: Under the call of the national "double carbon policy" and the awareness of energy saving and emission reduction, some traditional industries are gradually eliminated, and the garment industry, in response to the policy of low carbon and environmental protection, is gradually changing to the direction of green, environmental protection and low carbon, actively restructuring its enterprises, creating a low carbon, diversified modern enterprise system, and achieving low carbon transformation and coordinated with high-quality economic development. Based on the background of the dual carbon policy, this paper establishes a logistics performance evaluation index system for Y garment enterprise, and combines the combined model of AHP-DEA for specific analysis. It is found that Y garment enterprise has the problems of insufficient production scale, low input efficiency and low resource utilisation, which are not conducive to the low carbon and green development of the enterprise. According to the research findings, corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are proposed to actively introduce high-tech equipment, improve the efficiency of enterprise logistics and distribution and improve the quality of enterprise logistics services.

In China today, the construction of public space outside the traditional countryside has been influenced by the new urbanisation and has initially changed in the direction of intensification, functionalisation and outward orientation, and in the process has exposed the problems of uneven distribution, single function and under-release of stock. The starting and ending points are the adaptation of different types of public space to outdoor activities. In summary, the three main types of outdoor activities in China's countryside are gathering, leisure and commercial activities, and there are differences in the form and distribution of external space dominated by different activities, and different construction strategies. As an ancient village with mainly assembly and leisure activities, Beijing Shuiyu Village has a single form of assembly space, a scribbled monument space and a blank commercial space. Based on this, the thesis proposes a spatial strategy of "monument protection, assembly development and commercial increment", which promotes the revitalisation of the village in parallel with protection and development, guides the transformation of the village space in a holistic manner, and provides a refined activity perspective for the optimisation of the village space in general.

The red cultural gene contained in the Red Boat spirit can lead college students to shoulder the great mission of the Chinese nation, and its value of the times has a very important inheritance role. . However, it is currently found that with regard to the Red Boat spirit, university survival is low in recognition, interest, value, and behavioral recognition. In natural spoken Chinese, gǎnjue(feel) and juede(think) are used very frequently. The article aims to explore the interactional functions of their high-frequency formats wǒ gǎnjue(I feel) and wǒ juede(I think) from an interactive perspective. First, we count the semantic function distribution of gǎnjue(feel)and juede(think) by quantitative analysis; second, using the stance triangle theory, we analyze the positions, evaluates and aligns function of both wǒ gǎnjue(I feel) and wǒ juede(I think), and show that they have certain discourse marker function. Finally, wǒ gǎnjue (I feel) focuses on subjectivity, while wǒ juede (I think) is more used to interact with another communicative subject and show inter-subjectivity.

In recent years, Chinese people’s high pursuit of cosmetology and the development of economic globalisation and informatisation have driven the rapid development of the medical cosmetology industry in China. However, at the same time, many problems have occurred in the medical cosmetology industry, which have then caused many medical cosmetology disputes as they have caused certain harm to the physical and mental health and property rights of beauty seekers. However, due to various factors, it is not easy to solve these disputes, and only relying on the power of litigation is limited, because there are some inevitable defects in litigation. In this case, through a preliminary exploration, the researcher believes that arbitration, as an alternative dispute resolution method, has unique advantages and is sometimes an effective solution. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a medical cosmetology arbitration system in China.

The purpose of this paper is to explore when performance, video and installation combine together, whether the characteristics of time and space extended or not. Frist, this paper will choose several specific performance artist’s time-based works to demonstrate the characteristic of time in performance art in chapter 1, then discuss space-based performance artworks in chapter 2. After that, it will show how the characteristics of time and space vary differently when performance combines with video and installation in chapter 3, also focus Joan Jonas’s work as the case study in this part. Finally, this paper would provide insightful thoughts on the current contemporary art’s development in conclusion.
