Peningkatan Prestasi Siswa Melalui Kompetensi Guru dan Budaya Kolaboratif 通过教师能力和合作文化提高学生的成绩

Abstract. Education is one of the means to improve the ability of human resources. For this reason, teachers with all their abilities play an important role in achieving educational success. A culture based on cooperation in the school environment is something that needs to be applied to deal with changes that occur in order to support the achievement of educational goals. This study aims to analyze the role of collaborative culture and teacher competence in an effort to increase student success. The research respondents were elementary, middle and high school teachers Budi Luhur Tangerang. A saturated sample of 50 teachers was taken considering that there were several teachers who did not meet the criteria to be sampled. Regression analysis is used with the help of SPSS software to analyze the data. The results showed that collaborative culture and teacher competence, both simultaneously and partially, had a significant positive effect on student achievement Keywords: Teacher competence, collaborative culture, student achievementAbstrak. Pendidikan merupakan salah satu sarana untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sumber daya manusia. Untuk itu guru dengan segala kemampuannya berperan penting dalam mencapai keberhasilan pendidikan. Budaya yang berbasis kerja sama di lingkungan sekolah menjadi sesuatu yang perlu diterapkan untuk menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi agar mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran budaya kolaboratif dan kompetensi guru dalam upaya peningkatan keberhasilan siswa. Responden penelitian adalah guru SD, SMP dan SMA Budi Luhur Tangerang. Sampel jenuh sebanyak 50 guru  diambil mengingat ada beberapa guru yang tidak memenuhi kriteria untuk dijadikan sampel. Analisis regresi digunakan dengan bantuan software SPSS untuk menganalisis data.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kolaboratif dan kompetensi guru, baik secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap prestasi siswa. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi guru, budaya kolaboratif, prestasi siswa
摘要教育是提高人力资源能力的手段之一。因此,教师发挥他们的所有能力在取得教育成功方面发挥着重要作用。学校环境中以合作为基础的文化需要应用于应对发生的变化,以支持实现教育目标。本研究旨在分析合作文化与教师能力在促进学生成功中的作用。调查对象为小学、初中和高中教师。考虑到有几名教师不符合抽样标准,采取了50名教师的饱和样本。采用回归分析,借助SPSS软件对数据进行分析。结果表明,协作文化和教师胜任力对学生成绩均有显著的正向影响,同时也有部分正向影响。关键词:教师胜任力,协作文化,学生成绩。Pendidikan merupakan salah satu sarana untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sumapya manusia。Untuk itu上师dengan segala kemampuannya berperan penpenan dalam mencapai keberhasilan pendidikan。Budaya yang berbasis kerja sama di lingkungan sekolah menjadi sessuatu yang perlu diterapkan untuk menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi agar mendukung tercapainya tujuan pendidikan。Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis peran budaya kolaboratiis dan kompetenis guru dalam upaya peningkatan keberhasilan siswa。回应penelitian adalah guru SD, SMP dan SMA Budi Luhur Tangerang。Sampel jenuh sebanyak 50宗师diambil mengingat ada beberapa宗师yang tidak memenuhi标准untuk dijadikan Sampel。分析回归用登安班团软件SPSS统计分析数据。Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kolaboratif dan konpetensi guru, baik secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaru显著积极地影响了prestasiswa。Kata Kunci: Kompetensi大师,budaya协作,presstasi siswa

Sasaran dan Mekanisme Program ATENSI Lanjut Usia di Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Lanjut Usia Gau Mabaji 高级社会康复中心的目标和机制

Abstrak. Studi ini mendiskripsikan sasaran dan mekanisme Program ATENSI Lanjut Usia di Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Lanjut Usia Gau Mabaji. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dalam mengungkap seluruh rangkaian pelaksanaan program, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penjajakan secara langsung dengan turun kelapangan mencari data terkait dengan program. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah pihak Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Lanjut Usia dan Komunitas (Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial) sebagai pelaksana program.  Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder dengan menggunakan tiga teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program ATENSI Lanjut Usia terdiri dari 4 sasaran yaitu lanjut usia, keluarga, komunitas dan residensial. Sementara mekanisme pelaksanaannya diawali dari akses layanan, pendekatan awal kesepakatan bersama, asesmen komprehensif, perencanaan, implementasi, supervisi dan monitoring dan evaluasi serta terminasi. Kemudian mekanisme penyaluran program ATENSI Lanjut Usia dilakukan dengan dua (2) cara yaitu penyaluran langsung oleh pihak Balai Rehabilitasi Sosial Lanjut Usia kepada penerima program yaitu lanjut usia dan penyaluran melalui Komunitas (Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial).

Peran Rumah Singgah Dalam Meningkatkan Self-Esteem Anak Jalanan : Literature Review

Kehadiran anak jalanan merupakan hal yang lumrah di kota besar namun bukanlah pilihan yang diinginkan, hal tersebut harus mereka terima karena sejumlah alasan. Mereka terdiri dari usia 7 sampai 18 tahun dengan menghabiskan sebagian waktunya di jalan untuk mencari nafkah. Sehingga citra anak jalanan dipandang rendah oleh masyarakat, hal tersebut memunculkan permasalahan baru berupa hak yang tidak mereka dapatkan seperti pendidikan. Padahal negara sudah menjamin bahwa setiap anak berhak atas pendidikan agar menjadi generasi penerus bangsa yang unggul. Ketidak terpenuhinya hak membuat anak jalanan memiliki harga diri rendah sehingga kurangnya mengetahui potensi yang di milikinya dan kehilangan orientasi dalam menghadapi realitas. Dengan bantuan dari pemerintah dan masyarakat, hadirlah rumah singgah yang bertujuan memperbaiki taraf hidup anak jalanan. Sehingga perlu di lakukan pemberdayaan lebih agar anak jalanan dapat mewujudkan cita-cita mereka. Hadirnya rumah singgah ini memberikan banyak edukasi terhadap anak jalanan sehingga mereka mulai mengetahui potensinya yang dimilikinya. Dalam proses analisis penelitian menggunakan systematic riview dengan data yang diperoleh melalui studi literatur dengan referensi yang bersumber dari jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian literature riview menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan self esteem pada anak jalanan di dalam rumah singgah. Sehingga anak jalanan dapat mengetaui potensinya dan memiliki pandangan masa depan yang lebih baik.

Pendidikan Seks Sejak Dini Menurut Abdullāh Naşih ‘Ulwan (Analisis Psikologis dan Sosiologis) 早期性教育,以及根据Abdull hāNaş一点“Ulwan(心理和社会学分析)

Masalah seksual yang terjadi pada remaja dapat menjerumuskan masa depannya ke arus yang sesat. Penyebabnya adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan mereka tentang seks. Para pendidik menghimbau agar siswa di sekolah sedini mungkin diberikan pengenalan tentang pentingnya pendidikan seksual. Pendidikan seks merupakan salah satu bidang studi penting dimana sebagai salah satu cara untuk membentuk kepribadian seseorang agar tidak terjerumus ke hal negatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif pustaka dengan analisis deskriptif dan isi terhadap pemikiran Abdullāh Naşih ‘Ulwan, dalam kitab Tarbiyat Al-Aulād Fī Al-Islām tentang Pendidikan seks sejak dini. Penulis menganalisis dari segi psikologis dan sosiologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep pendidikan seks menurut Abdullāh Nāşih ‘Ulwan adalah upaya pengajaran, penyadaran dan penerangan tentang masalah-masalah seksual kepada anak sejak ia mengenal masalah-masalah yang berkenaan dengan naluri seks dan perkawinan. Ketika anak tumbuh dewasa dan dapat memahami urusan-urusan kehidupan sosial, ia telah mengetahui apa saja yang diharamkan dan dihalalkan. Interaksi sosial yang berkaitan dengan Pendidikan seks dalam lingkup keluarga diantaranya dengan mengajarkan etika meminta izin, terutama ketika hendak memasuki kamar kedua orangtuanya, etika melihat aurat baik itu bagi mahram maupun bukan mahram. Adapun dalam hubungan sosial kemasyarakatan, anak mampu mengetahui kepedulian sosial yang berada dalam jalur nilai-nilai keislaman.

Penyesuaian Kurikulum Dalam Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas 面对面学习的课程调整是有限的

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan model penyesuaian kurikulum yang perlu dilakukan sekolah pada Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas di tahun ajaran baru. Model penyesuaian kurikulum menjadi relevan untuk dibuat ketika sekolah-sekolah harus melaksanakan hybrid learning karena pemerintah mendorong pembukaan sekolah disertai sejumlah pembatasan, termasuk pembatasan hari tatap muka dan jumlah siswa yang harus dilakukan karena situasi Pandemic Covid-19. Menggunakan pendekatan qualitative case study, peneliti menggali model penyesuaian kurikulum yang dilakukan di SD Santo Yakobus Jakarta. Peneliti menggali data melalui wawancara 10 orang guru, observasi kegiatan pelatihan dan demo kelas, serta dokumen terutama tentang pedoman pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan enam langkah beserta kegiatan yang perlu dilakukan sekolah dalam menyesuaikan kurikulum, yakni analisis profil siswa, penyederhanaan materi, pembuatan modul, pembuatan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, pelatihan aplikasi serta evaluasi dan perbaikan terus menerus.

Gender and Local Organisations toward Sustainable Rural Development 促进农村可持续发展的性别和地方组织

Local organization and gender participation are two elements that have the significant role for the rural development plan. The objectives of the study are to describe the function and role of the local organizations as a media for participation, job allocation of men and women performed in rural development plan. A case study method was used with the key informants from the local organization committees, target group, and development facilitators. The data collected are the type and form women and men contribution, roles and functions of the local organizations in the rural development plan process, and the activity proposed by men and women. The study indicated that the involvement of men and women in the development plan process encourages community participation in rural development and generating a better development plan. Women have the significant role in the identification of problems and planning, primarily related to social and economic aspect affecting household activities, while men profoundly concern to public infrastructure affecting to economic activities. The involvement of men and women should be a necessity for every rural development because the proposed action planned is based on the local community needs.

Analisis Makna Upacara Tolak Balak di Desa Talang Tengah II Kecamatan Pematang Tiga Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah

Tradition is a habit of a group of people that is passed down from generation to generation, in which it contains the value of trust from the community itself. Each region has have different traditions, this shows that the Indonesian people are rich in culture, so the problem to be studied in this study is the analysis of the meaning of the rejection ceremony in Talang Tengah II village, Pematang Tiga District, Central Bengkulu Regency. In this study, a qualitative research method was used to describe the data regarding the ritual of the rejection ceremony in Talang Tengah II Village. To obtain correct information and data, the data collection technique in this study was carried out through interviews and direct observation of this ritual process. The validity of the data is checked, then the presentation and analysis of the data is carried out and then conclusions are drawn. The results of this study show that (1) The ritual of rejecting balance in Talang Tenga II Village has positive values, namely the value of trust, the value of togetherness and care for the environment. (2) The process of the rejection ceremony ritual is carried out at the village elder's house and led by a village elder who is trusted by the community, while the ritual equipment is prepared by the village maidens and the results of this ritual are distributed to the local community to be sprinkled on vehicles, plants and farm animals. (3) The form of preservation of the ritual of rejecting balance in Talang Tengah II village is carried out every year at the end of the year so that this tradition is maintained to this day.

This study discusses the analysis of distance learning in fiqh education subjects for class XI at SMK Muhammadiyah Semin.  The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of distance learning in fiqh education subjects for class XI at SMK Muhammadiyah Semin. The research method used is descriptive analysis method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation, research subjects are principals, ISMUBA teachers, curriculum fields and students. Analysis of data reduction, display, verificationDistance learning in fiqh education subjects for class XI has compatibility of learning devices with the implementation of learning as much as 83.4% The learning achievement of fiqh education for class XI is quite good with 15% getting very good scores (A), 51% getting good grades (B) and 34% getting enough grades (C), and all student scores have met the minimum score or KKM

Hubungan Pengetahuan Kognitif Siswa Tentang Ekologi Terhadap Ecological Footprint 学生对生态生态知识与生态步法的认知联系

Abstract. This study aims to determine the relationship of students' cognitive knowledge about ecology to the Ecological Footprint. The research method used is descriptive research method, with a correlational research design. Test for normality, homogeneity and linearity before testing the hypothesis, by testing the hypothesis using the correlation coefficient, the coefficient of determination, and linear regression. The prerequisite test shows that the data are normal and homogeneous. Hypothesis testing using linear regression and simple correlation, with linear regression results obtained = 0.313-0.002, and correlation obtained a significance value of R (p-value) of 0.000, then reject Ho, so it has a significant correlation coefficient, with the value of r showing the number - 0.697. The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.486, which means that students' knowledge of ecological concepts contributes 48% to the Ecological Footprint. The results of this study conclude that there is a strong and negative relationship between students' cognitive knowledge about ecology and the Ecological Footprint.  Keywords : Ecological Footprint, Ecological material, Cognitive Knowledge  Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan kognitif siswa tentang ekologi terhadap Ecological Footprint. Developing Supplementary Sociolinguistic Material in Youtube Channel to Stimulate the Students’ Critical Thinking in Hybrid Class 在Youtube频道开发社会语言学补充材料,激发学生在混合课堂中的批判性思维

The objective of this particular research and development is to produce the supplementary sociolinguistic materials to encourage the students’ critical thinking in hybrid class. Based on the preliminary study conducted by the researcher, it was discovered that most of the learner lacked motivation to understand the core book of sociolinguistic. Then, the lecturer should be creative in hybrid class. Because of this situation, the researcher design the hybrid learning process toward YouTube channel to solve the students’ problems. The researcher use Research and Development with some steps conducting need assessment, material development, validation product, implementation of product, and final product. The product designed with Productive Reading Technique which has the similarity activities with standard KKNI curriculum. The researchers are going to collect the relevant information with guided questionnaire for the students, the lecturer’ interviews, and the checklist form and the suggestion from the expert validations. The data result is described the strongest and the weakness of Sociolinguistic material development. The implication of this product was divided into three points namely, the students could achieve the reading skill with average 81%, the students’ motivation average 91% and around 83% of the student could give the responses base on the critical thinking.

Then, the lecturer should be creative in hybrid class. Because of this situation, the researcher design the hybrid learning process toward YouTube channel to solve the students’ problems. The researcher use Research and Development with some steps conducting need assessment, material development, validation product, implementation of product, and final product. The product designed with Productive Reading Technique which has the similarity activities with standard KKNI curriculum. The researchers are going to collect the relevant information with guided questionnaire for the students, the lecturer’ interviews, and the checklist form and the suggestion from the expert validations. The data result is described the strongest and the weakness of Sociolinguistic material development.
