The Sino-US trade war has been in complicated disturbance since 2018, including tariff war, WTO complaints, technology blockade, Sino-US negotiations and other events, which gives rise to the detrimental trust relations between both sides. Taking the TV debate between Chinese anchor Liu Xin and American anchor Trish Reagan’s exclusive TV programme Trish Regan Primetime on May 30, 2019 as the corpus, the UAM Corpus Tool 3 as the marking tool and Martin’s appraisal theory as the theoretical framework, this study explores the use of attitude resources, engagement resources and graduation resources through the mixed qualitative and quantitative analysis method. This study aims to help guide the public to conduct correct attribution analysis and reassess its credibility in crisis events, especially in international discourse.

While many studies have discussed and analyzed negotiation skills, only a few studies explored which negotiation skills are effective in negotiation learners' eyes. This research project invited nine participants to take six role-playing negotiation games with a qualitative approach to fill the research gap. With the field study, six themes were identified. The results of this study are not only valuable to negotiation teaching, as it reveals negotiation beginners' learning interests, but it is also helpful for further studying the "win-win" model negotiation.

In this essay, the author discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the use of anchoring in integrative negotiation. Firstly, the essay introduces relevant definition, including Anchoring Effect, Distributive Negotiation and Integrative Negotiation. In the second part of the essay, the advantages of the utilization of anchoring are argued from three separate perspective. In the third sector of the essay, two advantages of anchoring are discussed. In the procedure of the discussion of the advantages and disadvantages, the author applies both his practical experience and theoretical knowledge to illustrate his view. Finally, the author concludes all discussions above and draws the conclusion about the use of anchoring in the integrative negotiation that when taking an integrative negotiation, full preparation should be made in advance to find an appropriate point of anchoring, which is conducive to bringing a win-win situation even for an integrative negotiation.

The structure of "township governance and village governance" in ethnic areas can no longer meet the needs of rural modernization, and it is difficult to effectively provide social integration and motivation for the main body to participate in governance. As a critical component of China’s system for governance, emergency management system has been initially established with Chinese characteristics. The outbreak of COVID-19 is not only a challenging test of China’s system and capacity for governance, but also reflects the expectation of accelerating the modernization of the national emergency management. Therefore, this paper has built an AGIL model based on the work of Parsons to analyse system of modern emergency management from the perspective of structure, and discusses the corresponding functions and restricting factors of each subsystems.
