The home rental disputes continue, in the face of the tenant's strong malicious price increase, termination, interest-driven and unexpected situation, the tenant in a vulnerable position falls into a predicament and is in constant panic, which is not only a social problem, but also a legal problem. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to justify the tenant's right of defense against poverty. The lessee's right of defense against poverty refers to the lessee's right to refuse to perform if performance is bound to affect his survival interests, based on his own poor situation. In terms of value measurement, it focuses on the protection of survival interests. It is not only supported by the reality of sample survey, but also by human rights theory, residential rights theory and extraterritorial law, which is feasible. So the right of defense against poverty should be perfected in legislation and interpreted the system in court.

The great Gatsby was written by F. Scott Fitzgerald. This book gives us a wonderful picture of the life style of people in Jazz age, which was luxurious and extravagant. The great Gatsby has aroused many disputes since it had been published. Many of them analyze from the perspective of consumerism, but few analyze the consumption concept of that era and the causes of it. The aim of this thesis is to study the consumption concept and consumer culture in The Great Gatsby through the theory in Baudrillard’s Consumer Society, and also to have a research on how Jazz Age’s consumption concept affects people’s consuming behavior. Thus we can draw a conclusion that this consumption concept was not advisable.

The coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is an important development strategy, and talent policy is an important basis to attract talents. Therefore, this paper studies the local talent policy reform under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei. Based on the analysis of the main problems existing in the current local talent policy, such as the uneven allocation of talents and the imbalance of the proportion of talent introduction and loss, this paper puts forward two policy reform measures, namely, the establishment of talent flow mechanism and talent introduction mechanism, so as to provide some theoretical reference for the future related work.

Based on the Probit model and Mincer equation, this paper uses CHIP (Chinese Household Income Project) to study China's economic income inequality from the perspective of family education background. The results show that individual income is significantly affected by education level; At the same time, personal education level is affected by the education level of parents. That is to say, the higher the educational level of parents, the greater the positive impact on their children's education, and the greater the positive impact on their children's income. Parents with higher education level are more likely to have their children receive high school and university education. The inequality of educational opportunity is higher in women than in men, and higher in cities than in rural areas.

This article analyzes the tourist's comments on the scenic spot using TF-IDF, principal component analysis and logistic regression, and obtains the factors that influence tourists' satisfaction with the scenic spot. First, pre-process the data is needed, and then use the precise mode in jieba word segmentation to segment the text, and calculate the top 20 high-frequency words for each scenic spot and hotel. Then merge the 20 popular words of 50 scenic spots (hotels) that were mined together as a data pool, use the TF-IDF algorithm to calculate the feature the lexical item weight is reduced by the kernel principal component method (KernelPCA) to obtain the weight matrix. After that, the data is processed by classification and regression. In terms of classification processing: combine the scenic spot (hotel) score as the classification result and supervised learning using the naive Bayes algorithm, the support vector product machine algorithm, the B P neural network method and the logistic regression method. In terms of regression processing: model evaluation according to the mean squared error (Mean Squared Error, MSE), and finally the classification processing MSE index is better than regression processing.

The promulgation of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China has aroused widespread concern in Chinese society. The fundamental reason is that the Civil Code is a law for the benefit of the people. As President Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized on important occasions, the Civil Code is important for upholding and developing people-centered ideas. It is of great significance to protect the rights and interests of the people. The formulation of laws must adhere to scientific theoretical guidance, must draw experience and lessons from history, and must be based on practical issues. Therefore, from the perspective of the history of the compilation of the Civil Code interpret how the Civil Code came into being and how to embody the people-centered stance, so as to clarify why the Civil Code is a people-centered law and the law that truly protects the interests of the broad masses of people.

In recent years, a series of manifestations of American political divide have aroused widespread concern in the international community. Tracing the source and analyzing the extent of American political divide are important issues, closely related to the security and stability of the international community. As an important part of American political system, the performance of American civil-military relations shows the state of American political system in a concentrated manner. Based on historical reviews and current comments of American civil-military relations, it can be concluded that although American politics has shown divisions, American political system is relatively stable.

Traditional Guqin music has been deeply rooted in Chinese traditional society. It associates with many aspects of people’s lives, such as education, politics, aesthetic and philosophy. The cultural characteristic of Guqin music originating the core of ritual music of Confucianism, which emphasized the effect of morality, is known as Qin Morality. The most prominent expression of Qin Morality is harmony. Traditional Guqin music inherited by classical literature reflects the culture dominated by Confucianism.
