In the process of continuous evolution and development of ethnic research, many research paradigms have been derived. Investigating their roots, ethnic research can be roughly divided into two research paths: ethnic objective characteristics theory and ethnic subjective identity theory. Most of the later research paradigms evolved on this basis.The author tries to make a brief analysis of the ethnic views of Edmund leach and Frederick bath, two famous anthropologists from 1950s to 1970s, and find out how ethnic subjective identity theory has gradually become the core paradigm of ethnic studies.

In order to solve the waste of elderly human resources under the background of aging society, this paper puts forward a novel development strategy of elderly human resources. Starting from the current situation of China's elderly human resources development and the specific situation of an aging society, this strategy puts forward the idea of establishing a positive aging and the idea of rational development of elderly human resources. The results show that the strategy has strong pertinence and certain feasibility, and can actively improve the reemployment quality and efficiency of the elderly group.

This paper takes Guanyinqiao Town, Linshui County, Sichuan Province as a typical area, and studies the rural industrial development planning countermeasures which stands in the background of labor outflow. Mainly combine the natural resource and development status of typical area, and use the principle of "industry-oriented villages and towns"[1] to carry out the planning countermeasures in order to promote local economic development and create employment and entrepreneurial opportunities, guide a reasonable reflux of the labours, and provide references to other villages which would like to use the development of the industry to drive the return of the workers.

Since the entry to 20th century, the increasing ability of human beings to understand and change nature, the growth of population, and the negative effects of scientific and technological development have led to ecological crisis, exerting much influence on the future destiny of human beings. The damage human has made to the ecological environment, such as soil erosion, land desertification, land salinization, biodiversity reduction, has seriously done harm to the ecological balance. This paper takes the American shale revolution as the research object and further study the American shale revolution from the perspective of Marxist’s ecological theory.

In the new era of comprehensively promoting the construction of ecological civilization, the environmental administrative public interest litigation system has played an important role in supervising administrative power and protecting public interests. However, there are many defects in the operation process that restrict its development. Through the summary of the theory of environmental administrative public interest litigation, the tracing of the system and the analysis of the problems, this paper explores the solution from the aspects of the scope of accepting cases, the qualifications of plaintiffs, the pre-litigation procedure, and the connection between the pre-litigation procedure and the litigation procedure. It is expected to be beneficial to the development of environmental protection in our country.

This article mainly focuses on the current situation of the use of social media in China’s public diplomacy, the difficulties of the use of social media in China’s public diplomacy, and how to better use network social media to serve China’s public diplomacy. First of all, this article studies the current status of the use of social media in China’s public diplomacy, including the media use of public diplomacy subjects, the audience of relevant network social media, and the impact of social media use on China’s public diplomacy. Secondly, it discusses the difficulties in the use of social media in China’s public diplomacy, mainly including various problems faced by the subject audience and the mechanism, and lays the foundation for the third part through the relevant analysis of these problems. Finally, this article proposes countermeasures for the problems at three levels. At the subject level, it focuses on the joint efforts of multiple forces to encourage the enthusiasm of various non-state actors to participate in public diplomacy of social media. At the audience level, it attaches importance to audience research and formulates corresponding communication strategies to avoid cross-cultural communication barriers. At the mechanism level, it closely relies on the national public diplomacy system to ensure the consistency of foreign policy and maintains the public nature of social media public diplomacy.
