This study investigates the effect of different fish feed types on the growth rate of Pangasius sp. The experiment was carried out on Pangasius sp. with a size of 6-8 cm for 28 days. This study uses a randomized design with three different treatments and four repetitions. The treatments include a mix of the pellet feed, kale flour, and only kale flour feed. The results showed that different feed types substantially influenced Pangasius sp. growth in terms of weight and length. The ideal water temperature for Pangasius sp. to grow and develop is 27-29 °C. On the other hand, the optimum temperature was between 24-27 °C for the treatment of pellets and kale flour. The pH levels during the treatment in this study ranged between 7.2 and 8.1.

This study aims to identify the performance and satisfaction of farmers with agricultural extension agents. The research was carried out in Sendang Agung Mataram Village, Central Lampung Regency from October to November 2021. The number of respondents was 24 farmers who were taken by accidental sampling method. Data collection used a questionnaire using a Likert scale which was analyzed by interactive data analysis. The results of the research show that the performance of agricultural extension workers as facilitators is quite good. Of the six performance indicators of agricultural extension workers as facilitators, five indicators performed quite well and one indicator received a poor rating. The indicator that received a poor performance rating was the extensionist's support in assisting the preparation of farmer work programs. Overall, farmers are not satisfied with the performance of agricultural extension workers. Indicators that have low satisfaction are: 1) providing training/ services to farmers, 2) evaluating and reporting the results of the implementation of agricultural extension activities and the responsiveness of extension workers in providing problem solutions to farmers.

Usahatani kentang merupakan usaha unggulan bagi petani sayur di Desa Erelembang Kecamatan Tombolopao Kabupataen Gowa. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji dan mengetahui proses terjadinya mudharabah, penerapan mudharabah dan pendapatan petani dengan penerapan mudharabah pada usahatani kentang di Desa Erelembang Kecamatan Tombolopao Kabupaten Gowa. Petani pemilik modal dan petani penggarap pada buidaya kentang yang diikat dalam perjanjian kerjasama dijadikan sebagai populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini. 30 orang yang dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini. Masing-masing 15 orang pemilik modal dan 15 orang petani penggarap. Purposive sampling merupakan teknik yang dipakai dalam penentuan sampel. Selanjutnya analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan pendapatan yang digunakan dalam menganalisi data penelitian. Hasil pengamatan diperoleh bahwa konsep mudharabah pada usahatani kentang di tandai dengan adanya perjanjian kerjasama antara petani pemilik modal dengan petani penggarap dengan perjanjian petani pemiliki modal menyiapkan dan memberikan dana kepada petani penggarap untuk dikelola sepenuhnya yang diikat dalam perjanjian secara lisan. Selanjutnya petani penggarap menerima modal yang diberikan oleh pemilik modal untuk melakukan usahatani kentang. Hasil produksi atau penjualan kentang dilakukan bagi hasil dengan sistem 3 : 1 atau dengan kata lain petani pemilik modal mengambil 2 bagian dan petani penggarap 1 bagian dan Pendapatan petani pemilik modal dengan petani penggarap dari penguasaan lahan petani dengan luas 0,5 ha dengan pendapatan petani pemilik modal sebesar Rp. 43.750.000 dan pendapatan petani penggarap sebesar Rp. 21.875.000, lahan dengan luas 1,0 ha dengan pendapatan petani pemilik modal sebesar Rp. 107.380.000 dan pendapatan petani penggarap sebesar Rp. 53.690.000 dan lahan dengan luas 1,5 ha dengan pendapatan petani pemilik modal sebesar Rp. 127.575.000 dan pendapatan petani penggarap sebesar Rp. 63.787.500 per satu kali musim tanam

This study aims to investigate the effect of agribusiness YouTube content on the entrepreneurial motivation of students in the Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University. The sample consisted of 94 students selected through the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling method. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that the level of interest, response, and purpose of watching agribusiness content on YouTube and the entrepreneurial motivation of agriculture faculty students were categorized as good. One variable (purpose of watching agribusiness content on YouTube) showed that agribusiness content on YouTube had a significant effect on the entrepreneurial motivation of agriculture faculty students, 2 variables (interest and response to watching agribusiness content on YouTube) showed that agribusiness content on YouTube had a not significant effect on the entrepreneurial motivation of agriculture faculty students.

Penyuluhan pertanian memiliki keterkaitan yang penting dengan peningkatan produksi pertanian. Di bidang pertanian, kegiatan produksi memposisikan tenaga kerja petani menjadi bagian factor produksi penting karena petani yang melakukan proses produksi di lahan usaha tani. Sebagai upaya memberdayakan masyarakat tani maka dalam kegiatan penyuluhan diupayakan pemberikan peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap, dan keahlian dengan harapan akan terjadi peningkatan produktivitas dari usahatani. Riset ini bertujuan menganalisis keterkaitan penyuluh pertanian dengan kemampuan pelaku utama pertanian memproduksi kacang panjang. Cara analisis yang digunakan untuk melihat keterkaitan dengan produktivitas digunakan uji Chi Square. Sampel dalam penelitian diambil sebanyak 31 petani responden. Variabel pada riset ini yaitu karakteristik responden, kegiatan penyuluhan pertanian, dan produktivitas tenaga kerja petani. Berdasarkan hasil riset tidak terdapat keterkaitan antara pendampingan penyuluh dengan produktivitas tenaga kerja petani kacang panjang yang disebabkan oleh waktu kegiatan kunjungan dan metode penyuluhan yang kurang efektif, serta petani responden kurang mengerti materi yang diberikan oleh penyuluh.

The aim of the research was to find out the technical processing of dry salted sepat siam fish, to find out the costs, benefits, and feasibility obtained by entrepreneurs processing dried salted sepat siam fish, and to find out the problems faced. This research was conducted in Tambak Baru Village, Banjar District, Banjar District, South Kalimantan Province, namely in March 2023. The location for the research was determined based on the consideration that Tambak Baru Village, Banjar District, is a salted sepat fish processing center in Banjar Regency. This sampling method uses the Census method, namely sampling all salted fish processing entrepreneurs through surveys and direct interviews, the number of salted fish processing entrepreneurs in Tambak Baru Village, Banjar District, is 5 people. Technically, the dried salted fish business has been running with a production capacity of 134 kg at a price of IDR 65,000/kg. The biggest variable cost is the cost of raw materials with an average of Rp. 2,475,000/farmer Meanwhile, the fixed cost of the salted fish processing business is the equipment depreciation cost of Rp. 17,134/farmer. The average income is Rp. 8,710,000/farmer While the average profit of dried salted fish processing business is Rp. 4,417,866/farmer. The RCR value of the dried salted fish processing business was obtained at 2.029, which means every Rp. 1 invested in the dried salted fish processing business will generate Rp. 2,029 which means the business of processing dried salted fish is feasible

Soybean is one of the agricultural products that is used by some residents, especially Lempake Village, which is processed into tofu and tempeh in order to obtain a higher selling price in the market. Soybean processing activities into tofu and tempeh can change the form of primary products into new products with higher economic value after going through the production process, so they can provide added value. The aims of this study were 1) to determine the amount of income and the R/C ratio of the Tofu Bintang Industry in Lempake Village and 2) to analyze the amount of added value of soybeans in the Tofu Bintang Industry in Lempake Village. This research was conducted in the Tofu Bintang Industry from December 2022 to January 2023. The sampling method was carried out using a purposive sampling method with the respondent being the owner of the Tofu Bintang Industry. Data collection was carried out by observing and interviewing respondents. Methods of data analysis used quantitative and qualitative analysis and added value using the Hayami method. The results showed that the production costs incurred for one month of production in the Tofu Bintang Industry amounted to Rp. 171,561,012, receipts of Rp. 239,025,200, the revenue of Rp. 67,464,188 and an R/C Ratio of 1.39. The added value generated for small tofu was 7,677/kg with an added value ratio of 34.89%, and for large tofu was Rp. 7,066 / kg with a value-added ratio of 32.11%. The conclusion of this study was that the Tofu Bintang Industry was feasible because the R/C ratio was more than 1, which means that the Tofu Bintang Industry earns profits and was feasible to cultivate.

This research was conducted in the Tofu Bintang Industry from December 2022 to January 2023. The sampling method was carried out using a purposive sampling method with the respondent being the owner of the Tofu Bintang Industry. Data collection was carried out by observing and interviewing respondents. Methods of data analysis used quantitative and qualitative analysis and added value using the Hayami method. The content of protein, fiber, vitamins, and fat contained in mustard greens (B. juncea) is the main attraction for people to consume vegetables. Green mustard plant growth using hydroponic media can help optimize the absorption of nutrients needed by plants. The application of the floating raft hydroponic method with the addition of liquid organic fertilizer from tofu liquid waste is an effort that is expected to overcome this problem. This research to determine the impact and concentration of POC tofu liquid waste which has the best impact on the growth of green mustard plants. Use of RAL with 6 levels of treatment, namely P1=0%POC; P2 = 35%POC; P3 = 40%POC; P4 = 45%POC; P5 = 50%POC; P6 = 55%POC. Data were analyzed using ANOVA with a 95% confidence level. The application of liquid organic fertilizer significant impact on measuring plant height, number of leaf blades, leaf surface area, root shoot wet weight, root shoot dry weight, and chlorophyll. The best liquid organic fertilizer treatment of tofu waste was the concentration of 55% for plant height (31.72 cm), number of leaves (13.50), leaf area (1287 mm), crown wet weight (65.95 g), wet weight root (2.97 g), shoot dry weight (37.8 g), root dry weight (1.25 g), chlorophyll a content (24.74 mg/g), b (30.54 mg/g) and total (52.40 mg/g).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Teknis budidaya padi lahan kering,biaya ,penerimaan keuntungan,dan produktivitas modal. Penelitian ini dimulai dari bulan Nopember sampai dengan Januari 2023 di desa sungai pinang kecamatan Sungai pinang Kabupaten Banjar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling yakni 35 orang petani yang menanam padi vaietas Duyung di desa sungai pinang. Jumlah dari total penerimaan adalah Rp 5.050.640,00,/petani, Rp.4.106.202,09 /Ha dengan rata-rata biaya total adalah Rp. 2.430.632,76/petani atau Rp.1.976.124,20/Ha, dan Rata-rata Keuntungan Rp.2.620.007,24 atau Rp 2.130.077,89/Ha, dengan Produktivitas modal 10,93 %. Sehingga Budidaya Padi lahan kering varitas Duyung dikatakan layak atau efisien untuk dibudidayakan. Sesuai dengan kriteria efisiensi ekonomi yang diperoleh yaitu produktivitas modal lebih besar dari bunga kredit Usaha Rakyat Yang berlaku (6%). Seed is one input in agricultural production for food availability. Farming in Jambuk Makmur cultivate paddy with two varieties: Cigeulis and Infari. This research aimed to determine the proportion of seed costs on cost production and to compare the productivity of paddy farming. The research was conducted in Jambuk Makmur Village Bongan District Kutai Barat Regency from January to March 2022. Sampling used the Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling method with a total sample of 20 rice farmers of the Cigeulis variety and 20 farmers of the Infari variety. Data analysis was done using farm costs analysis and an independent sample t-test. The results of this study showed that the average use of seeds of Cigeulis and Infari varieties per planting season was 35,54 Kg /ha and 39,54 Kg/ha. The average cost of seeds for the Cigeulis variety was IDR.841.875,00 per hectare, and the average cost of farming was IDR.16.665.361,57 per hectare. The percentage of seed costs to farming costs was 5,05%. The average cost of seeds for the Infari variety was IDR.484.750,00, the average cost of farming was IDR.17.466.305,95 mt-1 ha-1, and the percentage of seed costs to farming costs was 2,78%. Productivity of Cigeulis higher than Infari with productivity as 3.070,17 kg/ha and 2.359,63 kg/ha.
