aspects: data preprocessing, application and improvement, and integrated combination discrimination of support vector machine in credit risk assessment. Finally, a brief review based on the domestic literature is made. Through the collation of journals reviewed, we can better understand the specific application status of support vector machine in the field of credit risk and lay the foundation for the follow-up research work.
